The Space:
The house is a 4 bedroom, top floor apartment. There is a communal staircase leading from the public street, where you would park your car, through the communal stairwell, up to the main door of the apartment.
The front door opens to a grand entrance hall with beautiful wooden flooring and stairs up to the top floor of the apartment. The living room is uncluttered and comfortable, it has plenty of seating and a wall mounted television providing access to Netflix.
The kitchen is bright and modern, it comes complete with gas hob, fridge freezer, electric oven and microwave. There is also a dishwasher and washing machine for your convenience. Along with an abundance of cooking utensils, there is plenty of cutlery, dining wear and a kettle and toaster for your use. A 20 minute walk to Paisley City Centre or take the #64 bus which is about 1 and 1/2 blocks away from the flat. Ideal base for visitors, families, travelers or workers.
The flat is our home which we occupy during vacation from our home in Tacoma WA. I’ve always fancied living in the UK and Scotland is lovely.

On street free residential parking.

The property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed.

The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. Single use toiletries also provided.

The LG appliance is a combo washer/dryer. It must be drained and the filter cleaned after every second wash/dry. The microwave has an oven feature, the metal rack is in the bottom draw below. And press the bell or heat symbol ( I forget which one, along with the plus symbol to start the bottom oven of the Smeg) See the manual in the junk drawer if you need assistance. The top oven is simple. just turn it on.

The Space:
The flat itself has a modern kitchen, neutrally decorated, with a kettle, toaster, microwave as well as a stove and oven. There is plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment and a dining table for 4 to make sure you will not have to be eating out every night (unless that is the plan!). There is a fridge/freezer to store your food in the kitchen.

There are two very comfortable double bedrooms, both with wardrobe storage. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room also. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and a desk. A preferred first floor apartment positioned within a beautiful blonde sandstone tenement building in a popular pocket of Paisley. Comprising of large open spaces and lots of natural light this apartment contains all the original tenement features of high corniced ceilings and large windows. With on the doorstep amenities and transport this is a perfect place to make your home away from home.

The Space:
On entering the apartment, you are met with a spacious hallway which leads off to the other rooms in the apartment. Three bedrooms are carpeted with a light modern grey carpet and painted with light and airy tones. The master bedroom has a laminate floor, as does the living/kitchen area. There are 4 bedrooms 3 of which have double beds and 1 which has a single bed. The master bedroom has an attached en-suite. There is also a separate family bathroom which comprises of toilet, shower and sink.

The apartment has a large open spacious integrated kitchen, dining/lounge area. The kitchen comprises of fridge/freezer, induction hob, integrated oven, kettle, microwave, toaster and washing machine all for your basic needs.

The bedrooms have all fresh crisp white linens and plenty cupboard space for all your belongings. If travelling with young children, there is a cupboard in one of the bedrooms full of toys, books and games to keep them entertained and your stay hassle free. All bedrooms are equipped with a TV and firestick.

Cafes, bars and restaurants are also a feature of the area with more sporting and outdoor pursuits to be found. There are plenty of things to do in Paisley such as visiting Paisley Abbey, which is an important part of Scottish History. Gleniffer Braes Country Park where the beautiful sight of the waterfall cascading off a steep cliff shouldn't be missed, Paisley Museum and Art Galleries, the Fountain Gardens a great place to take young kids. If you're feeling sporty why not try Bubble Soccer Scotland. There is also Delta Force Paintballing situated in Johnstone near Glasgow Airport which is an 18min drive from the apartment.

Getting Around:
Regular bus links are available to neighbouring areas such as Johnstone, Shawlands as well as Glasgow City Centre. Paisley has access to an excellent road infrastructure including the M8 motorway making it an ideal base for the commuters to Glasgow City Centre or Glasgow Airport.

The nearest train station is Paisley Canal train station which is literally a 30 sec stroll from the apartment. Glasgow City is 7 miles away from Paisley.

The refrigerator and kitchen appliances were clean and functioned properly and there was a nice selection of coffee, tea and Biscoff left for us. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean. We spent the first of the three nights booked, bathed in the very nice shower stall and checked out to find other accommodations. The downtown location was an issue for us and absolutely no fault of the BNB Guru team. We were trying to be adventuresome with our choice of property but learned that we are not city people. I let the BNB Guru team know that we were leaving early but didn't inform them of our dislike of the cleanliness of the apartment. We took the trash out and left without regard for the cost of the rental. We found a hotel South of the city in a quaint little town. It was lovely"

The 'Paisley Pineapple Flat' is a ground floor flat, located just two hundred metres away from the main campus of the University of the West of Scotland.

The flat has residential parking.
This two-bedroom flat boasts a private veranda and underwent complete refurbishment in 2019, creating a contemporary and stylish living space within a 1960s building.
We do not charge cleaning fees, just leave the place clean and tidy upon check out.

The lounge area in the living room has a three seater sofa and two armchairs - there is also a storage pouffe with a blanket inside.
The lounge has a 50", UHD, Samsung smart television with apps such as Netflix, YouTube and Amazon Prime - so you can log into your accounts and continue watching your favourite shows.
Our high speed broadband provides internet access saving you from using all your phone data whilst in the flat.
We also provide a DVD player with a host of films for you to chose from and if you like reading then there is also a selection of reading material on our bookshelves.
A 'Sonos' One speaker allows you to listen to your favourite music or radio stations with quality sound assured! - we provide a tablet with the Sonos and Spotify apps installed.
The dining area has an extendable table with up to six chairs available.
You can access the balcony via the French doors - it is fenced off and faces South (providing a pleasant space to enjoy the sun when it presents itself).

KITCHEN
The kitchen is gloss white with solid wood worktops.
We provide a toaster, kettle, microwave, fan oven, induction hob, fridge freezer, washer dryer, dehumidifier and iron.
Everyday cooking utensils and crockery are stored in the cupboards - you will find plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, cutlery, chopping boards, pots and pans. We are more than happy for you to use these items, but we kindly request that you clean any dishes and put them away after using them. In addition, any mess created while using the microwave, fridge freezer, oven or hob should also be cleaned.
We provide some condiments and cleaning goods to get you started - such as washing up liquid, cloths, tea towels, kitchen roll, bin liners, tea bags and sachets of salt, pepper, coffee, and sugar.
We hope you won't need them but we have a fire extinguisher, fire blanket and mini first aid kit in the kitchen.
The Dyson vacuum is on the wall in the kitchen and there is also a Karcher hoover mop.
If you are unfamiliar with the washer dryer there is a clothes horse stored under the triple bunk bed.
Please use the dehumidifier if you are cooking or drying clothes.

BATHROOM
The bathroom has a toilet, bath, electric shower, sink with vanity unit, an LED mirror, shaver socket and heated towel rail.
We provide enough shampoo, hand wash and toilet roll to get you started.
The bath can be slippery so please take care.

BEDROOMS
The main bedroom has a king size bed that offers storage underneath - the ironing board is kept here. This bedroom also has drawers with a lamp, a wardrobe and hairdryer.
The second bedroom features a triple bunk bed - with a double bed at the bottom and a single bed up top. There is also a set of drawers and a small wardrobe. Additionally, this room has a small LCD TV with an Amazon fire stick plugged in.

For families with small children a travel cot, high chair, and pop up bed can be provided upon request.

THREE REQUESTS
We kindly ask that you take care of and show respect to the flat if you decide to book with us. This place is not suitable for you if you cannot adhere to this request.
Additionally, we would appreciate it if you could remove your shoes at the entrance whenever possible - this will greatly assist in maintaining the condition of the flooring.

BEDDING & TOWELS
Bedding and towels will be provided according to the number of people who have booked the flat.
For each person staying at the flat, one bath towel and one hand towel will be provided for stays up to two nights.
For stays of three nights or more, two of each towel will be provided per person.
If you are part of a larger group, or have any specific sleeping arrangements, please inform us in your message so that we can accommodate your needs.

BINS
Refuse should be bagged and tied before disposing of it appropriately, as outlined in our welcome booklet. This allows for a smooth waste management system and ensures a clean and tidy environment for all concerned.

SERVICING
We have dehumidifiers in the kitchen and both bedrooms - it is important that you use these devices when cooking, ironing or drying clothes to prevent the accumulation of moisture.
The outer windows of the flat are professionally cleaned by a contractor every two weeks, typically on a Monday or Tuesday. To maintain your privacy during these cleaning days, you may want to consider keeping the blinds closed.
For longer stays we conduct inspections of the flat approximately every fourteen days, or whenever necessary.
During these visits we aim to address any minor maintenance issues that arise. Rest assured we will provide you with prior notice of these visits and make every effort to accommodate your schedule.

HEATING & ELECTRICITY
Power is included in the cost of your stay.
To offer competitive nightly rates we have priced our accommodations based on fair power usage.
During the colder months we ensure the living room is heated to a comfortable 21 degrees Celsius, while other rooms are set a couple of degrees lower. Overnight, when guests are typically asleep, we lower the thermostat until approximately 6am.

SECURITY
The flat is alarmed via 'Ring' - we set the code to be the last four digits of your phone number.
External cameras monitors the main door and balcony - these are normally only accessed if a concern is raised.
The residents who stay in the building will appreciate friendly visitors to the flat who show mutual respect. It is deemed deeply inappropriate to disturb the residents of the building who are going about their normal, everyday lives i.e. work etc. Guests will have their stay ended early if any disturbances are reported.

IDENTIFICATION
You will be asked to send a copy of photographic identification for each guest staying at our place via our messaging platform.
You should only ever have the number of guests you have booked for in the apartment, and these guests will have provided us with their identifications before arriving.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
If you book this flat you will be held responsible for both your own actions and the actions of your companions.
In the event that any damage occurs or if our space is neglected, you will cover the costs of repairing or replacing the affected items.

R.E.S.P.E.C.T
We kindly request that you leave the flat in the same neat, clean, and tidy condition as it was when you arrived - this allows our prices to be competitive.
We expect you to leave the flat, more or less, as you found it - at the end of your stay our cleaner carries out a basic service that includes washing used towels and bed linen, with some hygiene cleaning in the toilet and kitchen (we have budgeted for this in your costings).
The cleaner does NOT pick up your rubbish, dispose of your belongings or remove stains from furnishings - we do not plan or budget for this type of cleaning and the £250 bill we receive for a domestic cleaner will be charged to you.
We do NOT wash or put away any of your used crockery, pots, pans or utensils. We also do not expect to clean the oven, hob, microwave or fridge freezer after your stay - we do not plan or budget for this type of cleaning and the £250 bill we receive for a kitchen porter will be charged to you.

NO PETS
We are NOT pet friendly.
Accommodating pets requires a more extensive and unattainable cleaning schedule, which would compromise our availability and quality of service.
You will be charged all losses incurred as a result of you bringing an animal to the flat.

Our license does not permit gatherings or parties.

NO SMOKING
Our license, and local law, forbids smoking and vaping in or around the property. Smoking within the premises will result in a fine of £2500, which may be increased depending on any associated damages.

SECURITY
The flat is alarmed via 'Ring' - we set the code to be the last four digits of your phone number.
An external camera monitors the main door in the close - it is normally only accessed if a concern is raised.
The residents who stay in the building will appreciate friendly visitors to the flat who show mutual respect. It is deemed deeply inappropriate to disturb the residents of the building who are going about their normal, everyday lives i.e. work etc. Guests will have their stay ended early if any disturbances are reported.

IDENTIFICATION
You will be asked to send a copy of photographic identification for each guest staying at our place via our messaging platform.

The flat is an approximate fifteen minute walk to the town centre of Paisley - meaning it is handy for the main campus of the University of the West of Scotland. Walking a little further will take you to the train station which can get you into Glasgow City centre in as quick as twelve minutes.

It is deemed deeply inappropriate to disturb the residents of the building who are going about their normal, everyday lives i.e. work etc. Guests will have their stay ended early if any disturbances are reported.

You will be asked to send a copy of photographic identification for each guest staying at our place via our messaging platform.
You should only ever have the number of guests you have booked for in the apartment, and these guests will have provided us with their identifications before arriving.
