- "My sister's and I stayed at this unit for three weeks, the flat is spacious and well laid out. The kitchen was well set up with everything one would need. The unit has two near by bus routes that were extremely easy to use. The only real area of concern was the trash bins, they were overflowing and mixed up. I think it would help immensely if the Management company could do up a list of basic instruction for the unit. Explain the colour coding of the bins and instructions on where to look for the various collection days, and how to turn on the heat if needed. It would also be nice, especially for long stays, if there was an extra set of sheets for each bed. Overall, this is an excellent flat and the neighbours are all nice."

The kitchen is bright and modern, it comes complete with gas hob, fridge freezer, electric oven and microwave. There is also a dishwasher and washing machine for your convenience. Along with an abundance of cooking utensils, there is plenty of cutlery, dining wear and a kettle and toaster for your use. Trains from here run into Glasgow every 30 minutes for the most part.
There are two highly rated shopping centres in the area, a short drive to each, Braehead & Silverburn both have a loads of shopping and entertainment activities for all ages.
Locally there are Gleniffer Braes Country Park, Paisley Museum & Coates Observatory & Paisley Abbey. In Glasgow there are a number of attractions such as the Science centre & Transport museum.

Cozy 2 bed fully equipped home in a residential area, this flat is 10 minutes from Glasgow airport, one stop away from Glasgow City Centre from the Paisley Gilmour train station. A 20 minute walk to Paisley City Centre or take the #64 bus which is about 1 and 1/2 blocks away from the flat. Ideal base for visitors, families, travelers or workers.
The flat is our home which we occupy during vacation from our home in Tacoma WA. I’ve always fancied living in the UK and Scotland is lovely.

The property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed.

The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. Single use toiletries also provided.

The LG appliance is a combo washer/dryer. It must be drained and the filter cleaned after every second wash/dry. The microwave has an oven feature, the metal rack is in the bottom draw below. And press the bell or heat symbol ( I forget which one, along with the plus symbol to start the bottom oven of the Smeg) See the manual in the junk drawer if you need assistance. The top oven is simple. just turn it on.

- "There is mould & dirt in both bathrooms, on the lino flooring & in the walkin shower. Carpets are covered in stains in every room & should be replaced. The freezer is so compacted with ice that only one drawer can be used. The "comfy" couch is totally worn out & needs replacing, baseboards in kitchen have been removed for the washing machine & never put back. Flat had not even been vacuumed for our 23 day stay there. Vacuum was so choked with dirt & had to be cleaned out by us, in order to use it. I was so disappointed & disgusted in this VRBO for the money we paid. I would not recommend or consider renting any property from BNB Guru. I have pictures to prove all of these complaints."

There are 4 bedrooms 3 of which have double beds and 1 which has a single bed. The master bedroom has an attached en-suite. The pictures looked great, there were no reviews and the property was a "new listing". Upon arrival, the check in process was very easy and the 1st floor apartment was very accessible through a trashy and sticky stairway. Unfortunately, the apartment was very dirty and it smelled terrible. I think that something had recently been cooked in the apartment the did not smell favorable. The floor was sticky throughout. The carpets were dirty, stained and crusty. The toilets were dirty. They had been wiped but were not clean. The counters and kitchen table had crumbs left on them. The refrigerator and kitchen appliances were clean and functioned properly and there was a nice selection of coffee, tea and Biscoff left for us. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean. We spent the first of the three nights booked, bathed in the very nice shower stall and checked out to find other accommodations. The downtown location was an issue for us and absolutely no fault of the BNB Guru team. We were trying to be adventuresome with our choice of property but learned that we are not city people. I let the BNB Guru team know that we were leaving early but didn't inform them of our dislike of the cleanliness of the apartment. We took the trash out and left without regard for the cost of the rental. We found a hotel South of the city in a quaint little town. It was lovely"

IDENTIFICATION
You will be asked to send a copy of photographic identification for each guest staying at our place via our messaging platform.

The flat is an approximate fifteen minute walk to the town centre of Paisley - meaning it is handy for the main campus of the University of the West of Scotland. Walking a little further will take you to the train station which can get you into Glasgow City centre in as quick as twelve minutes.
The flat was refurbished recently and complements the beautiful blonde sandstone building it is housed in - the building dates back to 1913.
Bus stops are more or less on your doorstep - East towards Paisley and Glasgow, and West towards Elderslie, Johnstone, Linwood, Largs etc.

LIVING ROOM
The lounge area of the flat has a two seater sofa bed and an armchair with a soft bounce. The dining table has two comfortable dining chairs and a bench. The dining table is spacious enough for both working and eating.
A 43", UHD, Samsung smart television has apps such as Netflix, YouTube and Amazon Prime meaning you can log in and continue watching your favourite shows.
Our super fast broadband gives you access to internet meaning you don't need to use your phone data whilst inside the flat.

KITCHEN
We provide a toaster, kettle, microwave, combination oven (counter top oven), induction hob, fridge freezer, washer dryer, dehumidifier and iron.
Everyday cooking utensils and crockery are stored in the cupboards - you will find plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, cutlery, chopping boards, pots and pans. We are more than happy for you to use these items, but we kindly request that you clean your dishes and put them away after using them. The bath can be slippery so please take care.

The bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables with lamp, Wi-Fi extender, hairdryer, clothes rail and a TV with an Amazon fire stick plugged into it.

There is also the option to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room.

For families with small children a travel cot, high chair, and pop up bed can be provided upon request.

During the colder months we ensure the living room is heated to 21 degrees Celsius, while other rooms are set lower.
Overnight, when guests are typically asleep, the thermostat is programmed lower until approximately 6am.

SECURITY
The flat is alarmed via 'Ring' - we set the code to be the last four digits of your phone number.
External cameras point away from the living room and bedroom windows - they are normally only accessed if a concern is raised.
The residents who stay in the building will appreciate friendly visitors to the flat who show mutual respect. It is deemed deeply inappropriate to disturb the residents of the building who are going about their normal, everyday lives i.e. work etc. Guests will have their stay ended early if any disturbances are reported.

IDENTIFICATION
