- "I have already written a review this is just an extra part to that.. this property is a must go to,I was originally here for 3 nights and booked an extra night as it was that great! The rooms were just divine. Super cosy. Kitchen had everything you need for cooking etc. the two woman staff I met were just fantastic aswell, so pleasant & helpful! There is also a lift which helped as I had a pram and a suitcase ☺️ The only downfall to this amazing place is the homeless centre next door, being from Glasgow I know that wasn't always there..but I would tell people that please don't let that put you off staying here. There is a secure entry system, and at night time I would just walk the opposite way if your a lone traveller. This isn't the apartments fault as that's a new service been placed there which is unfortunate. There's a 24 hour shop across the road which helps, merchant city is also on your doorstep to. So many food restaurants and also grocerie shops round about. This is central to everywhere in Glasgow.. WE WILL BE BACK AGAIN 😁... I wish this was my home, I loved it so much 💖 and I cant wait to return in a few weeks time ☺️ thankyou spires for making my new year a pleasant beautiful stay for my family."

- "Tucked away just off Queen Margaret Drive and opposite the Botanic Gardens, Embassy Suites offers a laid back and comfortable experience. Very good car parking (access via Clouston Street and Clouston Lane off the B808) and the room was more than adequate with an electric cooker (untried and it looked less than pristine) a microwave, a fridge etc. No DVD player and bring your own tea towels and kitchen rolls because you won't find any here. That said, it was very quiet with the only noise from other residents trying to find the squeakiest floorboards in the place, and in a couple of minutes you can be at Great Western Road and Oran Mor - the music / theatre venue, an in less than ten minutes you can be in Byres Road with Hillhead subway station and its shops, bars and restaurants and that West End ambience. Another fifteen minute walk and you can be at Kelvingrove and one of the worlds finest art galleries which is still free to get in. We usually stay in the city centre, but this will be our new home from home for future visits."

- "Very spacious apartment, very clean, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and good kitchen. Bit noisy with construction next door. " - "I really enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen and lots of light in the apartment. Windows only open a little bit though. Plenty of sockets for electronics, including by the bed. It is close to many places to eat and there are a couple of Tesco grocery stores nearby. It's about 10 min walk to the Airport bus service. I assume it's a big saving as there is a lot of construction in the area. I would definitely stay there again. The downsides were very few, but the major one is that I only received information on how to access my room around 2 pm on the check-in day and it included the need to download an app as my phone was going to serve as a key. This is fine; but if you don't have access to wifi or don't have a smartphone or aren't quick to use it, it could have been a problem - I think the information how to download the app should be included in the information about this property and opportunity should be given to download and install it prior to arriving, with only the room info to be sent upon check-in. As there is no reception, there is also no option to leave the bags prior to check in. I would also recommend adding a mirror in the bedroom."
