Inside a comfortable bed, excellent shower (Despite my pet hate of electric showers this one actually worked with good pressure and heat ) The whole place was immaculate with a microwave, kettle, toaster and two rings for cooking, plus my wife's favourite a Teapot. Pots, pans, cutlery and sharp knives all supplied and a variety of other cooking implements, corkscrew etc. These people obviously have researched what works well done. Chruinneag is located in a beautiful character stone building which was once a former bank. The property is next to Ancaster Square in the centre of the very quaint village of Callander. There is a locked bike shed to the rear of the property for 6 bikes.
The property has been completely refurbished into a luxurious, spacious and immaculately presented upper floor three bedroom holiday home by the Callander Community Development Trust.
You enter the property through a private front door and a newly laminated stairway leads to the first floor. The landing area is bright with lots of natural daylight coming through traditional sash windows looking out towards Kessogs Church.
The lounge is very spacious and comfortable with large windows looking over the village square. There is a separate large family kitchen and dining area which is fully equipped and has a dining table and chairs for 6 people. The hallway leads to two twin bedrooms with plenty of storage and a family bathroom with walk in shower. At the end of the hallway is a large double bedroom with en-suite shower room. There are lovely views towards Craggs. All windows are double glazed and traditional sash style.
The property is an excellent base for exploring historic Scotland and is superbly situated for outdoor activities including walks, cycling, climbing and canoeing. It is also extremely easy to reach, being around one hour’s drive from Edinburgh and Glasgow, only 20 minutes from the M9 and is right in the centre of Callander and all its amenities.

Six Ledi Court is a first floor flat in a modern block on a quiet street a few minutes’ walk from the town centre. The building has allocated parking right outside and there is a secure entry system.

The flat is ideal for couples or can sleep up to three people as follows:
- Bedroom: double bed OR two single beds on request
- Sitting room: sofa bed for one person.
Please note the flat is not suitable for children under the age of twelve.

The second bedroom has bunk beds with a SMALL double on the bottom and a single on top. This bunks are suitable for up to 3 children (the top bunk is only suitable for children under 12 years old) OR 2 adults only.
There is a newly fitted modern and well-equipped kitchen with an electric induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge. There is a Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, toaster and even a bluetooth speaker. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar.

The modern bathroom has a bath with a powerful overhead shower.

The bright and comfortable living room provides an ideal place to relax and unwind. There is a 3 seater settee, two armchairs and beanbag. It also has a dining table which will seat up to 5.
