The space
This flat provides a restful and comfortable space. The bedroom is tastefully decorated in bright and refreshing summer colours and when the sun beams through the window in the morning it is a delightful space to relax with a cuppa.

The kitchen and bathroom have both been recently modernised and finished to a high standard. There is a cute table in the kitchen to enjoy meals. If you plan to do your own cooking you are welcome to use the basic cooking staples in the kitchen (spices, rice, pasta, oil, etc). If you prefer to eat out there are a number of cafes and restaurants in Birnam and Dunkeld and the hotel just round the corner from the flat do delicious takeaway pizzas.

Located on the upper floor of Erigmore House above the bar, the Wallace Apartment sleeps up to nine guests, with two double bedrooms, a twin room and a triple room spread across two wings. There’s a main bathroom, and a separate shower room for added convenience.

Relax in the living room with a 55” flatscreen TV, equipped with an additional DVD player and music dock. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect to enjoy family meals, with a large dining table and bench seating.

The space
With free WIFI and a snug area complete with desk, this is the ideal space to catch up on emails or just enjoy some peace and quiet.
