A comfortable well equipped flat with views of distant mountains, located in woodland off a cul-de-sac next to the Aviemore Centre, just a few minutes walk to the railway station, shops, restaurants etc. Aviemore is a popular holiday resort located in the Cairngorm mountains in the Highlands of Scotland. perfect for walking, cycling, wildlife, bird-watching and water sports. In the winter skiing can be enjoyed and it is ideal for both summer and winter sports and sightseeing. The scenery is spectacular and the wildlife abundant, as seen on BBC 'Spring Watch'.
The flat is located in the centre of the village within easy walking distance of station, shops, restaurants, bars etc. It is set back from the main road in a woodland setting next to the MacDonald hotel complex with mountain views. It sleeps four adults comfortably with the possibility of also accommodating a small child. The accommodation is well equipped and of a high standard, with a 'home-from-home', comfortable feeling. There is ample parking and space for bicycle/ski/pushchair storage.
Also within five minutes walk is a nature reserve, trout lake (where Osprey may be seen) and the newly refurbished Aviemore centre with a super new swimming pool , sauna and other sports facilities. There are many excursions to explore the surrounding Cairngorms National Park (e.g. to take a sleigh ride pulled by huskies, to feed the reindeer) or further afield to Inverness, Culloden, Braemar, etc.

The flat is very nice very cosy and Aviemore is a dream the people is so welcoming that I was thinking to keep this review about the flat and the city only for me so the people over there maybe would keep all this essence and hospitality for when we come back again but my partner said share the experience because for sure they will keep the hospitality is clear it come from their essence. I highly recommend grampian Court flat with Jackie and I highly recommend Aviemore we stay in the winter and for sure we will come back in the summer. But to whatever who is reading this I will tell you something my partner told me to write our experience, but I tell you something if u ready this and experience what we experienced the same magic moment in this place and could be able to keep this a secret, more will be the chance to have this flat empty for the next time when we want to go again lol 😉. The lounge offers guests ample seating, 3D TV with Freeview, free Wi-Fi internet access and a Bose speaker system to connect a smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth or AUX cable. The modern open plan kitchen is equipped with an electric double oven & hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, integrated wine cooler, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, en suite shower room and fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom has a super-king bed, fitted wardrobes and mirror. The third bedroom consists of a single bed with additional pull out single bed. The family bathroom has a separate shower, bath, wash hand basin and toilet. Utility room with washing machine. Cloakroom with toilet. Underfloor heating throughout with temperature control in each room.
Guests have access to the entire property. Prior to your arrival, we will email guests a contact number for the property owner or local housekeeper for your use should you require any assistance during your stay. The quiet and tranquil area of the Highlands and a haven for local wildlife. From the property, you will be able to spot birds of prey, but head 2-minutes out of Aviemore and you can spot a lot of wildlife, we recommend travelling to Loch Morlich for a great view and wildlife watching. A car is recommended when staying in the Highlands, however, this is not a necessity. The local taxi service operates 24 hours of the day. There is a train and bus station in town, allowing guests to travel north or south to explore more of what the Highlands has to offer. The nearest airport is Inverness Airport and can be accessed within a 45 -minute drive. No smoking. Not suitable for pets. No parties or events. Check-in time is 4 PM - 10 PM. Check out time is 10 am. Although housekeeping staff will clean the property after you leave, we respectfully ask all guests to clean and put away any plates, cups, glasses, etc they have used during their stay. All bed linen, towels (one hand towel and one bath towel per person), electricity, heating and Wi-Fi are included in the price. A starter pack of supplies includes toilet rolls, complimentary sachets of coffee, sugar, teabags.

The River House Garden Rooms is the ground floor of a large Edwardian house, which is located in a tranquil , secluded position next to a wooded area on the river Spey (perfect for dog walking) but only five minutes into bustling Aviemore. The mature grounds, have a couple of sundecks and a summerhouse for guests use. Electric entrance gates makes the grounds pretty secure for dogs.
This is a truly magical location in Aviemore. Perfect for a cosy getaway and ideal for your honeymoon or a much needed rest.
The large architectural design living room extension containing the dining area has floor-to-ceiling windows capturing the views to the river Spey, woods and mountains beyond . The property is just for two guests and has been created with romance in mind (for the young and young at heart, ) with log stoves in the lounge and in the bedroom where there is a king-size bed and en suite showroom. Imagine cosying up in bed with the crackling lit stove watching the snow fall outside !!! Of course the property also comes with a luxury outdoor hot tub.
The large country style kitchen has everything you will need with a breakfast bar and including American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, dual fuel range. in the utility room there is a washing machine and dryer.
The owners have left some artefacts in the house, so you get the feeling that you are visiting a friends place not just a self catering unit. And of course dogs are very welcome,
there are kennels if you wish to use them with our compliments!
Guests have exclusive use of the property but no access to the rest of the house which is unoccupied. There is a resident is a small studio close to the property. This will not affect the privacy of your stay.

- "Perfect for us as a family of 4. Having stayed in Aviemore many times before, in larger properties and hotels, I can say that this was a most enjoyable stay once again in Aviemore. The property provided us with all the space we needed for the weeks stay. A nice wide staircase leads you up to the modern bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is the smaller of the rooms but we managed to get the 4 of us around the dining table for any meals without issue on the couple of occasions we needed it. A nice big fridge and freezer considering it was integrated. I enjoyed being able to see out in 3 different directions from the property. The location was great, an easy walk to the shops, bars and restaurants or train station. Plenty of parking spaces available. Not that we had bikes but you can lock-up bikes in the large walk in bin store room. Maybe useful to know if you wanted to take bikes but thought you had nowhere to store them at this property. Bring a bike lock though. Overall very pleased with the property, facilities and location. My only suggestions would be to add a drying/draining rack in the kitchen for the washing up and tighten up the kitchen sink tap a little more from underneath."

- "We had a great weekend in Aviemore. The flat is clean, light and comfortable. We easily walked to and from the train station with backpacks. It's also less than 10 minutes walk to the Tesco Superstore and restaurants. We recommend Cheese and Tomatin Aviemore for lunch/dinner! Our tour guide picked us up at the flat and we saw Cairngorms National Park, Loch en Eilien, Loch Morlich, the Folk Museum, Ruthven Barracks, and more. The owner was responsive and everything went very smoothly. Thank you, Nick!"

Private on-site parking and free Wi-Fi. This 2-bedroom apartment has had a recent makeover, offering guests a comfortable, cosy and modern option when staying the Aviemore.
An open plan lounge, kitchen, dining area with some of the best views in Aviemore, over the rooftops to the Cairngorm Mountains, has ample seating for 4 guests to relax and dine, a smart TV with Freeview channels and Bluetooth sound system for those wanting some chill out time inside away from the many attractions and places to visit in the Cairngorm National Park. The modern kitchen has a gas cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine with dryer, kettle, toaster and plenty kitchenware. The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite shower room while the second bedroom has 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have bedside units with lamps, wardrobes and TVs. The family bathroom has a bath with shower, wash hand basin and toilet. There is an iron and ironing board, clothes airing rack and hairdryer. Good Wi-Fi to stream Netflix, Amazon Prime and BBC iPlayer is provided at no extra cost as well as on-site parking.

It has everything you need, it's warm, clean and although it's literally a two minutes walk to Aviemore main Street it is very quiet. Communication from Nick and Erin was excellent. Parking is right outside the property and there is a secure building for cycle storage. We enjoyed another great time in the winter this time and the property makes an excellent base for exploring the area. We are already looking forward to our next visit."

Cabins Carn Eilrig & Geal Cham are identical luxuriously appointed log cabins situated adjacent to Croftside, Aviemore. Croftside is a quiet residential area of Aviemore and the log cabins are in a cul de sac with no through traffic.
Both Lodges are 3 bedroom, double glazed, and well insulated ensuring maximum comfort with quality furnishings, fully equipped modern kitchens and colour TVs with DVD player. The heating throughout is electric.
There is accommodation for up to 6 guests in each lodge with three bedrooms per lodge and additional en suite facilities in the master bedrooms. Outside there is ample parking space, and our prices are fully inclusive of bed linen, towels and electricity. We are also happy to accommodate well behaved pets.

- "Our stay here in this property was great. Very comfortable and very clean. Excellent directions were given and very easy and secure check in. Wee cleaning pack was left for us on our arrival which was very handy. There is a seated bench table on the balcony however I felt it would be even better if there were a couple of comfortable chairs to sit on as well. The only other thing I would recommend would be new mattress’s for the beds as a couple of us felt they were uncomfortable, sore backs the next day etc. Overall a great property and would definitely recommend and go back"

My only gripe is the kitchen could be a bit better equipped .. only 3 glasses, ( 5 wine glasses but only 3 others) and cooking utensils were a bit sparce and no bigger bowls or anything for Mixing or serving food. Overall a beautiful apartment, very tastefully decorated and in a good location. "

Two bright bedrooms, a double bedroom with double bed. There is plenty of storage space in each of the fitted wardrobes in each bedroom. The twin room has 2 single beds and all beds are fitted with memory foam mattresses. Curtains all have black out lining so you can enjoy a long lie in the morning.
Well equipped kitchen with all you will need to enjoy your stay. Microwave, hob with fan oven, fridge with freezer compartmenT, washing machine. All crockery and utensils are here too.
The bathroom has a full size bath with overhead shower.
Shampoo and body wash is supplied.
Step outside and you are in the heart of Aviemore and close to woodland and plenty of lovely walks all there for you to enjoy. Plenty of free unmarked parking spaces, just drive in and use any of the bays.
Bus and train stops on the doorstep a few minutes away. You will not be disappointed with the location as you can get out and about into the highlands with all its beauty within minutes.
Sit down after a day out walking on the hill or a day in the village browsing the many shops then relax, sit back have a wee dram and watch a Netflix movie!!
Wifi is here too so you can keep in contact with friends and family.

Comfortably sleeping 5 people the property enjoys open views towards the Cairngorm Mountain Range and whilst central to the village, is sited in a desirable location, a stone's throw away from the local walks and nature trails.
Craigellachie National Nature Reserve is easily walkable as it is located just behind Caledonia Place. This beautiful reserve encompasses a fantastic mixture of birch woodland, open glades and tree-fringed lochs, rising to a craggy summit with superb views out across the Cairngorms National Park. Take your pick of one of the four trail routes, one of which is all abilities, and enjoy the unexpected peace and solitude.
The Cairngorms is a natural playground, the area offers incredible walking, cycling routes and fishing and it also has 12 golf courses. It's even home to the only sled dog centre, and the first permanent bridge-based bungee jump, in the UK.
