Cabins Carn Eilrig & Geal Cham are identical quality log cabins situated adjacent to Croftside, Aviemore. Croftside is a quiet residential area of Aviemore and the log cabins are in a cul de sac with no through traffic.

Both Lodges are 3 bedroom, double glazed, and well insulated ensuring maximum comfort with quality furnishings, fully equipped modern kitchens and colour TVs with DVD player. The heating throughout is electric.

There is accommodation for up to 6 guests in each lodge with three bedrooms per lodge and additional en suite facilities in the master bedrooms. Outside there is ample parking space, and our prices are fully inclusive of bed linen, towels and electricity. We are also happy to accommodate well behaved pets.

Self catering log cabin which sleeps 4 in 1 double and 1 twin room. There is also a living room and dining area, shower room and galley kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge. It is all on the ground floor level except there are 3 steps up to the front door. There is a television and dvd player in the living room and sky tv free channels. Parking is available just outside for two cars.
Lurchers Cabin is situated in a small cul-de-sac, only five minutes walk from Aviemore village centre. It is ideal for those who wish to spend a holiday in the Cairngorms National Park at a reasonable price. This comfortable two bedroomed log cabin style chalet has recently been upgraded to provide quality self catering accommodation for up to four guests.

Aviemore is well known as a visitor resort with year round outdoor activities. There has been considerable investment in the area recently including a new leisure and conference facility and a new championship golf course. The village itself is also currently undergoing a major transformation with a new square and transport interchange. There are many visitor attractions in the surrounding area for all ages and abilities.

As the cabin is actually in the village it is particularly suitable for visitors who are coming by public transport. The mainline railway station and coach stop are just a few minutes walk away. There are excellent local bus links and bike hire nearby.

Twa Hoots Lodge is a log cabin in Aviemore close to The Cairngorms. This lodge is situated in a small neuk of chalet log cabins just a short walk to Aviemore and Rothiemurchus. Just along the road is The Old Bridge Inn, a local pub on the banks of the River Spey. The chalet log cabin is perfect for 4 people and is dog friendly too. Please note no wi-fi is available.

- "A very accurately described cabin situated close the the pub, railway station and Aviemore centre, but also very private." - "We were delighted with Twa Hoots Lodge. We chose it for its handy location which allowed us to walk from the door - up the river, through the town, to local pubs and cafes, and explore the surrounding countryside - as well as being a short drive from lots of excellent hill walking. We also enjoyed a hill trip with the Cairngorm Reindeer Herd. The lodge was homely, warm and cosy, clean and very well equipped. A very comfortable bed and a good shower were also welcome after a day on the hill. The owner was very friendly and helpful when we contacted her with a few enquiries about our stay."

Badaguish self-catering forest lodges and camping pods are located 6.2 mi from Aviemore, within the Cairngorms National Park. Badaguish has mountain views and located in a unique forest location. Access is via a 1-mile single track road through the forest. All lodges include a seating/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. Towels not provided. There is no porch to take outdoor shoes off as suggested .A picture of the gate was sent as how to access the property for security but the top latch is broken and the lower bolt doesn’t match up so the gate has no security whatsoever. The property is in a good location to the town but is desperate need of TLC."

The space is small but mighty! Including a little kitchenette (with kettle, microwave, fridge and induction hob); table & chairs for two; and a comfy double-bed. Also within the cabin is a small bathroom including shower. The cabin also includes blackout blinds to keep the summer night sunshine out! The cabin has WiFi access.

The cabin overlooks our back garden - unfortunately no mountain views, but in less than a minutes walk you can see them.

There is parking available outside our house.

The local shop is just a 2-minute walk round the corner from us and is well stocked. The centre of Aviemore is a 15-20minute walk, or a 3minute drive.

- "A lovely, well appointed home with comfy beds and plenty of towels etc. Seating was a bit uncomfortable in some rooms, and the heating was a challenge at first. That being said, the owners were readily available and answered all questions. I feel it would be a good idea to have instructions somewhere in the house regarding certain things to make it easier, not only on people renting, but for the owners as well. We did enjoy our time there, it's a lovely area."

This has already been paid for 2024 and is included in purchase price advertised to take over ownership of this week. At the of the Christmas 🎄/ peak holiday season, it is a popular time for owners to advertise their apartments as holiday rentals if they are unable to stay there themselves in any year. The weekly rental they attract is significantly higher than the annual maintenance fee which owners pay.

At Breckenridge Lodge, we take pride in offering comfortable, self catering accommodation nestled in the heart of the scenic Cairngorm National Park. Our lodge serves as the perfect base for families and adventurers alike, ensuring you have everything you need for an unforgettable holiday. Comfortably sleeping a family of four, our master bedroom has an ensuite toilet, generous storage spaces as well as a king sized bed, with twin beds in the second bedroom, a newly refurbished shower in the bathroom and recently replaced radiators throughout. Making it a very cosy place to stay all year round for those looking for a self catering holiday in Aviemore.

We have a fully equipped kitchen for those who enjoy cooking and prefer to eat at home, although Aviemore offers a selection of Cafes, Pubs and Restaurants within walking distance to choose from if you prefer to eat out. 

Breckenridge Lodge has a warm, spacious living area with Free Sat TV, offering a range of TV channels for you to view, as well as a selection of books for you to peruse at your leisure. There is also a small selection of DVD'S and a DVD player to help keep you entertained.

All bedlinen, Tea towels and towels will be provide for the duration of your stay.

The entire lodge is accessible for guests to use. Unfortunately at this time there is no access for wheelchair users.

Aviemore Holiday Park has a bar on site called the Aviemore Inn, where you can enjoy a beverage while watching sports on the big screen TV and on the days that they are open home cooked meals are available.

Immaculate, well equipped 2 bed chalet that comfortably sleeps 4 guests with an option of 1 additional guest on a sofa bed in the living area.

Accommodation consists of a king size bedroom with ensuite w.c. and dressing table. Bedroom 2 is a twin room with fitted wardrobe.

A lockable shed outside for those who wish to store skis, prams and bicycles.

There is an onsite bar/restaurant, The Aviemore Inn, serving local and traditional ales and spirits.

A riverside cabin with a stunning mountain view. large cabin in the Scottish Highlands. It is Situated on the banks of the river Spey. It has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 It is fully equipped with linen and towels.
There is an open plan, fully equipped kitchen, living & dining area with patio doors leading out onto the decking with BBQ available.
The lounge has a 43 inch Smart TV with free-view, dvd player and games.
The cabin offers WiFi for guests.

The space
The cabin is available from 4pm on the day of arrival until 11am on day of departure. The key is kept securely on site and the code for access will be communicated to you on receipt of full payment.

The cabin has a large, free dedicated parking area that can accommodate 2 large cars. Please note NO camper vans/mobile homes or vehicles with any sign writing are not allowed to be parked on the site, they would have to be parked outside of the park during your visit if you do travel in any of these vehicle types.

The holiday park offers 24hr laundry facilities (currently unavailable due to new facilities being built) There is a Laundrette in Aviemore Town. and free WIFI at the Aviemore Inn the onsite bar which sells food between 12pm and 7pm. The Inn is child friendly and is a lovely welcoming place to go.

WIFI is available inside the cabin.

This is booked as a self catering holiday. We will have tea coffee and sugar available on arrival. There will be 1 toilet roll in each bathroom. Any additional needed will have to be purchased or bought with you from home.

Towels will be provided for each guest listed on their booking.

Prices included gas, water, electric, towels and linens. The cabin is well insulated and heated, so is comfortable all year around.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept dogs. We have had some issues with the dog smells, hair and scratching of the wood in the cabin making it unpleasant for future guests. So it is with a heavy heart as a dog owner myself that we are unable to accept any future bookings with dogs 😔

Other things to note
Self check in. There is a key safe located at the property.
All guests are required to sign in via an on line booking system This is in case of emergencies so the management know how many people are on site at any time should the emergency services need to attend. This is for the safety of you and your family. Please note camper vans and vehicles with any sign writing on are not allowed to be parked on the site at all. They would have to be parked off site.

This is a no smoking property. If you do decide to smoke on the decking please dispose of your cigarettes responsibly. Ash trays are provided under the sink.

We do have a pop up cot available for babies.


So there are just a few things that may sound like the obvious but I would appreciate it if you could do these ....

Please put the rubbish out in the on site skip before you leave

Turn off all lights heaters should you use them before you leave

Please tidy up after yourself there is a dishwasher and the cleaner is not there to do the washing up


If you break anything please just let me know so I can get it replaced ASAP

Please do not use any of the spare bedding unless absolutely necessary they are for the cleaner to do the change overs as quickly as possible before the next guests arrive

I’m saddened to put this on my listing but due to recent stays I have had to be to the point with these things as the change over people have struggled to get the cabin ready for same day change overs.

Speyside Lodge is a 3 bedroom log cabin situated on the banks of the River Spey in the vibrant holiday resort of Aviemore. Lodge 2 is a luxury two bedroom property situated in an elevated position within the heart of the Cairngorm National Park on the banks of the river Spey .The property is well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay at any time of the year. There is a master bedroom with king size bed and an en-suite bathroom . Patio doors lead out onto the decking area that extends around the side of the lodge. The Park benefits from the well stocked Aviemore Inn .

The lodge has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, cooker , washing machine and dishwasher and dining table to seat 4.
The main bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite . There is a further bedroom with 2 single beds.
There is a separate bathroom.

Guest access
Guests have access to the whole Lodge which has decking to the front with chairs and small table. The decking extends down the side of the lodge where there is a small table & 2 chairs.
Parking is in a designated space close to the lodge.

Strathspey Chalet has two twin rooms, two single rooms, and an open plan kitchen-dining-living area with doors onto a small deck area. The chalet is on the grounds of Glenmore Lodge, Scotland’s National Outdoor Training Centre. This is an ideal self-catering option that enables you to have some space to yourselves, within the setting of Glenmore Lodge's grounds.

As National Outdoor Training Centre, Glenmore Lodge is set up to be the ideal base for outdoor adventures. We deliver skills training and qualifications, and sometimes host events as well. During your stay, please be aware there will likely be other customers around the centre attending courses and for other events.

Lurchers Cabin is a cosy wooden chalet which accommodates up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms.

There is parking for 2 cars outside. It is 5 minutes walk from the centre of Aviemore and from the bus and train station.
The Cairngorm mountains are on your doorstep and the entire area is an outdoor lovers paradise. We are 10 minutes drive from the main Cairngorm ski area. Aviemore is a buzzing village with numerous bars, cafes and restaurants and also many shops catering for all outdoor pursuits.

The space
Self catering log cabin which sleeps 4 in 1 double and 1 twin room. There is also a living room and dining area, shower room and galley kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge. It is all on the ground floor level except there are 3 steps up to the front door. There is a television and dvd player in the living room and sky tv free channels. Parking is available just outside for two cars.

Guests can access the whole cabin. It is entirely for their use
