The master bedroom has a king size bed, en-suite bathroom with a bath tub. The second bedroom has twin single beds. There is also a separate family WC/Shower room for convenient use.

Our ABI Ashcroft is located at Aviemore Holiday Park, a 10 min walk from the train station and the centre of Aviemore which is a busy thriving community, there is an onsite restaurant/bar and the site is only a 5 min walk to the nearest Italian restaurant ,Indian restaurants and chip shop.

Accomodation

The accommodation comprises a comfortable open plan kitchen/dining /lounge with French doors out to the decking area, lounge area has large L shaped sofa ample seating for 6 also with a 32" flat screen TV, freesat box and a DVD player, the lounge also incorporates a wall mounted electric heater with living flame option for that cozy glow even when fire not required to be on. Dining area has table and seats for 4. The well appointed kitchen has a gas cooker with hob, oven and separate grill, integrated microwave and integrated fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery and pots, pans, glasses and utensils, everything that you will need to make meals for all your family needs.

Sleeps 4, There are 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a king size bed, has large wardrobe and shelf space, ample drawer space, above headboard storage, dressing table with stool mirror and an en-suite. The second bedroom has twin beds, wardrobe, under bed storage and above headboard storage. There is also a double lift out sofa bed in the lounge.

Location

Aviemore Holiday Park is based closed to the city centre and offers access to all local services and amenities including restaurants, hotel, post office, bus transport, train station, fishing, bike hire, golf, tennis and bowls. There is also a great convenience store not too far from the site. The famous river Spey runs through the site and reasonably priced fishing permits are available from reception.

There is a coin operated washing machine and drier on site also a beauty and therapy salon beside the reception.

The area is great for lovers of the great outdoors. Walkers, cyclists, bird watchers and fishermen will be impressed by the spectacular scenery. Golfers are spoilt for choice here. Aviemore hosted a very highly rated golf course, and there are several others in the vicinity.

Cragganmore Lodge is located within the picturesque Aviemore Holiday Park which is very close to the village centre (approx 10mins walk). The Park provides a bar with entertainment on some of the nights as well as lunch and dinner menus, a nail and beauty salon, a children’s play area and inclusive free fishing rights on the river Spey which contains mainly salmon and trout. There is also a laundrette on site (fee payable).

Aviemore village boasts a vast array of shops from Tesco and M&S supermarkets, to local butcher, bakers, retro sweet shop and outdoor shops. Chalet 57 is located in the heart of Aviemore on Aviemore Holiday Park. It has three bedrooms - one double and two bunk rooms. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, cooker, toaster, kettle, fridge, etc. There are two toilets and a shower. There is a living room with TV and dining area. The chalet has stunning views from the balcony out to the Cairngorm Mountains and River Spey. There is ample private parking onsite.

Cragganmore Lodge was build in 2017 sleeping up to 4 people. The lodge is situated in an enviable position overlooking the Cairngorm Mountains and River Spey. It is only a 5 minute walk to the shops/bars/cafes and restaurants as well as all the great outdoors within the Cairngorms National Park.

The space
The Kitchen area is open plan to the lounge and fully equipped for your cooking requirements with microwave, coffee machine, double toaster, kettle, pots and pans, glassware, crockery, cutlery and a full complement of utensils. There is also a full sized integrated fridge/freezer, gas hob with four burners, oven and grill.

There is a separate comfortable dining area with seating for 4 people.

The lounge area has a 6 seater corner sofa looking towards a real flame effect fire. The lounge is equipped with a surround 32” flat screen HD TV, a DVD player and HD Freesat box for your enjoyment. You will find a selection of DVD’s for both the kids & adults to enjoy for cosy days/nights in. The lodge also boasts built in Bluetooth connectivity with speakers built into the ceiling and USB charging points are built into the sockets within the lounge and both bedrooms. Free, unlimited wireless broadband Wi-Fi throughout the lodge for your exclusive use (so no drop in connection).

The en-suite master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, double wardrobe, shelving, seat, wall mirror with chest of drawers below, hairdryer and heat mat for straightening irons. This bedroom has the luxury of having a mains pressure shower along with a bath tub, heated towel rail and wall cabinet with a mirror.

The second bedroom has two single beds which can be pushed together to make a double room. It benefits from a wardrobe space for storage and vanity mirror. There is a selection of family games located in the wardrobe for use of the guests.

The family bathroom (which can be used exclusively by the 2nd bedroom) also has a mains pressure shower along with ample shelving for towels and incidentals. A heated towel rail, shaving point and a wall cabinet with a mirror is also there for your convenience.

The Lodge is fully insulated, double glazed and has gas central heating throughout. All gas & electricity is included in the rental price.

The Lodge benefits from two separate terrace areas, one at the front and the other on the side of the property. From the lounge the patio door leads out to the private decking area at the front and the main entrance has a larger patio area for dining al fresco with comfortable seating. From both terraces you can sit and admire the tranquil River Spey and the spectacular views of the Cairngorm Mountains while you enjoy a glass of wine.

We also provide towels and linen during your stay with no extra cost as well as essential toiletries.

Cragganmore Lodge is located within the picturesque Aviemore Holiday Park which is very close to the village centre (approx 10mins walk). The Park provides a bar with entertainment on some of the nights, a nail and beauty salon, a children’s play area and inclusive free fishing rights on the river Spey which contains mainly salmon and trout.

Aviemore village boasts a vast array of shops from Tesco and M&S supermarkets, to local butcher, bakers, retro sweet shop and outdoor shops. There is also a good selection of restaurants if you don’t wish to cook at the Lodge and plenty of vibrant bars for your evening entertainment, all within walking distance from the Lodge. The railway station is a 10 minute walk from the lodge. Inverness is 30 miles north of Aviemore by car.

For the more adventurous, Aviemore is a hub of different levels of activities. Landmark outdoor adventure park which is roughly 6 miles from the lodge for kids of all ages, golfing, hiking, cycling, skiing, climbing, kayaking, tree adventure climbing within the Rothiemurchus estate in Cairngorm National Park and the surrounding areas. Rothiemurchus is adjacent from the Lodge itself.

The spacious sitting room and dining area has lovely open views with large patio doors leading onto a patio area with barbecue and seating. The interior is furnished with Scandinavian Pine framed furniture, occasional tables and soft lighting provided by lamps and uplighters. The large dining table and six chairs are ideal for entertaining. All villas benefit from digital television, a DVD and direct dial telephones with voicemail. Unfortunately, we have had guests who have been disrespectful, so now we need to do this before you arrive. It is held against a credit card and then released back to you after your stay if there are no issues. Riverbank lodge is located right in the heart of Cairngorms National Park at Aviemore Holiday park on the banks of the river spey in a quiet corner location close to all amenities. Guests can enjoy various activities in the surroundings including skiing, golfing, fishing, walking and cycling. Inverness airport is 26 miles from the property. Aviemore train station is approximately 500 yards.

The space
River bank lodge sleeps up to 4 people, provides all year round accommodation. Towels and bed linen are offered in this chalet. There are 2 bedrooms one with a king size bed and the other with two twin beds. The holiday home has an open plan living/kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully fitted with cooker, fridge, microwave etc along with a separate shower room/WC and an additional W/C off the Double Bedroom. Other facilities at Riverbank lodge includes 37" TV with Sky,DVD/bluray player.The chalet also provides a iron and hairdryer. The holiday home has a large outside decking area with seating provided for the summer months, where views of the mountains/river spey can be enjoyed. The static holiday home is located right on the banks of the river Spey in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park at Aviemore Holiday Park. The holiday park provides a quiet location close to all amenities. The chalet is within 5 minutes walk of the main train station and bus terminal in Aviemore where there are transport links to all the main town and cities. The Center of Aviemore hosts a good selection of cafes, restaurants, shops and supermarket.

Guest access
The holiday park itself has a shared facility for laundry, It also has a Nail, Beauty Salon and Local Bar with dining on site (The Aviemore Inn). The Aviemore Inn offers a friendly relaxed atmosphere to enjoy a local ale or whiskey. With a roaring log fire, soft seating, pool table, darts and table games.
Within the park boundaries fishing is also available on the river spey (within seasons).

Executive 3 bedroom lodge situated within the Coylumbridge Hilton resort. The lodge accommodates up to eight in three spacious bedrooms with additional 'hidden' pull down double bed in the spacious living area. Swimming pool and gym available on site. Local activities including mountain biking, hill walking, golfing, fishing, clay shooting, white water rafting, quad biking. I have the above dates available a timeshare lodge at the Coylumbridge Lodges. It's the very last lodge, no 34, furthest from the hotel and right next to the River Druie- great for playing about in!

The space
The lodge has a lovely master en suite with a balcony and a further twin room also with en suite. In the lounge there is a large and comfy sofa bed, with a cloakroom in the hall.

Having been recently refurbished throughout, there is WiFi, secure bike storage and parking on site. A paved terrace, ideal for BBQ, is accessed through the patio doors.

Other things to note
Electricity bill is payable on check out, the meter is read for you at arrival and departure.

Pets can be accommodated but there is a charge of £30 for upto two pets and £30 for each additional. Do get in touch if I can help with any further information.
