Peaceful location on a hill farm 9 miles (14km) south of Inverness and only a short distance from Loch Ness, Culloden Battlefield and the Cairngorms. Ideally located for walking, touring, mountain biking with tremendous opportunities to explore this fascinating part of Northern Scotland.
Built to a high standard, with the guests' enjoyment and comfort a priority, this modern holiday lodge is heated by renewable energy systems and a wood burning stove. Fearnag Lodge is fitted with free super-fast wi-fi and internet enabled TV systems.
Fearnag Lodge comprises modern, comfortable accommodation. Heated by ground source heat pump, solar water heating and a wood burning stove, our low-carbon log cabin is designed with the environment in mind.
The bright and spacious open-plan kitchen/dining/living area has direct access on to a covered terrace. PRIVATE HOT TUB / PANORAMIC SAUNA / LOG BURNER / FIRE PIT: Our lodge has 3 bedrooms, 1 with ensuite shower/WC, and an outstanding feature of a mezzanine lounge area with workspace and chillout area, as well as a large open plan living/dining/kitchen, and large terrace with dining area, hot tub, a spectacular panoramic sauna, a fire pit area and large grounds.
The spacious main kingsize bedroom is en-suite, and also has a deluxe bunk, ideal for larger families. We've created a luxury setting with modern amenities and a traditional twist. All bed linen & towels are provided.
Our log cabin is extremely well equipped, including a large smart TV in the lounge and TV in the master suite, as well as WiFi throughout. The bedrooms include one double, one single, two twin rooms with two single beds each, one triple room with a double and single bed, and two more double rooms. Each room is furnished with fresh towels and toiletries. Bathrooms and toilets are shared along the corridor and equipped with showers for a relaxing experience.
The property has a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with a dining table, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. Outside, a large garden offers space for outdoor gatherings.
The property spans the ground, first, and second floors, with upper floors accessible by stairs only. Street parking is available free on a first-come, first-served basis. Self-check-in is simple and secure with the key stored in a key safe.

The lodge has under floor heating, two good sized bathrooms . Sky + TV, loads of DVDs The kitchen has a large dining table to seat 8, a range style cooker, dishwasher, microwave, 2 fridges and a freezer.
The space
A high-chair and cot is available for hire, £15 each or £25 for both. Towels are available for hire at £2.50 a set. In line with our green policy we have provided you with enough earth friendly cleaning products to last your entire stay. We have also supplied eco balls from ecozone for you to use in the washing machine. Please support us in saving our planet.

There's no sharing at nanny's hoose!!!! The accommodation is self contained with only you using the facilities

You have your own small outdoor area with chairs, bbq and table all fully self contained for you to enjoy during the beautiful summer nights. Wi-Fi and now tv box.
While at Nanny's hoose, why not enjoy our honesty bar with snacks and beverages available at cost price to our welcome guest's to purchase. Breakfast packs available on request, These can be meat or vegetarian and include everything to get you started on your holiday. Guests with children are welcome to use the play house in the main garden. Towels provided.
