Obviously no shops in the immediate vicinity but Pitlochry, Dunkeld and Aberfeldy are all within a short driving distance affording ample shopping opportunities. - "The lodge was exactly what we wanted for a long weekend. Good location, within walking distance of a hotel/pub in Moulin. The lodge is very well kitted out with enough of everything and very nice shower gel and hand wash provided. The garden is very small but is dog proof. We didn’t use the log burner or hot tub but both looked as if they would work well. Towels and linen are of good quality - all in all great and we’d definitely stay there again."

No issues at all with the stay and we will be back. One point though that I would class as a negative is the late check in from 4pm. This is much later than most other hospitality venues. As there are clear instructions for access to the chalet, our preference would have been to arrive earlier and unpack with some time to go out in the afternoon. There should be no reason why the chalet could not be available from 2pm onwards"
