Plenty of parking spaces in the front of the house. Murphy my dog welcomes well behaved furry friends to join but they should not be left alone in your room.

As your host I enjoy nothing more than sharing and recommending local must see places to visit and explore from hiking destinations, to cafes, restaurants and breweries to ensure you get the most from your visit

Surrounded by stunning hills rivers and lochs this area is an excellent location for lots activities, like hiking, fishing, biking and bungee jumping, golf and pony trekking. The famous bustling town of Pitlochry is only a 7 mile drive/bus/train ride away.

Atholl Neuk is a one bedroomed annexe cottage situated in the beautiful Highland Perthshire village of Blair Atholl. The cottage is homely and relaxing with well equipped dining kitchen including washing machine and dishwasher, cosy lounge overlooking the private garden and with electric recliner chairs, one double bedroom with king sized bed, large shower room and off street parking. A maximum of two guests please. Well behaved dogs are welcome but must not be left alone in property.

Ideally suited to couples. Atholl Neuk is self catering and guests will find a very well equipped kitchen if they want to cook, although there are plenty very good restaurants within easy walking or driving distance. We do provide a small welcome pack to ensure that you can at least make a cup of tea or coffee before you unpack!

Blair Atholl is an excellent base for your highland Perthshire holiday and Atholl Neuk provides a welcome retreat at the end of your day. The spectacular Blair Castle with its stunning gardens and grounds is a short ten minute stroll away and the area boasts some of Scotland’s most breath-taking scenery.

Just seven miles to the south of Blair Atholl lies Pitlochry, the largest town in Highland Perthshire and a popular tourist destination. You will find an abundance of excellent restaurants and places to visit.

For kids, there is a trampoline which you are welcome to use (there is an amazing view of the valley from the trampoline!)

There are 10 small steps down to the entrance of the property (2 sets of 5 steps).

There is a private parking spot for guests in the front driveway, and also great transport links via the train station (10 mins walk) or the bus stop on the main street (7 mins walk)

The property is up a hill, so bear this in mind if you are coming by public transport.

This delightful room in Blair Cottage, a traditional cottage built in 1886, is a stone's throw from Pitlochry Station and the bustling main street where restaurants and shops are plentiful. Whilst very centrally located, it can be found on a quiet lane.
