Hello, I am originally from Dunblane having spent most of my Childhood in the Beautiful Historic Town. I now only live 4 miles away so never far away. I have 2 Happy, growing children and a Wonderful Fiancé who renovated our property to give our guests a luxurious stay. Station View and our guests are my main priority and I give my all to make sure everything is perfect during their stay. During your stay I am always just a phone call away. I am always just a phone call away. I will be there for check-in sometimes although this is not always possible so we have a key safe on the building.
We are very lucky as our property is in a very quiet close with fantastic neighbours. Situated across from the Train Station this gives very easy access for Train journeys and the bus stop is just around the corner.

This is a lovingly refurbished quirky gatehouse to bring the whole family to with lots of room for fun! There is a patio with outdoor furniture for some al fresco dining in the secluded back garden. Plenty of space in the kitchen-diner to cook with all mod cons and host your family in this wonderful family friendly home. As we discover more history associated with this house we are logging it in our guest book for our guests to read about too
There are 4 bedrooms available in this wonderful property and a sofa bed, if needed in the living room. The front bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has a king sized bed. Bedroom 3 and 4 are in an adjoining wing to the kitchen and both bedrooms have single beds which can be zipped together to form king size beds. Please inform us at the time of booking how you would like the beds to be configured. Bedroom 3 has a WC and bedroom 4 is in the attic with an ensuite. There is a spacious family bathroom with a rain fall shower over the bath.
The kitchen-diner is designed for family and friends get togethers, catching up over food that can be cooked in the spacious kitchen with all the mod cons. There is an electric oven, hob, full size fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and air fryer for guests to use. And washing up is no problem with the dishwasher!
There is a fenced garden at the back with some garden furniture to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or afternoon tea.

The estate is in an absolutely stunning setting. Everything was clean, perfectly laid out, and we had the best time here. I would return 1000 times if I could. It is fairly remote, so having a car is really the only way to get to and from. It’s only a few minutes from the small town of Dunblane (which has a gorgeous cathedral), and about 15 minutes away from Stirling. It’s about a 45 minute drive to Edinburgh, but the scenery is perfect and worth every minute. Highly recommend!"

The Apartment is in one of the oldest streets in Dunblane (Ramoyle ) which properties date back to the 17 th Century .The property was fully renovated in October 2019 new kitchen new shower room etc etc ( please note the shower is smaller than a standard size shower cubicle due to the small space I had ,and temp of shower should be regulated before you step into shower ) I have modern electric panels in the rooms and I installed a wood burning stove .I really enjoyed the renovation process and the challenges it gave me .But I’m delighted with the results
