You are perfectly situated in the heart of Scotland to explore this wonderful area with Dundee Airport, Edinburgh Airports or St. Andrews only an hours drive away.

Local sporting activities include hill walking, bird watching, fishing, cycling, quad biking, clay pigeon shooting, kayaking, white water rafting and golf. However many come here to take things easy and enjoy the stunning natural environment.

Most of these are more or less on the doorstep, for others it's a drive of no more than half an hour.
