The House of Bruar is only a 10 min drive away and is known as “The Harrods of the North”. There is also a beautiful walk here to the Falls of Bruar if you don’t want to shop!

Set on the banks of the River Tilt, Marble Lodge is five miles up the Glen Tilt track, which is easily accessible by car if driven with care. Originally a shepherd’s cottage, Marble Lodge is a charming and comfortable lodge sleeping up to four guests in two bedrooms, in addition, there is a large sitting room with an open fire. Surrounded by the wildlife and wilderness of Glen Tilt, Marble Lodge is well situated for long walks along the pony tracks and several Munros (hills over 3000ft) are within a day’s hike. Angling enthusiasts will particularly enjoy the salmon fishing available seasonally on the River Tilt, and for non-anglers, the sight of these fish as they make their way upstream to spawn is a spectacle.

- "Wow, wow, wow. This is truly a special place to stay. It is about a 20-25-minute drive into the estate past the main entrance for the Blair Castle, but it is so worth it. How often can you be entirely on your own (other than the sheep!) in a glen in Scotland with a beautiful river and stunning mountains just outside your door? The interior is more "rustic" than a high-end, modern home, but it goes with the experience. You feel as if you are part of the history of this home. The main bedroom bed is equivalent to a US double/full, but it was very comfortable and had quality linens. The second bedroom is much bigger. It was just two of us, so we used the floor space in the second bedroom to spread out our suitcases. The kitchen is well-equipped and easy to use. The "family room" is so cozy, with two small sofas and a fireplace. Wood was provided. Signs recommend not drinking or using the water to brush your teeth, but large bottles of water were provided (extras in the barn). The sheep are frequent visitors. We got groceries in Aviemore on the way down from Inverness. There is not a large grocery close by, so I recommend this. Easy visit to the castle and gardens (we did them over two days) and gorgeous hikes right from the lodge. We certainly see why families stay here over and over again. If it is available, book it!!"

Set in a hamlet a few hundred yards from Blair Castle & Gardens, Old Blair started life as an inn. - "We have been coming to Old Blair for a while now, annually with friends and children, always a joy. Very comfortable beds and warm duvets and lovely fluffy pillows. Bathrooms well appointed, lashings of hot water, and heating when you want to use it. dining room is perfect for gatherings , sitting room lovely and warm. New Kitchen which has been put in for this year, really nice but could do with an old, just a small table to cut food on with maybe an inset marble top to cut on as there is no spot to do that without potentially destroying the new formica top, where stuff is put on, and no room, but it is very functional otherwise. Maybe sharpen the knives ! maybe a couple more tea towels only 3 available, had to be washed every day. Bins now sorted outside which is great as before bottles were just outside back door, now there is the big bin! so much more orderly. The lodge is accessible up a eight-mile private track that follows the river Tilt up from Blair Atholl. Corner House is located in Blair Atholl approximately 7 miles from Pitlochry and 3 miles from the House of Bruar. Situated at the foot of Glen Tilt the property is ideally positioned to take advantage of all the immediate area has to offer: hill walking; mountain biking; outdoor swimming; golf; tennis; easy access to a multitude of tourist attractions and much more.

The exceptional, renovated C-listed property offers immaculate accommodation over two floors.

The ground floor comprises: an entrance hall; lounge with wood burner; a modern well equipped kitchen; and dinning/ sitting room with an open fire. The upper floors provides three bedrooms: one king size; one double; and one twin. In addition there is an en-suite and a main bathroom.

The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a 55 inch LCD TV, Sky TV, Amazon Prime TV , Netflix, broadband WiFi and a wide range of Blu rays and books.

Off the kitchen is a dining room with a square table seating 8 and, off the dining room, is an additional reception room with comfortable seating for reading and relaxation.

There is a front porch and a boot room by the back door for wet weather gear and muddy boots.

The house has 4 large bedrooms: The Master Bedroom has a super-king bed, an en-suite shower room and a dressing room with hanging rails and shelves. Outside

Glen Tilt House sits in peaceful countryside. The garden is around 1/3 of an acre with views out to the surrounding mountains and hills of Perthshire.

The River Tilt runs in a steep gorge to one side of the property. Hearing the rush of the river after rain or snowmelt recharges the spirits. The gorge is, however, steep and although there is a 1 metre high, chain-link fence, parents should supervise children and the owners of adventurous dogs should take great care!

Lawned garden wraps around the house and to the front an expansive lawn runs down to the garage where you'll find garden furniture to use as you wish. There's also a barbeque in the garage but you will need to provide your own charcoal. A five-bar gate leads from the road onto the long drive which as ample parking for 3-4 cars. The property has an EV charging point.

Atholl Neuk is a one bedroomed annexe cottage situated in the beautiful Highland Perthshire village of Blair Atholl. The cottage is homely and relaxing with well equipped dining kitchen including washing machine and dishwasher, cosy lounge overlooking the private garden and with electric recliner chairs, one double bedroom with king sized bed, large shower room and off street parking. A maximum of two guests please. Well behaved dogs are welcome but must not be left alone in property.

The space
Ideally suited to couples. Atholl Neuk is self catering and guests will find a very well equipped kitchen if they want to cook, although there are plenty very good restaurants within easy walking or driving distance. We do provide a small welcome pack to ensure that you can at least make a cup of tea or coffee before you unpack!

Guest access
In addition to the house there is also a padlocked external shed which is suitable for bikes or other items.

Other things to note
Blair Atholl is an excellent base for your highland Perthshire holiday and Atholl Neuk provides a welcome retreat at the end of your day. The space
Hawthorn Brae cottage is a little bit of luxury. It is a cottage originally built in 1800's that was renovated around 2018. A three-bedroom cottage set over two floors. It is situated in the picturesque village of Bridge of Tilt, Blair Atholl, on the edge of The Cairngorms National Park.

The lounge and dining area is a comfortable space to gather and chat, play games, read or watch TV. The TV has a Sky entertainment package and the cottage has free Wi-Fi. Keep warm and cosy in the evening by lighting the multi-fuel log burner.

Dine together at the table In the dining room. French doors give access to a fully-fitted modern kitchen supplying you with everything you may need. The kitchen has condiments and a selection of herbs and spices. The kitchen is a light bright space with a breakfast bar.

The utility room has a washer dryer and an under-counter freezer.
On the ground floor you will also find an accessible Wet Room with rain shower, WC and Sink. A shower Stool is available for anyone who needs this.
The twin bedroom (Moss) is just beside the dining room. This room has a single profile bed and a standard single bed. This room also has a TV and DVD player.

The upper floor is accessed via an impressive oak staircase which leads to a large landing. The twin bedroom (Clover) has 2 single beds. The master bedroom (Sky) with a king-size bed in the lovely front-facing room. All bedrooms have plenty of space, with hanging space for clothes, a chest of drawers and a suitcase rack.

The master bathroom is large and spacious, with a walk-in shower and a large corner bath.

The outdoor space of the property has countryside views from all angles.
The front garden is fully enclosed with timber fencing. The rear has been fully landscaped and accommodates two outbuildings.
The shed closest to the house is private storage for the cottage.
The second hut is for bird watching and has a child’s easel with paper, paints, and other craft items. These should only be used in the shed.

There is a parking space for up to three cars and an EV charger.

The space
About the River Tilt Retreat-

A complete renovation has just been completed and the Scandi interior, which is blended with Japanese and mid-century features, was designed to create a beautiful living experience full of the 3 Rs: Relaxation, Reconnection and Recreation, while steeped in Nature. We started this project from scratch and every detail of the open living area and 3 inviting bedrooms has been created to offer you the best experience. Morning meditation and yoga on the private riverside deck. Kicking off your boots at the door after a walk along the many trails through Blair Atholl Castle estate and beyond. Eating alfresco with the mesmerising background music of the river Tilt and wildlife all around you. Taking time to soak in the bath with a glass of wine. On clear nights, staring at the brilliant night sky with constellations of stars and swathes of the Milky Way. Going to sleep at night with the sound of silence.

The accommodation comprises a wide and welcoming entrance hall, open-plan living space decorated in lovingly restored vintage Ercol pieces, three bedrooms with a master ensuite, family bathroom, and expansie riverside deck.

The spacious living area was created to reflect and focus on the fabulous view of the river and pine woods on the opposite bank. The large lounge area has a sofa and armchair placed around the “wood burning” Stove. The dining area has a vintage Ercol table and chairs to seat 6 with matching bar trolly. There is a small desk space for those who are “working from home” and there is 67mbs wifi to make sure all your videos calls are crystal clear. Almost doubling the living space is the expansive deck which is accessed via two sets of french doors, allowing you to bring the outside in. The ample and fully fitted kitchen has a full-sized electric fan-assisted oven, a combination microwave oven and a large 5 ring gas hob with cooker hood. There is also a kettle, a toaster, a hand-held blender for smoothies and soups and a hand-held electric whisk for baking. With a tall fridge freezer, kitchen extractor fan, dishwasher, and plenty of worktop space, creating a meal is easy and exciting.

The bedrooms are comprised of a cosy bunk room with 2 single beds, a room that can either be a twin room or another double room as the two single beds can be linked to form one king-sized bed, and the spacious master bedroom that has the private facility of an ensuite with walk-in shower. As the master bedroom lies at the back of the lodge, it has a sense of retreat within a retreat! The linen and furnishings throughout the lodge have been chosen with high comfort in mind. Great mattresses, anti-allergic pillows and duvets, designer linen and Egyptian cotton towels. All bedrooms have plentiful storage i.e. a wardrobe with hanging and drawer spaces in each. The sizable main bathroom has a large soaking bath with rain head shower over, and a large towel rail providing ample heat. It also has a cupboard which houses the boiler and washing machine.

For your consideration – the no nos:
The lodge is a no-shoe home so we would be grateful if you would remove footwear in the hall and bring some slippers!
The park, and therefore the lodge, has a very strict policy against parties, smoking and pets on the park grounds. Please note we have a very vigilant full-time residential community who can report these acts and you will be asked to vacate the lodge immediately with no refund/compensation if these rules are broken.
Lastly, there is a no candle policy, however, we have provided some battery-operated tea lights to create that romantic ambience

Guest access
There is a private driveway at the lodge with room for two cars max.

Please kindly note, no motorhomes or commercial vehicles are allowed on the park. The entry gate has a maximum height allowance of 2 meters. We can not be held liable for parking costs if your vehicle can not get onto the park.

Other things to note
Guest maximum: 6 guests total. Please note Airbnb does not count infants towards total guest count however for insurance reasons we can not have more than 6 guests in our lodge maximum including infants.

Left Item Policy: Please be sure to check that you have all of your belongings prior to leaving the lodge. Any left item will be returned at the owners cost and with a £20 admin fee.

The Park Policies posted in the lodge (next to the wifi in the kitchen) are to be adhered to. We can not be held liable for any costs incurred by not following the Park Rules.
