WOOD-FIRED HOT TUB SEASON: September 15 through June 15, available upon request (minimum 48 hrs prior). Message host to arrange use of the hot tub. $50 one-time set-up fee. The hot tub is "Alumitub" from Canada.

POOL SEASON: May 24th through September 30th
The pool is not heated! However, it does have a solar cover, which helps it retain heat. With regular use of the solar cover, the pool is typically 77-86F.

Caretaker/gardener and his dog (terrier-pointer mix) resides on the property in the apartment above the garage. The caretaker keeps a vegetable/fruit/flower garden on the property, and maintaining the grounds and pool. Chickens, ducks, sheep and a livestock guardian dog (Maremma breed) live on the farm (primarily in the side field, generally out of view).

We strive to give our guests privacy. Guests will have sole access front and back yard, porch, patio, pool, and hot tub, with exception to routine maintenance and lawn care. Guests will have shared access to the driveway, parking area, garden, and fields. Guests have no access to the barn and garage interiors.

The Bedrooms

On the 2nd floor, the Skylight Bedroom has a full-size antique spool bed. The room has a skylight that overlooks the fire pit and pool area. There is a small closet in this room.

On the 2nd floor, the West Bedroom has an antique bed that is slightly wider that a twin bed. There is also a cot frame, which can be pulled out, and a thick cot mattress rolled up at the foot of the bed. The window overlooks the neighboring field and catches the west wind. There is a basket of toys in this room and children’s books in the built-in bookshelves. There is a small closet in this room.

On the 2nd floor, the Master Bedroom has a window that looks out on the arbor and the side yard. There is a king size bed, built in bookshelves and a large four-door closet.

Other areas

The Porch - You’ll find lots of useful and fun things on the porch, including badminton rackets and birdies, croquet set, firewood (in the winter), gardening tools (feel free to use them!), rocking chairs and a little cafe table and chairs set.

Cellar - Accessed from a trap door on the porch, the cellar houses the washer and dryer. The ceiling is very low, watch your head! And please, no children in or pets the cellar.

Pool house - The filter is in the pool house. Please do not enter the pool house or touch the pool equipment unless arranged with the host. Pool floats and dive toys are stored next to the pool house.

Outhouse - The outhouse has a serviceable toilet.

Barn and Garage - The interior of these buildings are off-limits to guests

Fenced-in garden and fields - Guests have shared access to the garden and fields. Guests may walk through the gardens, but please do not pick any produce. We try to provide a selection of produce of whatever is in season. The caretaker farms the land here, so please be respectful of farm operations.

We are taking extra precautions during Covid. If both guest and host need to be in the house, both parties will be masked, maintaining 6 feet distance. We are also offering self check in at the time.

During your stay, you can enjoy sitting by the fire. We provide chairs and firewood for the fire pit in the yard. We have short walking trails through our woods with hammocks available along the way! You can enjoy sitting on the private covered patio outside the entrance to the lower-level apartment. The apartment is the lower level of an occupied home which is extremely quiet. We are absolutely ok with guests enjoying themselves and having a great time, there is no sound limit inside of the apartment. Music can also be played at a reasonable level outside without a curfew. Guests must be 21 to rent The Kintner Getaway. Guest must show government ID with a selfie prior to check in.

There are no pets allowed in the lower level of the home. Although, special request may be made. Please message host.

There is one California king-size bed in the main bedroom area. In that area, there is also a 52" tv. There is also one queen bed in another bedroom area that can be separated by a room divider curtain. We do not have cable tv, we have internet tv. You may use our netflix and/or login to whatever service you prefer. We also provide towels, one set of sheets, dish soap, shampoo, hand soap, pillows, comforter, throw blanket, and k-cup coffee maker. There will be additional goodies provided when available. We always like to leave little surprises.

The kitchen has a full set of pots and pans, dishes, cups, silverware, and cooking utensils. We also provide a variety of spices above the stove for your use. For every stay, each guest gets the use of a brand new sponge, bath & body works hand soap, full dish soap, 1 new roll of paper towels, and 2 clean dish towels. The dining room table is a great spot to set up your laptop and work. There are different outlets right behind the table for your laptop or phone.

The bathroom is fully stocked with fresh towels, hand towels, wash cloths, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, flat iron, some hair styling products, and a magnifying mirror.

We are close to many attractions. Great Barn Brewery is right down the road. They occasionally have events on the weekends and a website where you can preorder special types of beer and then pick up. NYC is about 1.5 hours away. Philadelphia is about 1.25 hours away or less. There are many hiking options available all within 10 min - 2 hours away. Delaware River is just 15 min away. Frenchtown NJ is 20 min away. Milford NJ is 15 min away. Easton PA is just under 25 min away.

A powder room completes the first floor.

Escape the beaten path. This secluded and private refuge is tucked away down a winding dirt road in 1700 acres of timberland yet only a 5-mile drive to charming riverside towns. A place to enjoy the fresh air and well water from the tap. This refuge boasts a spacious main room with 20’ vaulted ceilings, a cozy fireplace, an outdoor porch swing, hammock, and a great big deck to enjoy.

- "My wife and I spent 10 days at the cabin in mid-April, giving us ample time to explore the area. The Delaware Canal towpath is a short drive away and provides miles of uncrowded walking path with plenty of natural beauty and wildlife. We cooked most meals at the cabin, but when we did venture out, there were multiple options in Frenchtown, Riegelsville, Lumberville, etc. The host was extremely responsive to any questions and had suggestions on local activities. We would not hesitate to book the cabin again when we return for our next visit."

This charming cape-cod style home has wood floors and old charm. In the living room you'll find a large built-in book case, with a fireplace (not usable) and two comfy sofas and a sitting chair. Through the foyer there's an office with a large desk and chair. There's a dining room off of the small kitchen that overlooks the manicured back lawn. An open stone side porch offers a quiet place to sit outside and enjoy the country air. In the basement you'll also find a quite sitting area with a fireplace ( not for use) and small sofa; around the corner you'll find another room with a small tv, a radio and an elliptical; further around the corner you can make use of a full-size bathroom and washer and dryer. On the second floor enjoy 2 roomy bedrooms with walk-in closets; these bedrooms have windows to the east and west for a great source of natural light.

- "Recommend!" - "Road traffic was a little loud but area to avoid that are out back" - "Very clean cape with many updates and lots of character. Plenty of space for my family with twin teens. My daughter occupied the basement area as her own separate pad with TV futons and full bath. My husband and I and son took the upstairs bedrooms. All with TVs and A/C The. Kitchen fully equipped and meals in the dining area looking out to pretty backyard. Thoroughly relaxing and tranquil inside or outside on the patio. We really enjoyed this home after being on the lacrosse field in the heat of the day. Drive by well maintained and pristine properties and river canal to get to this location. - "We spent two nights with our family of twenty people (adults, teens, and children) at Stoney Ridge Lodge on the first weekend in March. The lodge is located on a beautiful piece of property and we planned a number of outdoor activities from hiking to a night around the fire pit for our group. Unfortunately the weather had other ideas - it poured form early morning into the night on our only full day there. In spite of this, we had a wonderful time. The lodge is actually a luxury log cabin and was the perfect place to spend a cozy day indoors. There were plenty of comfortable couches and chairs, multiple televisions, three commercial grade video machines, a dart board, and even an elliptical machine. We were able to come together as a family and the lodge also had enough space for anyone looking to spend some quiet time alone. The furnishings were beautiful and Dave the owner went out of his way to supply everything we could possibly want, from an array of snacks which greeted us on our arrival to a jar of chocolates in each of the bedrooms. We highly recommend this venue and are already planning our next visit."

This cabin, built in 1880, lies 1/2 mile from Lake Nockamixon. The property is astounding; filled with tremendous boulders dropped by glaciers. There are plenty of activities to enjoy in this area of Bucks County which is ninety minutes from New York City and one hour from Philadelphia. Kayaks and motorboats can be rented, sailboats and inflatables are available, or you can bring your own boat to launch. There's horseback riding, biking, hiking, enjoying quaint Quakertown or just "being" in this exquisite environment. Explore "The Lost River Canyon" which is just twenty minutes away in Hellertown.
The sits sits on 4 acres of wooded, secluded paths. It has 6 twin beds and a queen-size bed in the master bedroom. There are two bathrooms, one on each floor. The dining room table can accommodate eight. A heated/cool spa is offered for those so inclined to soak.

A single-car garage has been transformed into a Loft with a ping pong table, exercise equipment, Foosball table and a surfeit of sports equipment. There is a wood-burning stove for a warm and cozy atmosphere. The TV and VHS movie library is available. There is also a large sofa in the Loft.

- "Property was fantastic. Lots of really cool boulders all over the property and more wildlife than I expected. The frogs were amazing and we even had turkeys very close by. The farmhouse was cozy as all get out and perfect for our group. Leslie was fantastic with communication and you can feel the love in the house. Each guest room is appointed with brand new fresh linens, sitting areas, and light-filled views of the surrounding landscape. You will have access to lightening fast internet, Sonos sound systems in every room, and Aesop spa products in every bathroom. 'Boy Smells' candles are in every room, please be conscientious when burning them and blow them out when you leave the room!

In the master quarters (over 1000sqft) you will have access to a brand new cedar rock steam sauna that has been custom built with components flown in from Germany. Sit and soak while you look out onto the spectacular nature on the grounds of the property.

The Wabi-Sabi inspired living room features Piumino sitting chairs and custom furniture crafted by local artisans specifically for Villa Terra. A Giant 65" flatscreen TV and roaring fireplace will keep you warm and cozy on those cool country nights.

On the expansive grounds you will find two fire pits with large sitting areas for relaxing and enjoying the dramatic sunsets we see at the property. There is a private area down by the creek, where you can sit and listen to the soothing sounds of Cooks creek, a beautiful river perfect for taking a dip! There is also a pétanque court (for the competitive!), a pond, and sunbathing area with brand new Italian designer furniture. Outside you will also have use of a six burner barbecue and outdoor dining table for meals under the country sky.

The full chefs kitchen is appointed with Miele appliances, a Sub-Zero fridge, and Viking Dual burner stove/oven and range hood. There is silverware and enough place settings for 10 guests. There is a brand new Nespresso machine and pods for your lazy mornings in, and a vitamix blender for green smoothies or cocktails!

The moroccan soaking tub in the downstairs guest room is perfect for enjoying the view of the pond and large open-air arch as the evening light pours through the windows. Heated floors throughout the villa mean that you never have to feel cold feet! Each room also has their own A/C Heat split system so that you can further adjust the temperature to your liking.

In the loft you will find four (4) single beds, perfect for a bunch of kids (or adults) to crash out. There are plenty of extra linens and pillows to make this room truly the perfect place to sit and read a book or watch a movie. You have a lovely view from the enormous custom daybed out over to the surrounding grounds.

The Sonos system can be controlled via the Sonos App, and each room can be isolated so that each guest can enjoy their own music and domain.

In the basement you will find a state of the art Samsung washer and dyer to do your laundry during your stay.

Located on top of a ridge that overlooks the winding Tohickon Creek, this 20+ acre campsite is peaceful with abundant wildlife. Secluded enough for you to unwind and relax but conveniently close to the small towns of Ottsville, Easton, Bethlehem, Frenchtown and Doylestown.

Spend your time relaxing at camp, at the creek or exploring adjacent Nockamixon State Park. The park offers fishing, paddle boarding and boating opportunities on the lake, and swimming and hiking in the park. Ralph Stover, Peace Valley, Ringing Rocks and Delaware Canal State Parks are only a 15-minute drive for outdoor enthusiasts.

Guest Access:
This is an exclusive Tentrr Signature campsite. Tentrr partners with farmers, ranchers, and other property owners to offer unique outdoor accommodations on beautiful private land. Our campsites are off-the-grid which means they generally do not have access to electricity, wifi, or modern plumbing. Instead, they offer the chance to relax, unplug, and fully experience nature! You'll have the entire campsite to yourself, as you'll be the only Campers enjoying this piece of paradise.

Each campsite includes a 10'x12' safari-style canvas tent on a raised platform, and you'll find one queen bed or a queen-size bunk bed inside (each site is different, see photos for the exact setup). Larger groups can also use the extra 5-person pop-up dome tent that’s provided (you’re welcome to bring your own camping gear too). You'll also have a 6-ft picnic table, outdoor fire pit, and 2 Tentrr Adirondack chairs.

What you should bring:
-S'mores supplies & any food you'd like to eat
-A cooler to keep your grub from spoiling
-Bedding and pillows
-Lanterns and lighting
-Firewood for the campfire
-Water

Upon check out, you should leave-no-trace of your stay and be sure your campsite is returned to its natural glory! If a CampKeeper submits an incident report after your stay that details evidence of trash or damage to the campsite or the CampKeeper’s property, Tentrr reserves the right to charge a minimum cleaning fee of $50. Just make sure to follow the Camper Manual posted at your campsite and you'll be set!

Toilets: Every campsite is equipped with a camp toilet (we call it the Tentrr Loo). This is a simple wooden box with a toilet seat and a bucket inside. Line the bucket with a CleanWaste bag supplied at the camp (or another appropriate plastic bag) prior to use. Afterwards, simply tie the bag up and place it in a trash bag. We got this idea from bathrooms used on NASA spaceships, and we've used the Tentrr Loo countless times ourselves- don't worry!

Showers: Every Signature campsite comes with a Coleman Sun Shower. The sun shower has a reservoir that holds up to 5 gallons of water, potentially enough for multiple showers. It's constructed of heat-locking material that warms the water when it's left in the sun, even on cool days.

Other Things to Note:
Visitors with small children should be aware that the campsite is located at the top of a steep ridge.

Interaction with Guests:
Upon check out, you should leave-no-trace of your stay and be sure your campsite is returned to its natural glory! While Tentrr does not charge a cleaning fee, we do expect campsites to be left how they were found. Outside, Go fishing on the stocked lake. Lake Nockamixon is the only certified Big Bass Lake east of Lake Arthur in the western part of the commonwealth. At the Lake Nockamixon park, you can rent a rowboat or motorboat (or fish from the banks) a single or double kayak, paddle board or paddle boat.

On the property, shoot hoops and play tennis (rackets supplied) or stroll along the lake or hike up Haycock Mountain just up the street. Walk, run or bike the trails inside the Lake Nockamixon park or rent . Explore nearby flea markets and antiques stores and wonderful restaurants and museums.

Base price is $130/night. Minimum stay is 2 nights. The host will discount your stay 10% stays for 4 - 13 days, 20% for a 2+ week stay, and 35% for a monthly stay.

There is also the option to additionally occupy a second bedroom with 2 twin-sized beds for an additional $50 per night.

There is an additional $30 per person per night charge for more than 2 guests. For example, 2 guests would be the base price of $130/night. 4 guests would be $190/night, 6 guests would be $250/night

If there are 5 or 6 guests, you can open up the loveseat for a full-sized bed and/or use the foldable mattress stored in the walk-in closet which can be opened up and placed on the floor. Appropriately-sized sheets are in the walk-in closet.

Welcome to bucks county! Our home is tucked away in the woods, centered on 3.5 acres. The apartment is in the lower level of our home and has its own private entrance, private patio, yard area, and hot tub. There are all the amenities you would find at home available. If there is something you need just ask and we will do our best to accommodate any requests. Smoking cigarettes, cigars, or whatever is permitted outside only.

The space
During your stay, you can enjoy sitting by the fire. We provide chairs and firewood for the fire pit in the yard. We have short walking trails through our woods with hammocks available along the way! You can enjoy sitting on the private covered patio outside the entrance to the lower-level apartment. The apartment is the lower level of an occupied home which is extremely quiet. We are absolutely ok with guests enjoying themselves and having a great time, there is no sound limit inside of the apartment. Music can also be played at a reasonable level outside without a curfew. Guests must be 21 to rent The Kintner Getaway. Guest must show government ID with a selfie prior to check in.

There are no pets allowed in the lower level of the home. Although, special request may be made. Please message host.

There is one California king-size bed in the main bedroom area. In that area, there is also a 52" tv. There is also one queen bed in another bedroom area that can be separated by a room divider curtain. We do not have cable tv, we have internet tv. You may use our netflix and/or login to whatever service you prefer. We also provide towels, one set of sheets, dish soap, shampoo, hand soap, pillows, comforter, throw blanket, and k-cup coffee maker. There will be additional goodies provided when available. We always like to leave little surprises.

The kitchen has a full set of pots and pans, dishes, cups, silverware, and cooking utensils. We also provide a variety of spices above the stove for your use. For every stay, each guest gets the use of a brand new sponge, bath & body works hand soap, full dish soap, 1 new roll of paper towels, and 2 clean dish towels. The dining room table is a great spot to set up your laptop and work. There are different outlets right behind the table for your laptop or phone.

The bathroom is fully stocked with fresh towels, hand towels, wash cloths, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, flat iron, some hair styling products, and a magnifying mirror.

We are close to many attractions. Great Barn Brewery is right down the road. They occasionally have events on the weekends and a website where you can preorder special types of beer and then pick up. NYC is about 1.5 hours away. Philadelphia is about 1.25 hours away or less. There are many hiking options available all within 10 min - 2 hours away. Delaware River is just 15 min away. Frenchtown NJ is 20 min away. Milford NJ is 15 min away. Easton PA is just under 25 min away.

Please note the trail will be marked with white tape to prevent accidental wandering onto other properties. We aren’t that close but it’s possible to walk off the property without knowing.

During the winter months the roads are very slick in our area. Please call ahead for an update on which route is best.

We have well water here and it is 100% safe to drink. It’s been tested and it’s perfectly safe! Enjoy!
