Living room is entertainment focused with 55" 4K Ultra HD Smart TV, surround sound, cable//DVD and a baby grand piano. Dining room seats 5-6 comfortably. Computer area has antique desk, printer, 5G, and high speed wireless internet. The living room features a large sectional couch that easily seats 5 and there's a super comfy chaise lounge big enough for two. There is currently a 70" Sony HD SmartTV! Cable is through HULU streaming app along with Netflix and AppleTV hooked up- just sign in to your accounts to stream. There is also a Sony DVD/BluRay player and surround sound system for recreating that theatre-like experience. Many DVDs to choose from direct from the studios- if coming during Awards season many are still in the theatres. Long secured driveway can safely park your cars for free. You'll he just steps from the door. Always safe and convenient and no parking tickets that can put a damper on a vacation :)

Master bedroom is very spacious and over 16 feet wide. Stretch out and enjoy. Queen bed, MyPillow, nightstand, dresser and full closet system with places for shoes, valuables, etc. Plenty of room for your stuff for an extended stay

Second bedroom has a full sized bed and MyPillow and walk in closet. Both beds have memory foam toppers on them for a comfortable nights sleep

Guest access

Entire house is yours except for a side (3rd) room I have locked with my personal belongings and behind the blue curtain off the laundry room. I've just stashed some household items here and do not interfere at all with laundry use.

Interaction with guests

I will be staying in a detached guest house in the rear of the property. The house and guest house are completely separate structures so I can be as far or as close as you prefer.

The neighborhood

NoHo is an up and coming neighborhood that is just minutes from Universal Theme Park, Burbank Airport and Burbank's studios (Disney, Warner Brothers and Nickelodean) and its Arts District features many dance studios (such as the world famous Millennium), the Art Institute, the Motion Picture Academy, restaurants with different cuisines, theatres, cafes, juice bars, coffeeshops and bars.

Getting around

I am 5 minutes from Burbank Airport ($7 Uber ride); 2 blocks from National Rental Car; freeway access to the (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) and 405 are all no problem.

The Metro NoHo is a 1 mile walk or you can drive and park in the lot. Just 1 stop later on the Red line and you're at Universal, 2 stops and you're in Hollywood

Other things to note

The backyard is currently being developed and is not part of the rental. Of course no work will be done to interrupt guest's privacy
