Having lived here a year, I can tell you that having a basement to run to when tornadoes come is a very comforting feeling, especially when it has its own bathroom and living space.

Painted inside and out with upgrades in the spring of 2022 including new beds and bedding. Plenty of room on a 35'x50' concrete slab for parking vehicles and boats. Four guest bedrooms, three full size and one twin. Full kitchen, two full baths, laundry room w/washer/dryer, spacious living/dining room on the upper level and nice bonus room on the lower level. Large upper deck and covered concrete patio. Huge back yard with room for archery practice or throwing the ball around.

Guest access
This is a five-bedroom home with four rooms available to guests. In addition to guest bedrooms, guests will have access to all rooms in the house except the master bedroom, utility room, and downstairs storage closet. The master bedroom at the end of the upstairs hallway is locked and off limits to guests.

Other things to note
I purchased the home in August of 2021 and worked hard to get it ready for my guests beginning July of 2022. I have continued to add amenities and keep the house in good condition. My guests have helped by leaving the house clean and provided good ideas on how I can make improvements.

My next-door neighbor is great at greeting guests and helping them with questions and issues they might have. She is also my housekeeper and does an excellent job of making the house clean and presentable for your stay.

I may be present for a few weeks in the spring and fall. I will post exact dates when known. I will occupy the master bedroom and will use the common areas along with my guests. Ask about reduced rates during these dates.
