The space
Our private 2 bedroom basement apartment of 850 sq ft, has been freshly renovated to create a stylish space and modern feel. You will have ample room to gather with family and friends to make memories you can cherish for a lifetime. In our large living room, accented by stunning art pieces, you will experience a light, airy ambience while you sink into our white leather sofas to relax with Netflix on our huge smart TV. Or curl up with a blanket while you read a good book in front of our cozy electric fireplace. In each of our tastefully decorated bedrooms, you’ll get a restful night of deep sleep on our luxurious King sized beds. We also have bedding for an additional 5th person to sleep on our sofa, and a good twin inflatable mattress for the 6th person. We have a complimentary washer, dryer, and dishwasher for your convenience with laundry soap and softener sheets.

Make yourself at home in our fully stocked kitchen, equipped with everything you need to cook up a feast—refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and a coffee maker, bottled water, as well as cooking utensils and dinnerware. The space
This is a cabin that is secluded and private on 38 acres surrounded by trees. We live a quarter mile away and are available most of the time. There is cattle on the property limiting access to all 38 acres with hot wire fencing. Please message us for any questions or concerns. NOTE: there is no storm shelter on the property.
Guest access
You will have access of the entire cabin and the fenced in yard. There is a cattle guard at the entrance. You can go for a walk down the driveway or sit outside watching our beautiful Kansas sunsets. Enjoy our large screened in porch or BBQ outside on the patio. At this time, the inside fireplace is not available for use. Parking is available on the North side of the cabin.
Other things to note
We are pet friendly and ask that you never leave your pet unattended in the cabin unless they are in a crate. I would caution leaving a small pet outside chained up for long periods of time due to the possibility of wild animals like coyotes or hawks. There will be no smoking inside or outside on the property. For safety concerns, no firepits allowed on property.

-2 main rooms. One main room connects to the dining room, and has 2 sofas which can fold out into beds. The second has a set of bunk beds which also contain a built in desk.

The north side of the duplex which we call the (Bunk House) has a single bedroom with two queen size beds in it and there is also a hide a bed couch in the living room area. It can easily sleep 6 comfortably.

Adjoining duplex apartments with plenty of sleeping room. There is a two door passage between the two apartments (like in a hotel suit) and can be locked from either/both sides.

Both sides have fully equipped kitchen areas with refrigerator, stove, sink, dishes, and cooking utensils. Each has a full bathroom with sink, toilet, and shower.

The south side of the duplex which we call the (Line Shack) is a studio style apartment has a queen size bed and couch in it.

By staying in the duplex you have all of the same amenities you would have if you were staying in the main house with a great price.

The pond provided the girls a much needed relaxing end to a stressful morning of showing and the dogs enjoyed a swim, too. There is also a dog park about 5 minutes away where the dogs could run loose and stretch their legs. The owners were very accommodating, easy to communicate with and enjoyable to visit with. We needed a place to relax and lay our heads and this property had it all for us!"
