The space
Charming Victorian, urban oasis, featuring large two bedrooms with all modern amenities in Hyde Park, a neighborhood within the city. The unit accommodates 4-7 persons comfortably. The unit has all HWF, 12' ceilings, Oriental Rugs, Eclectic Furnishings and Art. Both bedrooms have queen beds: the primary bedroom, en-suite has a Jacuzzi, while the second bedroom has a adjoining full size bathroom. The bedrooms are bright and cheery, offering closets and dresser space. Queen 'air beds' are available with built in air pump for easy set-up in the living-room for 2-3 additional guests. Automatically maintains comfort setting of choice. Plenty of fresh linens and towels are available. Check-in is at 3 PM and Check-out is 11 AM - unless other wise discussed.

The unit is on the first floor of a 2-Family home, with convenient side access (back door kitchen access) from the driveway. My unit only has access for parking in the large driveway. The second floor unit is occupied, and completely separate from the first floor unit. There are hardwood floors throughout. The furniture is modern with a twist on tradition, an eclectic collection of artwork from travels enhancing the comfort and charm of my home.

The third Room (aka) "The Innkeepers Closet" remains locked and not accessible to guests.

The innkeeper has a separate suite and separate entrance in the basement and sometimes stays there.

This listing covers the entire upper floor of the home - all pictures in the listing are accurate, but there is a finished basement with a spare bedroom that we use occasionally when we come to manage this and other properties. This lower level of the house is compeltely seperated from the upper floor and has a seperate entrance. When we are there we need have no access to your area and would not even be using the same entrance - we would however need room for our car in the driveway - but it's a large driveway so in most cases it shouldn't pose a problem.

There is also a single car garage that is used for storage and reserved for the owners use.

We pride ourselves in beautiful, clean accommodations, friendly service and strong value. This house is within 10 miles of downtown Boston and is strategically located within walking distance to public transport, shops, restaurants and other amenities. It has modern, comfortable furnishings throughout the house.

Guest can use the entire house on the first floor - 5 bedroom and 2 baths. Two bedrooms with queen size beds, three bedrooms with full size beds.

The house is tastefully decorated and can accommodate a larger group , sleeps 6-8. 5 min to Boston , 1.3 miles to Central Ave Transit, or bus at end of street. The house is 20 min to Downtown Boston , it is a duplex totally separated
for your own privacy. Reasonable alternative to Hotels , perfect for groups going to Convention Center. I recently added mini splits for additional cooling and heating needs , central ac .

The house is a split duplex totally separated for your privacy , it has four bedrooms and washer dryer in basement . The space is totally dedicated to the guest and separate entrance from driveway ( lighted porch as seem). The first bedroom is slightly smaller as I have added a wall and door for privacy accessing third floor bedrooms. I have also added a half bath on first floor.

to Boston downtown . The house is a duplex and has ample parking , your side has 4 bedrooms and a large tiled shower. Their is a half bathroom on first floor. The kitchen has been remodeled and is totally stocked with all the essentials. The home is within a short distance to both 93/95 and 128. Location location . Enjoy the day in the city but retire to the suburbs. The home is close to Boston . Sleeps 6- 8.

The place is just a jump to Boston and gives easy access to transit to downtown . 493 is totally dedicated to the guest , with separate entrances and basement washer/dryer. I have added a half bathroom on first floor, and added a wall to access third floor bedrooms to create privacy. Feel free to enjoy patio and grill outside. The playground out-front is to use by guests and children.
