- "This is a second-floor apartment, one of three in a large home on a busy thoroughfare. It’s small, but very comfortable, with great beds and a well-stocked kitchen. Downstairs is an open concept -- living room, kitchen and half bath. Upstairs are the two bedrooms. When we arrived, we noticed that there were not enough towels for our five-day stay, and no dish towels provided at all in the kitchen; I called the property management team and they responded quickly and were very friendly. No televisions or ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Great A/C system. Plenty of lovely windows, so great lighting. Two of the windows wouldn't lock, though, and the front door doesn't have an inside lock so anyone with the security code could enter -- but perhaps they change the code after each rental, not sure. Generous with their coat hangers (I've had to ask for them from other VRBO's!). Wonderful bedding and plenty of great blankets supplied. The description says "dryer," but there's actually a wonderful laundry room in the basement of the home with washer, dryer, supplies and a nice folding table. 2. Smoking: Smoking and vaping are only allowed outside the property. We kindly request that guests step away from doors and windows to prevent smoke from entering the premises.

3. Parties or events: Parties or events are not permitted on the property. Please note that a $1000 fee will be charged if any unauthorized parties or events are held at the property.

4. Maximum occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed is 20. Please ensure that your guest count is accurate when making a reservation. If you plan to have visitors, kindly inform us upon booking.

5. Open flames and candles: For safety reasons, no open flames or candles are allowed inside the property.

6. No pets: We have a strict no-pet policy. A $500 cleaning fee will be added per unit to the reservation if any pets are discovered

7. Toilet paper and flushable wipes: Please flush only toilet paper down the toilets. Flushing flushable wipes can cause plumbing issues.

8. Early check-in/Late check-out fees: If you wish to have an early check-in or late check-out, there will be a fee of $100 for each additional hour. A daily might apply after the first 2 hours . Approval from the host is required in advance.

9. Linen and stain damages: kindly inform us if damages occurred during your stay

10. Cooling/Heating: To ensure the optimal operation of the cooling/heating system, we kindly ask that all windows remain closed.

11. Smoke-free policy: Smoking inside the house will result in a $1000 fee.

12. Parking on grass: Please refrain from parking on the grass to maintain the appearance and condition of the property. ( there is a fire hydrant near the driveway located on the grass please be careful when pulling in or backing out )

13. Kindly note that the use of indoor or outdoor speakers is strictly prohibited on the property .

14. Please note that the supplies provided in the property are intended to serve as starter supplies. This includes essentials such as toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, body wash, and more. If you find that you need additional supplies during your stay, please feel free to purchase them from nearby stores as needed.

15. This one isn’t a rule but to maintain your privacy and that of the adjacent property, two of the windows have privacy film due to the shared backyard.

16. Lastly Please be aware that the option to use the AC will be unavailable during the cold months, specifically from November to mid-April. Rest assured, each room will still be supplied with a fan and the house is equipped with three separate thermostats for you to adjust the heat as needed.

We suggest that guests obtain travel insurance during the booking process, as we are unable to issue refunds for anything that falls outside the platform's policy.

Originally located in the harvest field, this charming standalone building was once a beloved getaway and has been thoughtfully updated for your perfect escape.

The Bungalow is fully stocked with everything you'll need for your stay, including a variety of snacks. We also offer wine from our winery available for purchase, so you can savor the tastes of the Marble Ridge Farm estate.

With a private entrance and designated parking area, the Bungalow boasts a cozy bedroom with seating area, closet, and flat screen TV, as well as a large combined living/kitchen area and full bathroom. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a full stove and oven, microwave, Keurig machine, 2 fridges, and 1 freezer, while the bathroom features a luxury high pressure rain shower head.

Relax on the brand-new comfortable sofa bed or sit on the enclosed porch with a good book. The spacious 3-season porch overlooks the historic barns, offering a sectional couch and outside dining.

Our stunning vineyard with grape trellises is available for your use to enjoy as your backyard. This is a common area, so please be mindful of other guests and neighbors. THE LAWN NEXT TO AND AROUND THE BUNGALOW IS NOT FOR GUEST USE.

Air conditioning is central on the 2nd level, where bedrooms 1-4 are located. 1st level air conditioning is through portable units.

The home includes a lengthy driveway parking for cars.

In the event of a power loss, the home is equipped with an electrical generator, which will automatically activate.

During summer months, lawn mowing will take place once a week, during daylight hours. An automatic sprinkler system will also run in the morning. In the winter months, plowing service will take place as needed in the event of a snowstorm.

Early or late check in, or cleaning services can be added to your stay, pending availability, for an additional cost.

We supply sufficient trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other household essentials designed to last approximately three days. Should your stay extend beyond this period, we request that you take on the responsibility of replenishing these items.

We will be on the premises in a private family suite which is separate (lower level apartment) from the main house . We are available to assist you with any questions as well as pool & hot tub assist. You will see us at times in the outdoor space caring for gardens and maintaining pool. We aim to give you privacy at all times so we try to keep these times appropriate to your usage. We have a selected patio at the rear of the property, where at times you will see us. This is a spot you may also use to observe neighboring horses and use of firepit.
