But when we arrived I was so relieved to find the comforts and convenience of home with essentials like dishwasher and dryer so that we could wash our clothes, fully stocked kitchen (really nice appliances) and even extra toothbrushes so that we could shower, reset and make it to the Red Socks game! Host was super responsive and helpful. Location is great, out of the hustle and bustle of the city but a short walk to the subway so that we could get to city in less than 30 min. Really comfortable beds which was needed after being in the airport for 18 hours. Walking distance to Revere Beach, the oldest public beach in America and highly recommend Cut 21 for an amazing dinner."

Gorgeous 3 room,1 bedroom complete huge apartment with partial ocean views of Revere Beach. This upscale home has it all!! Just one flight up then you enter a hardwood floor foyer, opens to a huge living room with upscale decor and hardwood floors, large eat in kitchen has stainless steel appliance, country table has seating for 4, tile floor, gas range, and lots of cabinet space, with views of Revere Beach and ocean, giant bathroom complete with tiled shower and stackable laundry (Washer and Dryer) and huge bedroom with closet.

This fine home is in immaculate shape, with private entrance and parking for up to two cars in the driveway. The unit was finished with fine decor, one comfortable bedroom with plenty drawer and closet space and smart HD TV. This gorgeous apartment has two air-conditioners and offers front porch, rear patio with BBQ.
This neat apartment is just a 5 minute walk to Revere Beach and the Beachmont T station (Blue Line) for easy access to Boston and just 3 train stop to Logan Airport. - "We had everything we could ask for on our 1st trip to the Boston area. Lissette & Dan's apartment is comfortable from the bed, the sitting area, the kitchen to the cute little deck. Plenty of space to put our stuff and so many extra touches, we didn't want for anything. The T station is literally 500 steps away, and just a short ride into Boston. The neighborhood is quiet & friendly and easy to walk around. We had great, clear communication with our hosts & check in was smooth despite an after midnight arrival on our part. The view of Revere Beach was great for viewing 4th of July fireworks too! The only two things to note are 1. the apartment is directly under the flight path of Logan airport, (which we were made aware of before booking) however, the hosts do provide a dish of earplugs and 2. the apartment is at the top of a steep + narrow flight of stairs, so it could be challenging for someone with mobility issues. We would definitely consider staying again if we return to Boston."

- "Property owner was the best! We had a prob with our door lock n they came and took care of it right away . The building was clean and comfortable just like home. The location has easy access to a grocery store, Target, restaurants and is just a short walk to public transportation. The physical space could use a little updating, specifically the worn carpet and maybe a cote of paint. The upstairs tenants are heavy footed. - "We stayed here for a weekend trip to Salem. It was the perfect location, far enough away from the craziness of Salem in October but still only 20 minutes away. The property looks/feels new, very clean with all the amenities. Our hosts were very responsive and were always close by. It's also right across the street from the beach. Nearest beach is 2 mile away, Short distance to the city of Boston. Visitors are able to explore great Museum,not only you can go for learning, you can also have fun with your families. Historical houses, such as the Paul Revere house. Downtown Boston is breathtaking with their tall buildings you will find everything from shopping center to restaurants.

- "Had a great time. The place was warm and cozy. For the price it was exactly what we wanted and needed. Out host was kind and friendly." - "When arriving to the property at night, we found the outside light was flickering, and the keys took a bit of fiddling with to unlock the door. Once we entered, we noticed how cold the apartment was, and that the thermostat was not working even though it was turned on. According to the screen, a filter had to be changed (not sure if this was why it was not working). The bedspread was extremely thin and had food stains on it, and there was no extra bedding to be found. I'd like to add that during our stay the temperature dropped overnight and was in the mid 30s-40s, and we had to wear multiple layers both nights. There was a hole in the wall of the bedroom, and there was no closet or cabinet space available as they were blocked off. The bathroom rug and hand towel looked like it hadn't been washed in a while, the hand soap was mixed in a foam soap dispenser making it difficult to use, and the hot water in the bathroom sink immediately shut off when you turned it on. The dish soap in the kitchen sink area was extremely watery, so I assume it was mixed with water. All in all it would have been an average stay, but for the price of two nights at this place, we could have spent a little more and gotten a motel instead where we wouldn't have run into any of these issues."

Otherwise I couldn't help you if I'm not home. Please park your car horizontally to my house (not diagonal, not perpendicular). My backyard is for seven cars and each room gets one parking spot only. A Wi-Fi password is on the wall in your room or I'll provide a temporary one. Cooking is not allowed but I provide a microwave, toaster, kettle and a coffee maker. Smoking any kind is strictly prohibited in my property. Bringing extra people is strictly prohibited. Being loud during the quiet hours from 10 pm to 9 am is not allowed.

Located in northeast Revere, my mid-century modern studio w/ one bath studio is in close proximity to: (by car)

Boston Logan International Airport - 10 minutes
Revere Beach - a few minutes (20 minute walk)
Downtown Boston - 15 minutes
Encore Casino - 20 minutes
Salem - 30 minutes

Additionally, should you need to use public transit, the bus stop is a quick 5-minute walk from the property, which is then just a 10-minute ride to the T! (that’s Bostonian for train station)

Are you planning on staying more than a few days? You are near a TON of great restaurants. From high end steakhouses and seafood restaurants on Revere Beach, to more casual vibes at a Peruvian restaurant (a personal favorite) on Broadway, the options are endless!

If you aren’t in the mood to go to a sit-down restaurant or ordering takeout, no worries - I’ve got you covered. There’s a large grocery store just 2 minutes up the road and the unit is equipped with a kitchenette with an electric cooktop, air fryer, microwave, mini fridge, electric kettle, pots and pans, and all of the cooking utensils you need!

The ~300 sq. ft. unit is furnished with a nice flat-screen TV where you'll be able to enjoy Hulu, Netflix and more.

Enjoy your night of rest and relaxation on a sofa and comfortable queen size bed with provided extra blankets and pillows.

In terms of amenities, I’ve got you covered too! You'll have access to small, yet important, things like: beach chairs/towels, handheld steamer, coffee, blow dryer, extra towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and more.

Guest access
There is plenty of free street parking. A visitor’s pass will be provided to avoid those overnight tickets! This visitor’s pass, however, must be returned before the end of your stay otherwise there will be a $300 fee.

To enter the suite you will be provided with a personalized 4 digit code to access the unit.

Other things to note
The unit is attached to the main home with two other units and is located towards the back of the property with its own private entrance.

In an effort to maintain a secure premises, the property is equipped with three exterior cameras. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras on the inside.
