We were unable to reach the ceiling fan chain without having to get on the bed, The Air Conditioner wasn't working on he first floor which made it a bit stuff but with open windows at night it was tolerable considering we had 60/70 degree weather. Basically, it seems as though the house could use a lot of minor repairs. There is NO parking on site. The parking spot that appears to be on the property belongs to the house next door. The paperwork sent to us indicated that we could use a park and ride a mile or so from he property and shuttle in however that shuttle doesn't operate before Memorial Day weekend and you can't park there overnight. You CAN park on the street from 6 PM-10 AM nightly but during the day you can only park for a max of 4 hours. The parking is by zone not by individual parking spot and you have to enter your plate# into the app. It took us a day to kind of get the feel for it but then it was fine. The house it literally in the heart of the shops which was nice. Seafood, ice cream, coffee and pastries all within steps. Many shops and restaurants were closed Mon, Tues & Weds which was disappointing but that was on us for not looking into it. "
