My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). Walmart is within 1 mile for all your daily needs. There is a king-sized bed in the master bedroom on the 1st floor. There are 3 queen-sized beds in the 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. Nice places are not cheap and you don’t want to take a chance while you are on vacation. I personally guarantee that you will love the place. Completely remodeled.
Houston area, high-end upgrade, corporate living, close to shopping, the city center, parks. kitchen fully equipped, good for couples, businesses, and families. 10 mins from MED center, 9 miles to NRG center, 15 mins to Galleria,10 mins for energy corridor. Short term and long term available. 2 car attaches garage with a private gate.

- "Overall a home away from home." - "After reading some of the reviews I was a bit skeptical about booking this place. However do not let some of these reviews scare you!!! My friends and my girlfriend had no problems with this property. Quite a few reviews complain about the cleanliness of the place. I personally think they are being too picky. The place wasn’t dusty, sure there was some very few stains here and there, but they looked like average wear and tear stains nothing out of the ordinary or filthy enough to make any of us uncomfortable. The reviews complaining about the property manager were not at all accurate with my experience. We had a last minute person join our trip and they were more then happy to accommodate at an extra fee of course (nothing out the ordinary), we also accident tripped the alarm a couple times 😅, however the host was super chill about it and wasn’t rude to us at all. Location was great, we visited everything on the Houston city pass, and almost every location, (the boardwalk was the furthest), was 30 minutes away!! The neighborhood was super quiet, and in a safe location. Overall this being my first VRBO experience, (I tend to book with 💨🛏🍳🥞 if you know what I mean, found better prices on here), was an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend this property for anyone visiting Houston or just Texas in general. TLTR Host 10/10 Cleanliness 8/10 Location 9/10"

PARKING INFORMATION
• Reserved parking space in the driveway for the guests vehicle. -If an additional parking space is needed, guest may park another vehicle in parking space located in front of the house- within feet of the property- ( additional parking is on a first come first serve bases)
• Please DO NOT park your vehicle on the street

OCCUPANCY

Do not exceed the maximum guests occupancy of the Beautiful Cozy House at any time: (6) Persons.

The Beautiful Cozy House is located in a quiet residential environment. The neighborhood is a family friendly and peaceful community, and it is NOT suitable for parties/loud music in the backyard/or noisy gathering.

Quite time from: 10 pm-8:00 am

We want our guests to enjoy themselves and we love to share our Home but is restricted to 6 guests.
We love to host families!
If you would like to have gatherings or parties, then we are sorry, but this Property is not the right fit.

GRILL
*We have a family GRILL that you might use.
Guest will be responsible for cleaning-if our cleaning staff needs to clean it for the next guests.

There are no recording cameras inside “The Cozy House”.

•There are 4 visible surveillance cameras placed outdoors to monitor

Cameras device are on record mode for security purpose and must remain ON at all time.

Please note:
*Guests have the option to unplug the surveillance camera in the Backyard, However this camera must be plugged it back during nighttime for security monitoring.

We were treated to a resort style backyard with an amazing pool. The hosts were terrific and they came daily in the morning to clean the pool and deck (lots of leaves from the beautiful trees). Many accoutrements were included and you really only have to bring yourselves. Everything you needed was included for a great stay. This is a must VRBO rental."
