This private tent camp is perched on a hilltop at 1,000 ft elevation with 360 views of nature and here you will find a piece of heaven.
Tent is equipped with one queen bed that sleeps. Additional sleeping can be accommodated outside if you bring your own tent. Propane Heater is provided (guests to provide disposable propane cylinders). Picnic table and deck with 2 Adirondack chairs for enjoying the view. Non-flush Camp toilet and solar shower are provided.

Dirt Road is easy to access with any vehicle. The road is 1.5 miles long and is a one way dirt road with a 500' elevation climb.
This is a campsite and you must bring your own bedding, food (and an ice chest to store it in), and camping equipment. Also the camp toilet uses sanitary bags to collect waste and need to be discarded into the trash can. Trash must be deposited at the property exit upon leaving. Water for cleanup and washing is provided via water containers that you can pickup and fill at the well on your way up to the site. Please bring your own potable water.

If you like camping, the Airstream is surrounded by redwood trees with views of El Toro Mt. & our vineyard. Dine at your picnic table under a 100 year old oak tree & watch the sunset from your private deck or hammock. The Airstream is very secluded giving our guests a quiet retreat to enjoy the views and sounds of nature.
The Airstream has bathroom with a sink, small shower and toilet for LIQUIDS ONLY. The restroom for solids is a short walk up to the house. There you have your own private toilet and sink located next to the house with it’s own private entrance.
The Airstream has a twin bed and double bed futon. For groups larger than 3, there is plenty of room to pitch tents. The table folds out and can be used for either a desk or dining table. Wifi was hard wired in January 2022 so there should be 100% connectivity
One guest in 100 mentioned that a 6ft tall guest may have an issue with the height of the Airstream and that the RV is close by. Please note that the RV is never rented and that it is stored there and the vintage Airstreams does have lower headroom.

Llagas-Uvas is an unincorporated census county division (CCD) located on the eastern side of the Santa Cruz Mountains in southwest Santa Clara County, California.[3] The area covers approximately 102 square miles (260 km2), much of it open space [4] and contains the Uvas and Chesbro reservoirs, as well as the Calero, Uvas Canyon, Rancho Cañada del Oro,[5] and Mount Madonna county parks.

As a result of the favorable Mediterranean climate, there are many wineries in the area, including Dorcich Family Vineyards, Sycamore Creek, Martin Ranch, Hecker Pass, Fernwood Cellars, Fortino, Kirigin Cellars, Solis, and Sarah's Vineyard. There are also several equestrian centers in the area, including Calero Ranch Stables, Cevalo Riding Academy, Five Star Farms, Great Strides, Hidden Creek, Legacy Oaks, and Bodfish Creek Ranch.

This is a senior community and it’s a very quiet and tranquil space. Guest should be 45 years and up. Exceptions can be made especially for short term guests. Also, although we clean thoroughly before and after every guest, being in the countryside means occasionally dealing with insects and spiders finding their way indoors no matter what we do to try to keep them out!

We have two very friendly horses and an attention-loving outdoor cat on the property. For your safety, we ask that you do not enter any fenced-in area for the horses, or feed them. We are happy to introduce you to them from across the fence in case you are an animal lover like us. Toby the cat would be happy to get all the pets he can get, however!

The sitting area includes a comfortable love seat, side chair, desk and chair with wi-fi information, coffee table, and flat screen TV. Keurig coffee maker and complimentary coffee & teas. We have included wine & water glasses, dishes, cups, and utensils. Very private and quiet with view of the garden from the back sliding glass door. Guests are welcomed to enjoy the grounds, (except the wooden deck attached to the main house.) We grow our own organic vegetable. Guests can help themselves to any of the seasonal fruits/veggies around the property, such as, lemons, cumquats, which is just outside the cottage's entry door, pomegranates, and guavas.

IT HAS 2 FLIGHT OF STAIRS TO GO TO BEDROOMS , ALMOST 30 steps from yard to A & B master bedrooms . Please Do not book, If you have difficulty climbing stairs.

This is a private one bedroom house located minutes from downtown Morgan Hill. Although a one bedroom, the home feels spacious and amenities include fast internet, a 75in 4K TV (most subscription are signed into), comfy king sized bed, ergonomic standing workspace with ergonomic chair, and a beautiful outdoor space with a jacuzzi, hammock, fixed basketball hoop, amongst others.

Parking is available onsite. Driveway fits one to two cars (depending on size) and there is also plenty of street parking. No parking beyond the gates. Downtown is walking distance, although Uber and public transportation is available.

🔘 the HOME: is completely private!! I have to list the backyard as a shared space because the garage/shed in the back are not apart of the listing, however the chances of you having to see me or anyone else (unless it's the Gardner or Hot Tub Maintainer) are less than 1%.

🔘 the CLEANING: Our home is truly a deep cleaned home - we even provide a plastic mattress protector that keeps out all allergens, dust mites, dirt, stains and any smells! We use non-industrial cleaners and the home will be sprayed with a sanitizer (commonly mistaken as a fragrance). Please let us know if you would like to pass on the sanitizer during your booking!

🔘 the SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: For any Guest count over 2, please inform us if you would like the additional mattress pads or a blow mattress, we will setup both for any guests over the count of 4. The space
It is a 4 bedroom and 2.5 bath home. All bedrooms are upstairs.

Guest access
You will have full access to the entire home during your stay, including the living areas, kitchen and backyard. Please note that the primary bedroom closets and the garage are not accessible. Enjoy the amenities and feel free to make yourself at home!

Other things to note
House Rules: No smoking, no events and no pets allowed. Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM.

Pool Access: If you plan to use the pool, remember to keep the cover on when it’s not in use and follow the pool instructions provided.

Perfect family getaway in spacious 4000 sq ft mini mansion. Morgan Hill is a quiet small town 10 mins away from bustling San Jose. Take pictures with horses across the street, go on hiking and biking trails, do water sports on Calero Lake, stroll down downtown Morgan Hill, play pickbleball or enjoy the indoor water park at Centennial Recreation Center, visit wineries or spend some family time at the Gilroy Gardens theme park.

The custom tree house is super fun! The home is situated on an active orchard, so depending on the month of your visit, you may be surrounded by gorgeous blossoms, fresh fruit or vibrant fall colors. Guest access
⭑ Road to the house: Last 10 miles from HW101 uphill are pretty windy (though picturesque, a lot of vista points). Last 1.5 miles (after community gate) of the road are unpaved (though very well cared) gravel road.
If you are driving first time - please be sure to arrive at daytime, some of our guests were uncomfortable to make these 10 miles at night.
We'd recommend to stock up with food before driving uphill - it takes 25-30 min to get to the nearest store.

⭑ - Off-the-greed house:
Dear guests, please be advised: our house is 100% off the grid - we have electricity from solar panels and then batteries, heating from propane fireplaces and radiant floors, water from a well, separate sewer with septic, Internet is provided through long-range Wi-Fi and satellite internet via Starlink. Also, please note, we do not have an EV charger available, so plan accordingly for your electric vehicle needs. Our guests are expected to be ready to control electricity consumption and turn on/of backup generator if needed (of course we provide the comprehensive instructions)

⭑ Outdoor Amenities:
A lot of parking space (10+ cars).
Spacious outdoor deck with up to 12 sitting places.
Guest can use propane BBQ grill, propane firepit surrounded by outdoor sofa and armchairs, standing propane heater for colder evenings.
Our guest have access to well-cared 3.1” telescope that could provide nice views of the Moon, and planets (of course if weather permits).
Big 2-3 place swinging bench for kids and adults.

⭑ Indoor :
Our guest have the whole house in their disposal including a big living room with fireplace, 65" TV and a usual stuff like a big dining table, sofa, armchairs, chairs etc, 5 bedrooms, deck etc.
Of course, we provide a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, coffee machine, toaster, teapot, dishes, etc.

Additionally, our Airbnb house is situated on a sprawling 40-acre property, giving you plenty of space to explore and enjoy the natural beauty right around the house.

All of these options are just a short drive from the house and provide a wonderful way to enjoy the natural beauty of the area.
