The property had easy access to the pools and beach and we could easily walk to restaurants and shopping. - "Wow!! The photos don’t do justice to this incredible view. Simply breathtaking!! We loved having meals and drinks on the lanai, enjoyed the comfy beds and well-stocked kitchen. The condo is huge and the washer & dryer were super handy too. We absolutely loved the gorgeous grounds and amazing amenities at the Ko’ Olina Beach Villas. The pools are beautiful and well maintained. Our kids especially enjoyed the koi ponds, the sandy pool (where you can build sand castles) and the yummy slushies and ice cream at the pool bar. The lagoon and beach are too good to be true! It’s sandy - no water shoes needed and very calm with turquoise-blue water. We loved paddle boarding, swimming, and snorkeling. We can’t wait to return!! - "Really enjoyed our stay at Susie and Michael's Beach villa. It's in a very nice building resembling a hotel. This particular villa is on the 6th floor with a large balcony facing the 4 pools and then further out you can see the ocean and between buildings you can spot the sunset. The apartment is exactly as pictured, very well take care of. Our very favorite part is that the balcony doors open alllll the way so you can be inside cooking and still enjoy hanging with everyone who is out on the balcony. There are a lot of boogie boards, snorkel masks and other beachy play things in the closet along with copious amounts of beach towels (separate from the normal bath towels that are also there). We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay!"

It is uncommon, but if anything in the villa is not working, we will order an immediate repair or replacement. Minor repairs are normally fixed by the day after you inform us. Repairs to major appliances such as air conditioning, washer, dryer, fridge, dishwasher, cooktop, and oven can take several days to a week, and on a few occasions even longer if parts are not available on the Island. We will refund 10% of the nightly rent, (not including tax) for each night the air conditioning does not work, and $30/nt for a non-working washer, dryer, or fridge, $20/nt for a non-working dishwasher, cooktop, or oven; and also do whatever we can to help during the outage. We have portable cooktops, a mini fridge, and fans in our storage room and will loan them to you if they are available. There is no refund if one of the TVs, the internet, the microwave, and other non-listed appliances, parts, utilities, services, or anything else in the villa stops working, however we will work on an immediate fix, if possible, and keep you updated on the status.
