- "Really enjoyed our stay at Susie and Michael's Beach villa. It's in a very nice building resembling a hotel. This particular villa is on the 6th floor with a large balcony facing the 4 pools and then further out you can see the ocean and between buildings you can spot the sunset. The apartment is exactly as pictured, very well take care of. Our very favorite part is that the balcony doors open alllll the way so you can be inside cooking and still enjoy hanging with everyone who is out on the balcony. There are a lot of boogie boards, snorkel masks and other beachy play things in the closet along with copious amounts of beach towels (separate from the normal bath towels that are also there). It is uncommon, but if anything in the villa is not working, we will order an immediate repair or replacement. Minor repairs are normally fixed by the day after you inform us. Repairs to major appliances such as air conditioning, washer, dryer, fridge, dishwasher, cooktop, and oven can take several days to a week, and on a few occasions even longer if parts are not available on the Island. We will refund 10% of the nightly rent, (not including tax) for each night the air conditioning does not work, and $30/nt for a non-working washer, dryer, or fridge, $20/nt for a non-working dishwasher, cooktop, or oven; and also do whatever we can to help during the outage. We have portable cooktops, a mini fridge, and fans in our storage room and will loan them to you if they are available. There is no refund if one of the TVs, the internet, the microwave, and other non-listed appliances, parts, utilities, services, or anything else in the villa stops working, however we will work on an immediate fix, if possible, and keep you updated on the status.

- "Na" - "The townhome was very clean, well stocked with cooking, cleaning and general supplies, including pool and beach toys. The location was quiet, comfy and relaxing with the beach and lagoons within walking distance. The true gem of this was the owners, Precious and Broderick. They truly want all guests to be comfortable and enjoy their vacation. Not only did we get an early check-in, upon entering the home we were greeted with a welcome basket of local goodies. Then a phone call from Precious making sure we did not have any issues getting into the home, along with info regarding the home and the nearby area. She, again, let us know we could call them at anytime with questions regarding not only the property, but any questions. Halfway through our stay, we received a call from Broderick just checking in to see if we had any concerns or anything we needed. • Only registered paying rental guests, Owners, and Owners registered guests are allowed in common areas such as pool & spa areas, BBQ areas, and Fitness Center, or in private Villas.

• The total persons allowed in villa is six.

• NO SMOKING (including e-cigarettes) in the Villa, on open lanais and common areas.

• Towels or clothes may not be draped over railings and furniture on the lanai and no overnight sleeping, drying racks, toys, or beach equipment, etc. may be left on lanais.

• Vehicles must be parked in assigned stalls within the lines and display a valid parking permit. If your vehicle is too large to fit in your stall, please see the front desk.

• No excessive noise or nuisances are allowed anywhere on the premises which may disturb the comfort and quiet enjoyment of others.

• Garbage must be tied up in trash bags before dropping down the trash chute. Large trash and recyclables may be taken to the receptacles on the ground floor. No items may be left in the hallways, ie. garbage, footwear, beach equipment.

• Recreational Facilities are for the exclusive use of registered owners and guests.

Pools/Spas:

• No LIFEGUARDS are on DUTY use at your own risk.

• Only persons who are able to swim or are directly supervised by competent swimmers are permitted to enter the pools.

• No diving, jumping, running, horseplay, ball throwing or unsafe behavior at any time.

• No boogie boards, air mattresses, or large flotation devices. Swimming aids are fine.

• No person subject to involuntary bodily function discharges is permitted to use the pools without effective swim diaper protection.

• Any person with an infectious or communicable disease should not use the pools/spas.

• No glassware/other breakable items are allowed on the pool decks or BBQ areas. No food and beverage is allowed in the pools or spas.

• Poolside furniture is on a first-come/first-serve basis; items may not be “reserved” and unattended items will be removed after 30 minutes. Pool towels are required over chaise lounge cushions for sanitary reasons.

Fitness Center - It is strongly recommended minor children not utilize any fitness equipment unless directly supervised by an adult familiar with the safe and proper use of such equipment.

- "Location, home and service / support by Melvin all as we expected we loved it and would without any doubt recommend to stay here" - "The place and amenities were amazing! Perfectly manicured neighborhood with everything you might need within walking distance. Also great location that puts you within 30-40 minutes by car of anywhere else you’d wanna be. If you are staying on Oahu, especially with kids, stay here!" - "We had a great time at the Ko' Olina townhome. The house came with everything that we needed for our stay. The Ko' Olina lagoons were within walking distance (about 15-20 mins depending if you have kids), and the Aulani resort is right across the street. Everything in the townhome was clean and new, and the washer and dryer worked great. There is not a ton of food and restaurants close by, but there is a convenience store that has everything you need if you need it in a pinch. Kapolei is only about a 15 minute drive, where you can find Target, Foodland, Costco, Shopping Malls, and restaurants. It also came with a pack n play which was perfect for our kiddo. The Primary room was big enough that it fit another pack n play, so we fit our family of 4 all in one room and my parents stayed in the other room. No bathtub though if you have small children, but mine took showers for the first time in their lives. My ONLY complaint is the door locking system, which Melvin our host did warn me about when checking in. It can be a bit tricky at first and if you mess up within 3 tries, the system will lock you out for 10 minutes. It can get manually overridden, but has to be done by the host, which is great, but not convenient if you need to get in right away or if the host does not answer right away."

Ko Olina Kai is a peaceful gated community that offers all the tranquil

outstanding villa offers sleeping accommodations for 6 quests with 2 queen
