He was even smoking while my kids were outside playing directly next to them. It was nice to have a TV in the room since it was bowl game weekend, but really there are just so many things to see and enjoy on the north shore. This location is much calmer than Waikiki and gives you a more authentic experience, but you will want to have a car to get around. The Polynesian Cultural Center is a short drive. There are also great food trucks and places to eat along the road. It was nice having a kitchen so we could bring food back to the condo and have cold drinks in the refrigerator. It was also nice having a washer and dryer in the condo. It was also nice to have a reserved parking space. We had one issue with the AC during our visit, and Sapphire was easy to get in touch with and had a handyman at the condo within a few minutes. The issue required an HVAC repairman, and Sapphire schedule it to be fixed while we were out. Within 24 hours of contacting Sapphire it was fixed. This is the BEST experience I have ever had with a property manager! Thank you Sapphire for genuinely caring about our vacation."
