The property was spotless when we arrived, and the owners contacted us several times during our stay to make sure that there were no problems and that we had everything we needed. The cottage is on a beautifully treed and large quiet lot in a terrific golf course neighborhood with mostly seasonal homeowners. We use a professional cleaning company that limits the number of their clients to ensure the property is attended to at the highest levels. Our cottage features central air conditioning and heating to keep you comfortable during your stay.
The kitchen comes fully ready with updated slate gray kitchen appliances, granite counter tops, and a complete kitchen full of all amenities anyone would need to prepare fabulous meals. Two decks and four smart HDTV's. Stream using the convenience of subscription to Hulu via Wi-Fi using Roku remotes. In addition to the two decks, the patio features beautiful wood look porcelain tile and a gas fire pit to enhance the outdoor experience. The game room offers Lazy Boy recliners, a nine-foot shuffleboard table and electric fireplace in addition to the fireplace in the great room. The cottage has comfortable quality furniture and beds from Basset, Serta, and World Market as well as IKEA. We have recently added top grain leather great room furniture from Costco. Cookware, linens, bath towels, etc. are all top quality. The great room features amazing light from the transom windows during the day and star light views in the evening peering between the massive Ponderosa pines. In the winter, the wood burning fireplace in the great room adds comfort to enjoy those chilly evenings.
You'll find hotel amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, bath and body bars, coffee and more. Bring your boat, quads, and other outdoor toys. as the large circular driveway can accommodate anything that can be towed.
A short 25-minute drive to Sunrise Ski Park and only 2 miles to Hondah Casino, this area is the best in Pinetop as it is close to all of the outdoor recreation that the White Mountains offer yet just a few minutes to the restaurants, shopping, and the numerous local shops of Pinetop. It is absolutely the best location for ski, nature, golf, and town amenities.
Comfortable king and queen beds with down duvet comforters and quality linens to make your stay relaxing. The interior is well decorated with expansive front windows framing views of tall mature pines. Two twin roll-aways are available for additional sleeping for kids. The side yard has enclosed fencing to allow your dogs to roam with safety coated wire on the three-rail lodge pole fencing. The new four-foot-high fencing will accommodate most dogs. A 16 X 24 detached garage offers plenty of space to accommodate large vehicles and its own blue tooth stereo for those that like to make full use of the space. Unusual for this size property is a game room with a shuffleboard table, a poker table and Lazy Boy recliners to view a movie or just lounge and read a good book.
Access is available (with guest fee) to the Pinetop Lakes recreation center which offers swimming, billiards, hot tub, tennis, weight/exercise room and more! The HOA has increased the rates as of 01/01/2021. Check with owners to inquire about the increased rates for recreation center use as well as current amount of guest limitations.
Approximately 1/3 of our guests are return guests having stayed at least on one previous occasion. We think that speaks to the value, cleanliness, and quality of the cottage. International guests without U.S. residency should inquire about additional booking requirements.
Home Away/VRBO guest with 5-star guest ratings will receive immediate approval for bookings. We welcome new VRBO guests as well although approval may take a few hours to approve. We exclusively use VRBO for all of our bookings for the advantages it offers our guest as well hosts. All booking requests must be made at least 3 days prior to arrival.
If you are traveling with pets, please fully disclose the type, breed, and quantity. Our pet maximum is two pets including any additional guest that you may have visiting during your stay.
We do have exterior cameras on the property that do not interfere with guest privacy and assist in protecting guests and the host from any issues that may arise from the HOA or compliance with the rental agreement (no parties). Let us know if you would like additional information.
We typically have 24 blocks between guests. This allows our housekeeping service to dedicate the time necessary to ensure our high standards of cleanliness. Additionally, this allows us to usually accommodate guests requesting an early check-in or late check-out time. We ask you to let us know in advance for any changes to your check-in or check-out times so housekeeping can schedule appropriately. Late check-outs must be requested prior to check in to avoid any late fees.

Updated cabin in Pinetop Country Club. A corner desk, high speed internet and many dining areas make this a great place for remote work or school. The neighborhood is great for walking, with hiking trails a short drive away. A nice dog is allowed spring-fall for a $100 non refundable pet fee. Covid cleaning practices are used and we have Lysol spray and hand sanitizer for you to use. SORRY, BUT NO DOGS ALLOWED XMAS AND WINTER!

There is a large open plan living room, dining room and spacious remodeled kitchen with new wood floors. Central heat and air to take off the chill in the winter and bring down the temperature a few degrees in the summer afternoons. Wood stove in a corner to add to the charm. Great deck with eating for 6 and a propane bbq. The master bedroom has a new king bed and the guest room has a pillowtop queen and twin bunks for the kids or an extra couple. Plenty of room for 6 people. Both bedrooms have new wood floors and tongue and groove ceilings. Each remodeled bathroom has its own toilet and sink and shares a bathtub/shower combination in the center. Stackable washer/dryer too.

There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and in the great room. A wall of sliders and windows in the spacious great room allows the cool mountain air to circulate. There is plenty of comfy seating, a large HDTV smart television with wireless internet for working and hanging out. The kitchen has condiments and a coffee pot, blender, crock pot along with a microwave and appliances and everything you need to cook with.

There is so much to do in the Pinetop-Lakeside area: Arizona’s cool mountain hideaway. Woodland Lake Park is a few miles down the road with a playground, walking trails, and fishing. Horseback riding is available down the road. (summer.) The White Mountain trail system has over 200 miles of diverse and scenic trails. Hon-Dah Casino is 3 miles away and Sunrise Ski Area 25 miles away. Local restaurants and unique shopping abound, making the White Mountains a four-season getaway.

Our comfortable garden cabin is in Pinetop Lakes Country Club. A two bedroom with a King in the master and Queen in the Guest room. In addition, is a 8" mattress Futon in the living room and an additional pillowtop roll-a-way bed if needed. A well-lit living room features a TV with sound bar to enjoy in front of a cozy gas fireplace. All updated appliances in the kitchen complete with pots, pans, plates and glassware... everything but the groceries... We have both a Keurig and regular drip coffee maker. This cabin has a newer washer and dryer. Extras include board games, dvd player with an assortment of movies. A smart lock allows seamless entry.

A very quiet and cozy place but enough wildlife to entertain such as squirrels and various birds that love peanuts and seeds. The front porch is perfect to watch them or for viewing a beautiful sunrise. A large, beautiful back deck is great for entertaining and overlooks the garden and flowers or a beautiful evening sunset. This deck also features a BBQ and gas firepit, with a second log firepit in the garden area. It's so relaxing, you might not want to leave.

Our back yard is fully fenced with a 4 ft log fence with mesh overlay.

We have exterior security cameras located on front porch and back decks to protect the property and aid in a seamless entry and exit for the guest.

The Pinetop Adventure Lodge is a beautifully unique house like nothing you’ve ever seen! Each room is themed around the many activities and adventures you can have in the White Mountains. We designed every aspect of the Pinetop Adventure lodge with YOU in mind. This Lodge is perfect for large family/friend groups or reunions. As you enter the Lodge you will be greeted by a huge common area that has a cozy fireplace in the corner (it’s on with the flip of a switch!), and the most comfortable couches and recliners you’ve ever sat in (you’ll see!). The large fully stocked kitchen with beautiful granite countertops will be your centerpiece for activity in the home, right next to the large dining area with huge dining table and we have extra table and chairs if needed as well. Just beyond the kitchen you’ll find the first master suite (there are 3), the Forest Themed Family Suite. The custom king bed is a massive work of art, custom made for this unique experience, and oh so comfy! There is a door with private access to the back porch from this room as well! The bathroom has a spa tub to relax your body from a long day in the mountains, and separate shower. This suite has another bedroom attached, specifically suited for children. The custom bunk bed and mattress underneath will sleep 3. This room is full of kids toys, books, a recliner, and has a desk for a designated office area as well.

The powder room is also located just down the hall from the Family Master, and the laundry room with an XL washer and 2 dryers is at the end of the hall. Going up the staircase on that side of the house you will find the Happy Camper room which sleeps 7 (including extra twin in closet), the Snowboarding room which can also sleep 7 (extra twin in closet), a large bathroom designed for several people at a time, and the game room at the end of the hall (there is a queen pull out couch in the game room as well if needed).

Crossing to the other side of the main floor you find the 2nd Master, which is the Horse themed room. This room has a comfy king sized bed and private bath and large walk-in closet. Down the hall the 3rd Master is the Lake themed room, with a queen, twin bunk bed and extra twin in the closet as needed (can sleep up to 5), with beautiful view out the front window. Up the stairs is the Grizzley Bear room which has a queen under twin bunk bed, and twin over twin bunk (sleeps 5). The Mountain Adventure room also sleeps 5 and the rooms are separated by a large bathroom as well.

We do have a Ring doorbell camera at the front door, and the front and back porch have noise monitors that read the decibel levels and are set in accordance with the Pinetop City Noise Ordinance (92 decibels daytime hours and 65 decibels nighttime hours), we cannot hear actual sound or record sound with the noise monitors for privacy though.

Over the years, Pinetop Mountain Cabin has become an annual mountain retreat for many of my VRBO guests. When you arrive, plan to spend time on the deck and listen to the wind through the tall pines or simply take a walk in this quiet friendly neighborhood. Located near the base of Pinetop Mountain, charming Pinetop Mountain Cabin is 817 square feet with two bedrooms, one bath and can sleep up to six people. The cabin is completely furnished with the comforts of home including a WIFI, gas grill on the deck and hundreds of TV channel options on the ROKU. While updated, we kept some “old school charm” you would expect to find at a cabin. All you need to bring are your personal items and groceries. Come relax and enjoy all the activities the White Mountains has to offer.

It is my goal to offer a place you will want to return to every season. Pinetop Mountain Cabin is priced cheaper than most "budget" hotels, yet you get privacy and so much more room to spread out. I personally make an effort to provide a place you will enjoy and call your home when you visit. The Laid Back Lodge has been beautifully decorated and is complete with all amenities. There are 2 bedrooms with 3 beds and 3 full bathrooms. It has a fenced yard. The lodge also has a garage and a front porch.
We are dog friendly, but we do not allow cats. There is a limit of 2 dogs. There is an additional dog charge of $85, but this can be paid in cash to avoid the extra fees added by the system.. Please no dogs on the beds or furniture. Excessive dog hair on beds or furniture will result in up to $50 deep cleaning fee. Please message me with any questions you may have.
The cleaning fees are set by the company we use. They charge us $150 and we do not place a surcharge on this. However, they do charge extra for any stays of longer than 2 weeks - $250.

Get away to our very own oasis in the pines!! If you are looking for a place to escape the valley heat or simply relax to escape the everyday, Cabin Capizzi is the perfect place for you. Fresh paint, carpet and new appliances was the only thing this cabin needed when we originally purchased it in the summer of 2020.

Whether you are looking to relax on the rooftop deck, entertain guests on the wrap around porch or watch your favorite team win on the big screen in the lounge, our cabin has everything you are looking for!

Small groups of 6 will fit comfortably in the 2 downstairs guest rooms and the above loft. The loft does come with a bathroom of its own turning into its very own “suite.” Accompanied with 2 queen size beds and its own smart tv your party could easily turn into 8 should you choose. You will notice the loft has access to the rooftop deck with its very own lounge set with fire place. For a unique view, sit down and look up…enjoy!

Our favorite feature is the wrap around porch with beautiful views, ease to lawn games and good old porch grillin’ & chillin’! Both the pellet grill and gas grill will be available for use. If you haven’t used a pellet grill before…do yourself a favor and turn it on!

If you feel like exploring outside of our little oasis (highly recommended) there is golf around the corner, ski resort for summer activities such as zip lining or mountain biking and last but not least the entrance to the national forest for any excursions your wish to take.

Due to the unique architecture and structure of the cabin all kids over 13 are welcome! We have a strict no pet or smoking policy. Again, want to elaborate that all kids over 13 are welcome, this is strictly for safety purpose.

This unit has a KITCHENETTE, (NOTE: IT DOES NOT HAVE A STOVE TO COOK ON), it has a small refrigerator with a small freezer section for ice, Keurig coffee maker and microwave oven. Close to hiking trails, fishing and other outdoor activities. This is an upstairs non-smoking unit.

The space
The entire unit was completely remodeled and is very clean. It is close to downtown Pinetop where there are many restaurants and stores. It is in the middle of many pine trees and close to a nearby golf course for those who come during the warmer months.

Real log cabin built in the '60s. The Cozy Cub Log Cabin is resting on one full acre of old-growth forest surrounded by pines and oaks. Please note: other cabins are visible around you, you will not be off grid and remote. You'll be conveniently located to everything Pinetop-Lakeside has to offer. The best steakhouse on the mountain is less than 2 miles away (Charlie Clarks!), no need to jump on the highway, right off the side streets!

We are offering a small efficiency rental to the side of a main house. There is one queen bed and NO kitchen. The weather up here is beautiful. We are the closest rental to the national Forest where you can hike and use motorized vehicles.

The space
We offer a bedroom with a modern bathroom. A closed in front yard for your dog. And a small patio with a table and chairs around the corner in the back yard and a picnic table in the front yard.

Guest access
You are welcome in the guest house and yard. The front yard is for the guests dogs. The patio in the back is also for guest use.

Other things to note
Please tell us at booking time if you are bringing a pet. There is a fee of $20 per pet stay. Please do not lock your dog in the guest house and leave for the entire day. They should stay with you.

We have outdoor security cameras. One on the playground, one on the front yard, one on the side of the front yard, and one pointing at the driveway.
