Holbrook is a quiet town in the heart of Route 66. My family has lived here our whole lives and love our town. We have a two story home with with a birds eye view of Holbrook and The historic Wigwam Hotel that was the inspiration for the Cozy Cone Motel in Disney’s Cars movie. The downstairs is for our guests and is comfortable, cozy and clean. We are 20 minutes to a four hour drive to The Painted Desert, Petrified Forest, Grand Canyon, Four Corners National Monument, Sedona and much more.

The downstairs getaway has three bedrooms, a full bathroom, living and dining area as well as a pool table. There is also a private patio where our guests can enjoy our Arizona weather with an amazing view of Holbrook. There is a walkway leading from the street where you will be able to park your vehicle and have private access to the back door. Our home is the perfect safe haven from solo travelers who like their space to groups of friends and families who may be traveling together. We have a mini refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker in your private dining area. We also provide paper/plastic plates, silverware, cups and napkins.

Each room has a T.V. with a DVD player and the private living room has cable and an apple T.V. . We have a selection of DVD's and board games for guests to use. There are individual coolers in each room to help make your stay more comfortable in the summer. You can enjoy a nice walk or bike ride around the friendly neighborhood.

The Space:
Rediscover your qi in the Painted Desert. Large 40 acre land, one parcel away from the 27,000 square miled Navajo Nation. Come experience the vibrancy this land offers.

Guest Access:
Your Tentrr campsite includes a 10'x12' (120 square feet) safari-style canvas tent on a raised wooden platform. Inside the tent you'll find one queen bed with a memory foam mattress. The tent is big enough for the bed plus one or two extra sleeping bags on the floor. Aside from the canvas tent, campers can also use the extra 5-person pop-up dome tent that’s provided. You'll also have a 6-ft picnic table, outdoor fire pit, 2 Tentrr Adirondack chairs, and a heating source to keep you warm and toasty at night.

Max Occupancy: This refers to the total number of campers allowed onsite with your reservation.

Toilets: Every campsite is equipped with a camp toilet (we call it the Tentrr Loo). This is a simple wooden box with a toilet seat and a bucket inside. To use, line the bucket with a CleanWaste Sani-Bag supplied at the camp prior to use. Afterwards, simply tie the bag up and place it in a trash bag. CleanWaste Sani-Bags use a NASA-developed gelling/deodorizing agent that helps prevent spills and keeps everyone safe and clean.

Showers: Every Signature campsite comes with a Coleman Sun Shower. The sun shower has a reservoir that holds up to 5 gallons of water, potentially enough for multiple showers. It's constructed of heat-locking material that warms the water when it's left in the sun, even on cool days.

-S'mores supplies & any food you'd like to eat
-A cooler to keep your grub from spoiling
-Bedding and pillows
Firewood (can be purchased from your Tentrr Host for an additional fee)

Other Things to Note:
Feel free to roam around the property and explore. For safety concerns, do not enter the large creek.
You will be camping on land that is full of Native artifacts. For your safety and those immediately in your lives, do NOT disturb any artifacts. What you bring in with you, take it home with you. Thank you

Interaction with Guests:

While Tentrr does not charge a cleaning fee, we do expect campsites to be left how they were found. After you check out, take everything you brought in and be sure to leave your trash at the designated location.

If a Tentrr Host submits an incident report after your stay that details evidence of trash or damage to the campsite or the host's property, Tentrr reserves the right to charge a minimum cleaning fee of $50. Just make sure to follow the Camper Manual posted at your campsite and you'll be set!

Reservation Modifications/Cancellations: Please note the terms of the cancelation policy as they are outlined in your confirmation email. Your Tentrr Host is unable to change or cancel your reservation on your behalf, and they are unable to waive any cancellation fees (if applicable). This is an adorable 10x10 non-insulated shed/cabin. Overlooking The Petrified Forest National Park plateaus to the southeast. Comes with one bunk bed with star gazing glass roof window. Includes sofa bed, refrigerator, coffee Kurig counter top machine with cabinet storage for dishes, pots, pans and utensils. You can also enjoy an indoor wood burning stove or a Portable Buddy heater and a two burner Coleman stove with propane tank. Cabin has hot and cold running water indoor sink and outdoor shower. We provide a double cartridge toilet just outside cabin.
Enjoy the outdoor area with hammocks, patio table and chairs. Owner is always on site unless you request more privacy in advance. I don’t have a problem planning a camping trip of my own.

A patio to enjoy the view. Please note, the tent is built on a short platform to keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter!

Onsite is a hot steaming shower with a bathroom with running water to wash your hands.

Zavier is your camphost and he will help you with all of your needs!

The van is run by solar and heated with propane. Open range cattle pass thru at times along with other local wildlife. Percolator coffee maker provided. Enjoy the best starry nights available weather permitting. The roads here are dirt/sand. Must have AWD or 4x4. Always wear thick soled shoes while outside.
