It is fully furnished and includes full size washer dryer, WIFI, Cable and dishwasher. Townhome was just updated with brushed nickel fixtures. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need. Plush linens and bedding. Has 2 large bedrooms upstairs. Master has Queen size bed and 2 closets with built in shelving. 2nd bedroom has rand new memory foam Queen size bed. Full bathroom upstairs and half bath down stairs. Downstairs also has pull out couch if needed. Beautiful deck overlooking lake and golf course. Very quiet mature neighborhood. 1 mile form shopping and restaurants, including Target, Walmart, Harris Teeter, Trader Joes etc. Movie Theater and ample dining options also within 1 mile. Absolutely no parties and no groups larger than 5ppl. This is a non smoking property.

- "Added this trip for a soccer tournament and found much more" - "This home is beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed walking and driving thru the neighborhood in the morning and evening - there were so many deer! We only had one question for our host during our stay and he was quick to respond. Overall we were very happy with our weekend. Unfortunately, with the racial climate as it is in our country right now, I do need to make note of something that happened the last morning of our stay. My daughter, who is in her early thirties and bi-racial, stepped outside to take a medical consult on her phone - it is a very shady lot so she sat in the meridian down a few doors in the sun for this phone conversation. One of the neighbors called the police and reported a 'black woman yelling out in front of her house' - she wasn't yelling and I can only assume that this was told to the police because the woman felt that they would respond more quickly. The police drove up, spoke with my daughter, acknowledged that she wasn't yelling and asked if she needed any assistance. She explained to them about the phone call and let them know that we were renting the house across the way. They were polite, wished her a good day and left. Fortunately this ended without any further action but it tainted what had, up to this point, been a wonderful weekend. I feel that everyone should be aware that there is at least one neighbor who won't hesitate to cause trouble if you are a family of color. Aside from this concern, I would highly recommend this property."

Two story townhome in a popular area with great amenities close by at Carmel Commons with several great restaurants and shopping including an attached garage and extra parking spaces steps away from the front door. Newly renovated kitchen with stainless appliances, quartz counter tops and subway fresh white tile to the ceiling. Updated modern furnishings through out the living, dining and both master en-suites upstairs. Wood flooring throughout both floors, with dual HVAC thermastats on both levels. Brand new larger size washer and dryer upstairs. The primary master bedroom includes a larger walk in closet, garden soaking tub and spacious shower. The back door walks out to a patio area for relaxing outdoor time . Beautiful area for walking with sidewalks and upscale lanterns up and down the roads leading into the Carmel Heights community. In addition, there is a common green area out your front door in the center of the community.

House was very clean and the surrounding area is safe. The area is built into a golf course so plenty of greenspace. lots of shopping near the home and some nice restaurants within 1.3 miles. The home is only 1 full bathroom upstairs and the two upstairs bedrooms share the jack and jill bathroom. The house has a half bath down stairs. The home had issues with GFI outlets and only one outlet worked in the kitchen and no outlets worked in the bathrooms. The home came with limited towels for each bathroom, hand soap provided. Nice small toiletry kit provided but soap is the size of a quarter -bring more if there for a few days. The kitchen does not have any staples such as salt and pepper, oil to cook with nor plastic wrap etc. Also the home had a very small kitchen trash can with two extra bags. If your staying for a few days you're going to need to bring some items with you as the house is minimally stocked. No real coffee pot to speak off some POD thing that we did not use. We brought our own coffee maker after seeing what was on the counter in the online pictures. Very glad we did. While I listed lots of issues the town home is clean and safe. We had a great time at the PGA event and the home has good access southern Charlette area items. "
