The property accommodates a maximum of 10 guests, including both adults and children. Please refer to the house rules for further details. Bringing more than 10 guests will result in cancellation of your reservation without a refund.

The unit does not have air conditioning; however, you can enjoy a refreshing Hawaiian breeze from the ocean, keeping the space comfortable, especially from October to June. Ceiling fans are provided in every bedroom.

All our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. Regular coffee maker and Keurig machines.
There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap.

You understand that swimming and use of any exercise equipment (treadmill and weight set) is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming and use of exercise equipment. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and exercise equipment and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming and exercise equipment may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming and using exercise equipment if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, uses the exercise equipment while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. Welcome to your secluded paradise! Our backyard has a sea wall in which you can step down onto the sand at low tide. No crossing the street, DIRECTLY on the ocean.

Picturesque Hawaiian sunrises and frolicking sea turtles await you from this private oceanfront, 2-story home. The property is fully gated, with an enclosed garage - and located on the crystal clear Hawaiian waters. It features majestic mountain views from almost every room and has an outside shower, balcony and deck while only being 5 minutes to shopping and restaurants .

OCEANFRONT:
Turtle Point is a shallow stretch of crystal clear water that is just perfect! Turtles have found this to be an ideal nursing ground to raise their young and often come in within a few feet of the seawall. The calm and clear waters lend itself to snorkeling and other water activities. The ocean is about waist deep and teeming with live corals, tropical fish and families of turtles. You can climb in to swim with the turtles, or just lounge beachside and enjoy them from the front yard just a few feet away. During whale season, mother whales and their calves pass right outside the reef in deeper water, and offer the perfect photo opportunity. Walk with the boogie boards 3 houses down to one of the most beautiful, sandy and secluded beaches around. Recommended for children older children as sea wall has no railings.

A sliding glass door opens out onto the lanai. Downstairs lanai has 2 covered seating areas with seating for 10 and a charcoal bbq grill. Upstairs offers teak benches, chairs and tables for more seating with stunning 200 degree Hawaiian sandy beach and lush mountain views.

Great location close to great beaches we love the waves at pounders beach. Upkeep on a house so close to the beach is hard but this place is well maintained. However, it cooled off great through the night so it was still usable. Would stay here again!"

Punaluu Paradise Beach House - located on the Windward side of Oahu. This country beach home sits just feet from the water where you can see turtles, schools of fish, snorkel, paddle board, and fish. Enjoy the breeze and the 180 degree unobscured view of the Pacific Ocean.

Just 10 minutes from Laie, the Polynesian Cultural Center, BYU-Hawaii, shops, and going the other direction you will find Kahana Bay, Chinamans Hat, Crouching Lion, and Kualoa Ranch. The Master Bedroom is on the 2nd floor and has its owns bathroom and King Bed with access to the deck over looking the ocean. The other 2 bedrooms are on the ground floor. 1 Bedroom has a Queen Bed. The other bedroom has two twins. There is an extra mattress and blow up mattress that can be pulled out for the floor as necessary.

This house has a large lot with over 100 feet of ocean front. At low tide you will find the water easily accessible to sand. At high tide the water come up to the rocks. Even at high tide the Ocean is still very accessible for most (please keep in mind there can be waves although usually manageable with good balance). Sometimes small children or seniors could find it challenging. The tide is always changing.

The home doesn't have AC. Being on the Windward side of the island you will enjoy the ocean breeze and every room is equipped with ceiling fans. Although there is the occasional day where it may be warm the nights always cool down.

This area of the Ocean has an abundance of Sea Life. You will find large coral heads with plenty of fish, eels, turtles, and maybe even an octopus as you snorkel and explore.

All our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. Regular coffee maker and Keurig machines.

There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap.

You understand that swimming and use of any exercise equipment (treadmill and weight set) is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming and use of exercise equipment. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming and exercise equipment may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming and using exercise equipment if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, uses the exercise equipment while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. We had a visiting seal on the beach one of the days.Only real complaint is there is zero communication (other than the canned instructions on access) from the host. And there are no supplies for cleaning. No dish towels or rags, no dishwasher tabs, no hot pads. All manageable things that ended up not being a huge deal. However, it would have been nice to have some answered to questions we had. Oh, also, the parking instructions were wrong, so we go a warning:/ And the building is under renovations.All in all, I’d rent again, and just hope some of the minor issues were fixed."

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking in or around property are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine and immediate eviction

Supplies: Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bag. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense.

Pet Policy: This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.00

The property is located at historic Pats at Punalu'u, 53-567 Kamehameha Highway, Hauula, HI 96717 which is a legal rental, exempt from Bill 89/Ordinance 19-18 (per Honolulu Department of Planning and Permitting).

READ BEFORE BOOKING:
*We would like to bring to your attention that the size of the unit being offered is relatively compact. This is primarily due to the high cost of living and rental expenses prevalent in Hawaii. While the unit may be smaller, the experience of living in Hawaii can be immensely rewarding.

*We do have a regular pest company servicing our home, but please note that Hawaii has a tropical climate and there will be occasional flies, geckos and bugs and it's impossible to completely stop.

* A reminder that we only have a small AC in the living room and NO AC in the bedroom

*There could be possible highway noise

*Pool hours is 10am-8pm with a limit of 5 people only

*The bbq grill can be used from 9am-9pm, you will need to bring your own charcoal

*Early check-in fee $50, WHEN AVAILABLE only, kindly check with us on the day of your check-in

*Primary guest ages 25 years old below, no reviews and not at 4-5 star reviews. We will require a $500 additional deposit which will be refunded at the end of your stay, given that there are no issues or any damages.

*Even for longer stays we only provide starting supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, dish sponge, dish soap, body soap, and shampoo. You will need to buy your own after it's all used up.

**For package deliveries, we can not receive mail- we recommend using an amazon locker**
Please read the following house rules:

KEY FOB/PARKING PASS & Damage Deposit: We require a key fob/parking pass and Damage deposit of $200 that will be refunded at the end of your stay given that the fob/parking pass are returned and no damages in the unit. Replacement fees: Key fob $100. Parking pass $50.

PET POLICY: No Pets Allowed.

BEACH SAND: Please make sure that you don't bring sand back to the unit, especially rinsing off in the shower. Any amount of sand should not be going down the drain. Otherwise, there could be a plumbing fee.

BALCONY: No hanging of any clothes or items on the balcony or dusting or shaking off sand over the balcony. Guests will have to cover the violation fee once we receive it from the property manager. Placing items on the chairs is okay.

SMOKING: Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the unit or on the balcony and will result in a $750 fine. You must walk to the street to smoke.

-There will be a $250 fine if we found our smoking detector is tampered after checkout

EARLY CHECK-IN: Feel free to ask and we will accommodate you if we can. Early check in fee is $50. Accommodation depends on whether there is another guest checking out the same day as it takes our staff a full 5 hours to properly clean the property. Please inquire with us at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.

LATE CHECKOUT: Feel free to ask and we will accommodate if we can. Minimum charge of $50 (depending on how late), when available.

NOISE / DISTURBANCE: No parties are allowed on the property. We enforce a strict fee of $1000 for any reported noise or disruption from neighbors. Please no amplified music outdoors in respect of neighbors. Indoor music is permitted with honor to ‘quiet hours’ between 10pm and 8am.

CLEANING / DAMAGES: In the event excessive cleaning, repair or replacement is required for amenities and/or furnishings and appliances fees will be applied.

REPAIRS / ISSUES DURING YOUR STAY: For any urgent repairs needed in/around the property, guests will be immediately notified. Our handyman/service company will need access inside the property even if the guest is not there. Please note this is only for situations that require an urgent action to make sure the guest's needs are addressed and resolved immediately.

INVENTORY: Amenities and toiletries are included at the time of check-in, however, this is a one-time stock, and any additional products must be purchased by the guest.

MAIL: Please do not send mail or packages to the property. We recommend getting a PO Box for longer stays.

ADDITIONAL DEPOSITS: Guests booking with no reviews or negative reviews will require an additional deposit of $500 which will be refunded at the end of your stay given that there are no issues or any damages.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. This unit is a small studio a few steps from the ocean, if you are on a budget and want to experience the real Hawaii this place is for you.The kitchen is fully stocked. There is one Q-size bed and a pull-out couch with a Q-size mattress for children or adults up to 130. The swimming pool and gym are just around the corner. Unfortunately NO AC, and it might get hot specially in the summer months, but we provide multiple fans.

The Space:
Ground level unit with walk out to the beach. It's located in a beautiful stretch of white sand beach, home to several turtles all year around. We don't have AC in the apartment, but we provide multiple floor fans and ceiling fans to help on the year's hottest days.

IMPORTANT: There is some construction going on at the building (Pat's at Punalu'u). Please plan on some unsightly construction scaffolding and signs as well as possible loud construction noise Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (No construction happens on the weekends). Because we' re sensitive to these potential impacts on your experience, we have already discounted all listed nightly rates through 2025 by 20%. If you decide to cancel your stay because of the possible impact from construction, we will offer a full refund to you if you cancel within 24 hours of making your reservation. The vast majority of our guests still have a truly amazing experience here regardless of the construction and we think you will too! We are happy to answer any questions you have.

The bedroom is equipped with a CA king-sized bed and a queen-sized bed. The room also has its quiet state-of-the-art and has a split AC unit that is independently controlled for energy savings.

The house is equipped with a solar water heater to conserve energy. A patio table, patio chairs, and a leather sofa exterior patio furniture are included in the Trex deck for viewing the Coastline, Ocean & Mountains. There are bar stools in the kitchen/dining area. The kitchen also has a range, air fryer, convection oven, and microwave oven.

There is also a therapeutic jacuzzi bathtub and kayaks available for the tenant's use. The garage has a door to open, a washer/dryer, and a storage area that is attached to the entrance to the house.

Pets are negotiable, have an extra fee, and require landlord approval. Pet must have references and be approved by the landlord. Pet insurance is also required.

The property is located at historic Pats at Punalu'u, 53-567 Kamehameha Highway, Hauula, HI 96717 which is a legal rental, exempt from Bill 89/Ordinance 19-18 (per Honolulu Department of Planning and Permitting).

Guests may park 1 car in dedicated carport space assigned to the unit as BHL and additional cars outside of the gate on the street. Contactless entry provided with keypad.

SMOKING: Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the house and will result in a $750 fine which will be used to deodorize the home before the next guest arrives. You must walk to the street to smoke.

EARLY CHECK-IN: Feel free to ask and we will accommodate you if we can. Early check in fee is $50. Accommodation depends on whether there is another guest checking out the same day as it takes our staff a full 5 hours to properly clean the property. Please inquire with us at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.

LATE CHECKOUT: Feel free to ask and we will accommodate if we can. Minimum charge of $50 (depending on how late), when available.

NOISE / DISTURBANCE: No parties are allowed on the property. We enforce a strict fee of $1000 for any reported noise or disruption from neighbors. Please no amplified music outdoors in respect of neighbors. Indoor music is permitted with honor to ‘quiet hours’ between 10pm and 8am.

CLEANING / DAMAGES: In the event excessive cleaning, repair or replacement is required for amenities and/or furnishings and appliances fees will be applied.

REPAIRS / ISSUES DURING YOUR STAY: For any urgent repairs needed in/around the property, guests will be immediately notified. Our handyman/service company will need access inside the property even if the guest is not there. Please note this is only for situations that require an urgent action to make sure the guest's needs are addressed and resolved immediately.

INVENTORY: Amenities and toiletries are included at the time of check-in, however, this is a one-time stock, and any additional products must be purchased by the guest.

In addition to the brightly colored tropical fish, on land you can anticipate seeing houseplants the size of houses, wild chickens & roosters roaming around, adorable geckos, tropical birds and the full menagerie of insects that sustain them ... some rare and beautiful (ex. Kamehameha butterflies) and others are decidedly less so. We will always have a clean and well-kept place for you that includes routine pest control, but please be advised that little visitors are not uncommon, esp. if you decide to attract them with unattended food.

The single family house is spacious and has an open floor plan, making it easy to gather together in the living and dining area. You'll have the entire property to yourself. No shared stuff or spaces. In the rear of the house is the bedroom with a comfortable king size bed and AC unit. In the living room is a comfortable queen size, 8" thick Coil-hinged spring, hand-tufted mattress, futon fold out sofa bed, 50" Roku TV with TCL Bluetooth sound bar that can stream music from your mobile device. A large picture window has a beautiful unobstructed view of the ocean and to the pristine beach. It has a large covered front porch for relaxing. It is bright, airy, and clean; nicely and tastefully furnished. The large covered rear lanai (patio) is adorned with outdoor furnishings, your choice of Weber or gas grill, and leads out to a fenced yard for privacy. Feel the ocean breeze as you listen to the waves lap against the shore while hanging out in and around the house. The space
We are not air conditioned but benefit from trade winds, floor and ceiling fans. There is a washer/dryer located in the bathroom. We live in the upstairs section of the house and occasionally need to use the dryer. This is generally one day a week but on sunny days we use our clothesline. There is plenty of hot water for showers.

We strongly recommend that guests do not arrive after 9 PM due to poorly lit country roads. Late night arrivals have awoke nearby neighbors which is not permitted. You will have access to the bottom portion of the house which is approximately 1400 sq ft

The Rootz Wagon is our most prestigious and sought after glamping site on the property. Zen Oazis provides multiple camping sites on the property so do expect neighbors however The Rootz Wagon site is the most private with no sight of the other campsites. Your site is equipped with a private outdoor solar shower and composting toilet “The Loo with a View”.

The Rootz Wagon sleeps 4 with one dinette convertible into a double bed and a bunk bed (two singles), however please know that the top bunk is a tight space and only suitable for a child or very small adult!

You will find a mini fridge powered by our solar panels that has a small freezer and a sink with 10gallons to wash the dishes with.

Provided for you is a camping stove, pots and pans, plates, bowls, cups and silverware for all of your Essential cooking needs.

Other things to note
This is an off grid van that is powered by the sun! During cloudy and rainy weather there is a chance of power outages . We do provide back up in these situations including battery operated lights, fan and a cooler to store your food if the mini fridge is out of commission.
Additionally please note our shower does provide hot water but this is completely reliant on the sunshine as well. If the sun don't shine the water will remain cold.

Speaking of water we do not have potable water on site so please bring drinking water with you!

We are working hard to lay gravel and stepping stones however during the rainy season please expect mud in the driveway and partially through the site. Bring shoes accordingly.

This newly renovated beachfront studio condo is ideal for a restful, relaxed, laid-back vacation. Located in the "country area" of Oahu, on the windward side of the Island, this area has a more rural, easygoing atmosphere than the hustle and bustle of Honolulu and Waikiki. You get to see the authentic charm of old Hawaii. It's a ground-floor unit, so there is no waiting for the elevator

The space
This is an older building with a 1970's vibe. It's located in a beautiful stretch of white sand beach, home to several turtles all year round. We don't have AC in the apartment, but we provide multiple floor fans and two ceiling fans to help on the year's hottest days.

The building is under construction, and you can expect construction workers to be there Monday-Friday, 8 am-4 pm, with weekends being construction free. We will inform you of any restrictions you may have during your stay as soon as we are told. Due to the ongoing construction in the building our rates are already discounted.

Additionally, we prepare a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, trash bags, hand and dish soap, and body wash- Additional items will be your responsibility.

We have one Queen size bed, and one pull out couch with a queen size mattress, and we ask our guests to use it for children or adults up to 140 lbs.

Beyond the lanai, it takes only twenty-eight steps to reach the fantastic, secluded, never-crowded beach. The serene beach is reef-protected and ideal for swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, or stand-up paddle boarding. Beach towels are provided.
Intriguing sea turtles are spotted regularly.

There is a swimming pool and a small fitness center in the complex where you can exercise with a view of the ocean. An outdoor shower is located on the grounds near the pool to rinse off the sand. Watch the fantastic sunrise from your private lanai while listening to the soothing, mesmerizing sounds of the waves. Take a short walk along Kamehameha Highway to enjoy a meal or shaved ice from the colorful local food trucks. A few miles to the north in Laie, there are various restaurants, shops, and food markets.
The renovated full kitchen is stocked with the necessary equipment if you prefer to cook your meals. The unit is also equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience. There is also a bbq area and picnic table on the complex grounds.

The studio is located less than an hour from the airport and only a short drive to all the exciting activities the North Shore has to offer. The scenery along Kamehameha Highway is unforgettable, with stretches of the road canopied by lush flora, interspersed with the sight of beautiful beaches on the right. Look also to your left, you will be amazed at the sight of the Ko'olau verdant mountain range.

The space
Oahu is called the 'Gathering Place' and is home of Waikiki, Diamond Head and Pearl Harbor. The windward side retains the subtle feeling of old Hawaii, a Hawaii before the multi-story hotels and condos of Waikiki and the urban traffic, hustle and bustle of Honolulu. It still has that wonderful sense of 'Aloha' that you are welcomed as a friend.

Pat's at Punalu'u is about 30 miles from Waikiki and the Honolulu International Airport. The condo sits on a private, reef-protected beach, which is great for kids. The water is about waist to chest deep along the beach and is excellent for snorkeling. There is also a fresh water swimming pool, and outdoor shower.

You are 45-minutes from the nightlife of Waikiki or snorkeling at Hanauma Bay.

Our one-bedroom "end unit" with a huge wrap-around lanai can accommodate up to five guests. There is a king bed in the bedroom, a queen sofa sleeper in the living room and also a twin ottoman. It has a full-size kitchen and a washer and dryer...though you will probably be "living" in T-shirts, shorts and swimsuits. The condo has ceiling fans, smart TV, cable TV, books to read - including guidebooks to Hawaii. The space
Its a small house but the both bedrooms feel spacious, and the outside space is abundant. The beach is across the street and it is seldom used. The sand and water is pristine. The backyard mountains immensely breath taking!

This end unit has 3 sets of doors to bring in the light, and the beautiful trade winds. It has the largest lanai in the building.

The space
Oahu is called the 'Gathering Place' and is home of Waikiki, Diamond Head and Pearl Harbor. The windward side where this condo is located, retains the feeling of old Hawaii, before the big hotels and condos of Waikiki and the traffic. It still has that sense of 'Aloha' that you are welcomed and a friend. It truly is a little piece of paradise

This condo has the largest lanai in the building. It is approximately 700 square feet with plenty of dining and lounging room. The condo is a highly upgraded end unit.

You will have use of the entire condo along with the building amenities.

Also, there will be a time when the unit will be unavailable for entry and exit during certain hours, but there will usually be a two month warning for that.

Other things to note
We know guests like their privacy, but if there are any problems, we are just a phone call away to provide assistance. Otherwise, we let you enjoy the condo without interruptions.

Relax and unwind at this peaceful place to stay. Located directly on the beach on Oahu's east side shores, this newly renovated condo boasts a massive lanai with breath taking ocean views.

The unit can comfortably sleep up to 5 people (1 King Bed, 1 Queen pull out bed, 1 twin pull out ottoman), has a fully equipped kitchen, one dedicated parking space, and a lovely community pool.

Just 10 minutes away from some of the Island's biggest attractions, you'll have no where else you need to be.

The space
One bedroom, private condominium with large lanai, one bathroom and a full kitchen. The master bedroom includes a fold out futon which turns into a twin sleeper. The living room includes a sleeper sofa which pulls out to a queen size bed (real mattress).

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need during your stay, and towels and linens are provided. One assigned parking spot is included with the rental and additional guest spots are available on a first come first served basis.

* The building includes a swimming pool and common area which can be used between 10am and 6pm HST.

* This unit includes an AC unit in the master bedroom. It does not have central AC.

* Beach gear is not provided with this rental.

* Shampoo, conditioner, and soap is not provided with this rental.

* Since you will be located on the East side of the island, which is rural and lush, wild roosters are abundant! They may wake you if you sleep with the windows open or you are a light sleeper. You may wish to bring ear plugs so you are not woken earlier than planned by morning roosters!

* Laundry is on-site and pay per use.
