The unit does not have air conditioning; however, you can enjoy a refreshing Hawaiian breeze from the ocean, keeping the space comfortable, especially from October to June. Ceiling fans are provided in every bedroom.

All our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. Regular coffee maker and Keurig machines.
There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap.

You understand that swimming and use of any exercise equipment (treadmill and weight set) is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming and use of exercise equipment. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and exercise equipment and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming and exercise equipment may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming and using exercise equipment if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, uses the exercise equipment while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. The property is fully gated, with an enclosed garage - and located on the crystal clear Hawaiian waters. It features majestic mountain views from almost every room and has an outside shower, balcony and deck while only being 5 minutes to shopping and restaurants .

OCEANFRONT:
Turtle Point is a shallow stretch of crystal clear water that is just perfect! Turtles have found this to be an ideal nursing ground to raise their young and often come in within a few feet of the seawall. The calm and clear waters lend itself to snorkeling and other water activities. The ocean is about waist deep and teeming with live corals, tropical fish and families of turtles. You can climb in to swim with the turtles, or just lounge beachside and enjoy them from the front yard just a few feet away. During whale season, mother whales and their calves pass right outside the reef in deeper water, and offer the perfect photo opportunity. Walk with the boogie boards 3 houses down to one of the most beautiful, sandy and secluded beaches around. Recommended for children older children as sea wall has no railings.

Punaluu Paradise Beach House - located on the Windward side of Oahu. This country beach home sits just feet from the water where you can see turtles, schools of fish, snorkel, paddle board, and fish. Enjoy the breeze and the 180 degree unobscured view of the Pacific Ocean.

Just 10 minutes from Laie, the Polynesian Cultural Center, BYU-Hawaii, shops, and going the other direction you will find Kahana Bay, Chinamans Hat, Crouching Lion, and Kualoa Ranch. Easy to get to all of your must see beaches and surfing locations including: Waimea Bay, Sharks Cove, Turtle Bay, Pipeline, Sunset, & Pounders!

House has 3 Bedrooms 2 Bath, large 2nd story deck, large kitchen with huge island, great entertaining from room outside patio, outside shower, and ample parking.

The Master Bedroom is on the 2nd floor and has its owns bathroom and King Bed with access to the deck over looking the ocean. The other 2 bedrooms are on the ground floor. 1 Bedroom has a Queen Bed. The other bedroom has two twins. There is an extra mattress and blow up mattress that can be pulled out for the floor as necessary.

This house has a large lot with over 100 feet of ocean front. At low tide you will find the water easily accessible to sand. At high tide the water come up to the rocks. Even at high tide the Ocean is still very accessible for most (please keep in mind there can be waves although usually manageable with good balance). Sometimes small children or seniors could find it challenging. The tide is always changing.

The home doesn't have AC. Being on the Windward side of the island you will enjoy the ocean breeze and every room is equipped with ceiling fans. Although there is the occasional day where it may be warm the nights always cool down.

This area of the Ocean has an abundance of Sea Life. You will find large coral heads with plenty of fish, eels, turtles, and maybe even an octopus as you snorkel and explore.
