This is a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. The home is very close to the lively Hudson nightlife bars, but far enough away that it is quiet at night. I require my guests to respect the neighbors, no loud parties or music after 10pm.

Welcome to comfort and relaxation! Exquisite rural setting in the river valley of the St Croix. Cozy up in this brand new barn apartment on our home property that is close to beautiful parks and trails and many attractions and also a half hour from the Twin Cities.
The space:
Designed with modern and well equipped spaces in mind, the entire second floor of the barn space is for our guests use including a full laundry room and fully equipped kitchen.
The Loft at Strawberry Hill provides its guests fresh towels, linens, and many other necessities such as dish soap, dishwasher/laundry tabs, shampoo etc.

Other things to note:
Balconies on both ends to enjoy beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Many trails for walking. Afton Alps resort and Afton State Park close by. Private fire pit on premises for our guests outdoor use. Great restaurants in quaint downtown Hudson 8 min. away and historic Stillwater only15 min. away.

We can sleep 6 comfortably or more depending on if the queen beds are shared. For sleeping accommodations we have the main "owners" bedroom with a queen bed, the secondary bedroom has 2 twin beds. In the living room, the sofa has a pull-out queen mattress made of quality memory foam and bedding. In addition to or if preferred, we also have a Queen size double high air mattress with built in pump and also a twin double high mattress with built in pump and all bedding. (Extra charge of $15 per night for more than 4 guests.)

We are located just minutes from the St. Croix River, Mississippi River, and Afton Alps Ski Resort. This is a newly built private guest suite with a private entrance. It includes a full kitchen, full bathroom, laundry, a queen bed, and two twin beds. Plenty of parking.

The only reason I rated a 4/5 on cleanliness are for reasons so small, but there were a few flies in the room and the bathroom floor and walls of the shower had a few hairs/dust/debris from the previous guests. Other than that, the room was clean and cozy. If you want a cute, comfortable, and peaceful stay, I highly recommend you stay at the Harbor Hotel."
