- "It was a cool home for our short stay. We arrived and they were still cleaning(good i guess). The only problem was that they didnt provide any small towels for washing your body or face. I had to go to Wal-Mart and buy towels. Also the parking was crazy, having to lock the gate every time we left was frustrating. Maybe invest in an automated gate. "

Short distance to china town. Condo fully stacked with all kitchen cookware, assigned parking with High-speed WiFi, home security, cable, and much more. Fully remodeled and everything is brand new. Check-in and check-out time is flexible!

- "Everything was amazing... very clean and management was so nice and prompt on responding.I would definitely recommend this location to anyone." - "The house was super clean, all amenities provided by owner, location of the the house resemblance of where I used to grow up in Detroit (nothing bad, just more of run down). The location was actually great for us as it's about 12 min from Vietnamese downtown, which we visited daily while in town. The only negative are the sinks being too tall for all of us, I'm 5.5ft short and had to use provided stool while brushing my teeth (felt like a 5 years old kid), you have to be 6.5ft to be able to use the sinks properly. There was an overflow of drainage from the AC unit which caused the water flow out to the bottom of the staircase case. I texted owner and the problem was taken care of within a few hr."

The space is a full suite with a private bath, a large walk-in closet, and a kitchenette. The room has a private entrance away from the main house. There is a queen bed with a super comfy mattress in the room. There is also a dining area to work or eat from.

The space
This is a single-story home in a well-established residential neighborhood. We are minutes from several major freeways, making this location ideal for commuting.

We have multiple en suites available for rent. Each room has its own private entrance, kitchenette, and bathroom. No one can enter your personal space.

The backyard and garage are common areas that all occupants share. There is also a laundry room on-site with a washer and dryer that everyone can use. The backyard is open to everyone, including guests and their pets.

Guest access
We live on the property. However, the level of interaction you have with us is entirely up to you. We respect your privacy and will not interfere unless you request our assistance.

PARKING:
- There is plenty of street parking.
- No parking in the garage for guests except during storms.

LONG TERM STAYS:
- We'll provide initial supplies. You'll need to purchase your own supplies after that. (This is how we discount longer stays.)

AMENITIES:
- Due to guest preferences, and consideration for hygiene, we do not keep some of the listed amenities (such as oil, salt, etc. ) in the listing. If you need anything, simply let us know and we’ll bring it to you (typically within a couple of hours).

PACKAGES & MAIL:
- You can get mail and packages at the address.
- Let us know, and we can look for it.

TRASH:
- Trash day is Tuesday; please bring your trash to the bins by Monday night.
- The green bin is for recycling. The black bin is for all other other trash.
- Please ensure any food trash or liquids are properly bagged and sealed before placing in the trash bin.
- Trash for recycling must be clean (free from food).
- Please crush all plastic bottles, food containers, cans, and cardboard boxes (to take up less space) before placing them in the recycle bin.

LAUNDRY:
- The clothes washer and dryer are in the garage.
- Use the side door (map provided) to access it.
