Bella Vista is located on five-acres of equestrian property across from boutique vineyards yet close enough to the city to enjoy the best of both worlds. The Home: Bella Vista boasts in comfort. The main area is central for gathering the group or super relaxing to dive into a good book. The main attraction is the deck which over looks the riding arena and serene views including two vineyards and a pond. Every room has a view! Up a short flight of stairs you will find the master with a memory foam King bed with a large tile shower, the second bedroom is also a memory foam Queen bed, and the third bedroom upstairs has two twin beds. Also located on this level is another beautifully remodeled full bathroom with a nice tub for soaking. At the far end of the home is yet another memory foam Queen bedroom and full bathroom overlooking the garden area.

Guest Quarters: Very chic and fully furnished attached 2 bedroom guest unit. A true delight only available to Bella Vista main house guests. This space has big picture windows, a fully equipped kitchen and with a comfy living area. Both beds are memory foam; one king size and one queen. This space makes the entire house a 6 bedroom and 4.5 bathroom with two kitchens and two living spaces, simply a great addition for a large group.

The Amenities: Hiking trails out the back door, more hiking nearby and bring your bikes for your touring pleasure. We can arrange for private wine tours, a chef to cook your meals and make all your restaurant reservations. We have beautiful stables for you to view the horses.

Just walking around the grounds and taking in the views…simply breathtaking! We opted for a company to transport us for wine tasting which was the right decision. 3rd Party Booking Policy:
My Tiny Creekside Retreat is a great option for crews, professionals traveling for work, and is a way safer, more secure, and affordable option than local hotels.
Hosting guests, however, who have not made the reservation itself carries additional risk and hosting challenges. As such, in our desire to support our local employers we have recently developed and released this 3rd Party Booking Policy.

If you are booking on behalf of someone else, please review and accept this policy by replying specifically with the phrase “Responsible Guests Welcome”:
1) Booking must be confirmed at least 2 hours in advance of arrival.
2) Payment of an additional $150 refundable cleaning deposit via an Airbnb resolution center request will be required prior to arrival.
3) A contact name and verifiable cell phone # must be provided for at least 1 of the guests who are staying. Contact will be made with them prior to their arrival to verify their ID and ensure they are aware of the expectations during their stay.

In the best interest of transparency, our pet policy is only noted here so all guests on site understand the expectations of visiting animals and their owners; including service animals:
1. Pets must stay leashed outside at all times.
2. No pets on furniture, beds, or lofts.
3. Pets cannot be left alone inside, even in crates.
4. Clean up accidents with supplies under the sink, waste w/ bags provided, and sweep the house daily to manage fur.
5. At Creekside Cottage, use the signed pup relief area instead of the front lawn.
6. Expect friendly barn cats and free-range bunnies outdoors—if your pet chases or reacts strongly, this may not be the best fit.

The space
Experience the taste of Tuscany in this home. From the regal pillars to the hand scraped (heated) hardwoods, to the grand stone fireplace, wrought iron balcony and floor to ceiling windows - every corner of this home was lovingly crafted! The large kitchen features double ovens, granite counter tops, and a huge eating/serving bar. The Master bedroom is on the main floor. It has a 4 post California King bed, a huge walk-in closet and en-suite including a Jacuzzi tub overlooking a private garden patio. Upstairs are the 2 other bedrooms, each with queen beds and their own full bathrooms. One bedroom has a private balcony. In between the 2 bedrooms is a large game room including a kitchenette, pool table and balcony overlooking the expansive backyard. There are also two twin sized roll-away beds available as needed.

Guest access
You will have the whole house and property to yourself! Access is through the 3-car garage. You are welcome to park your vehicle's inside during your stay!

House Rules
- No Smoking! Violation of this rule will result in a $700 fine
- No Pets. Violation of this rule will result in a $400 fine with the possibility of eviction without refund
- No Parties! This is not a night club or frat house. Celebrations and family gatherings are encouraged but any party that causes damage to the property or excessive cleaning requirements will result in a $700 fine.

-WIFI info is located in the Handbook sitting on the kitchen island or in a nearby kitchen drawer.

-Due to the dense wooded area, there are power outages from time to time as high winds come through and trees get knocked around. The house operates with a complicated nervous system that links many of the services that other homes have as stand-alone systems. When the power goes out, the water heater may not come back on without a manual reboot to the main system. If you are not able to get hot water, please notify me immediately so I can set it right for you asap!

5. We've got you covered with pet waste bags—please use them for clean-ups, every single time.
6. We're all about quality time together, so no leaving furry friends solo in the home; even in a crate.
7. Oopsie moments happen! If they do, there are handy cleaning supplies under the sink.
8. A daily sweep of the house will do wonders, and is required, to keep fur from taking over.
9. Disruptive pups (uncontrollable barking, digging, etc…) will be asked to leave and will not be eligible for a refund.
10. It's all about trust. If youplay by the rules, your deposit is returned to you. However, after any rule-bending (including extra laundry, cleaning, or upholstery work), know that it's not gonna’ come back to you. Plus, intentional rule breakers might face extra fees. Let's keep things snazzy!

Up a short flight of stairs you will find the master with a memory foam King bed with a large tile shower, the second bedroom is also a memory foam Queen bed, and the third bedroom upstairs has two twin beds. Also located on this level is another beautifully remodeled full bathroom with a nice tub for soaking. At the far end of the home is yet another memory foam Queen bedroom and full bathroom overlooking the garden area.

My Tiny Creekside Retreat is a great option for crews, professionals traveling for work, and is a way safer, more secure, and affordable option than local hotels.
Hosting guests, however, who have not made the reservation itself carries additional risk and hosting challenges. As such, in our desire to support our local employers we have recently developed and released this 3rd Party Booking Policy.
If you are booking on behalf of someone else, please review and accept this policy by replying specifically with the phrase “Responsible Guests Welcome”:
1) Booking must be confirmed at least 2 hours in advance of arrival.
2) Payment of an additional $150 refundable cleaning deposit via an Airbnb resolution center request will be required prior to arrival.

Your Private bedroom" A Hidden Jewel" has a queen size bed; the mattress is a Beauty rest. New pillows purchased 2022. The room has 2 nightstands that you are invited to use for storage, there are hangers in the closet and a luggage rack for your convenience.

Guest bedrooms are within our home, meaning that we live here.

We have TWO rooms that are offered through Airbnb.

The full guest bathroom is supplied with Towels that were purchased specifically for our guests. They are within the doors of the vanity underneath the bathroom sink. Hair dryer within vanity doors. The new towels are washed and rinsed two times after use. There is plenty of bath tissue. If you have Forgotten Something - there is shampoo/conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, and toothbrush. All of the Above are located within the vanity doors under the bathroom sink.

I also ask that my guests use the hooks behind their private bedroom doors for damp/wet clothing or towels. Due to the bed post wood that has become damaged moving forward. Our location truly is the perfect and affordable getaway for adventurous guests seeking a centralized accommodation, within a short drive from Portland or Seattle, who are looking to explore the Washington Coast and Long Beach, Astoria and Seaside Oregon, Mt. St. Helens and the Ape Caves, Beaver Creek Falls, as well as the the historic and scenic Port of Kalama with fun new shopping and tourist attractions.

As shown, accessing the bed in the Bird House requires use of a ladder best used by guests who would describe themselves as agile or flexible.

My Tiny Bird House is one of many, scattered, private accommodations on our 2.5 acre Retreat. Each one is spaced adequately to provide plenty of privacy but also a sense of safety for our guests who are not used to experiencing our very dark rural nights. Unless you have an event contract with us which includes the entire complex, all outdoor areas are shared with other guests. These include, but are not limited to the grape arbor sitting area, covered fire pit pavilion, picnic tables, yoga decks, and creek front beach area.

Wildlife abounds and the territorial views from the deck are just the thing to melt your cares away.

For their comfort we also recommend that guests over 5' 8" tall request accommodations in one of our larger tiny homes due to the snug size of the top bunk.

The WIFI in the Bird House is adequate for casual use (email, social media, cell phone use) but NOT recommended for professional use or data-intensive entertainment (streaming or downloading movies, crypto farming, large file transfers, or zoom calls) If these limitations affect you, please do inquire about the availability of our many other accommodations on site which have better wifi performance.

Bacchus Fields is a private, quiet, studio in the gateway of Oregon’s wine country, with views of Mt. Hood and beautiful scenery. The studio has a queen bed, full kitchen, private bathroom and entrance.

We offer self-check in, dedicated parking with complementary Level 2 EV charging, a private outdoor patio with seating, a gas grill and fire pit. The studio is nicely situated for short and long-term stays, visits to wine country, the coast, mountains, Portland, and surrounding communities.

The space
Our home is in a beautiful, peaceful, and quiet location. On clear days the Mount Hood view is spectacular! We live on three acres with pastures, fruit trees, a barn, and over 100 pinot noir grape vines. We are located on the west side of the Chehalem Mountains AVA in wine country. And we are just 20 miles SW of Portland, so a day trip or night on the town is within easy reach.

Bacchus Fields is a daylight basement studio with two windows that fill the studio with natural light. We’re located across from Hawk’s View Vineyard, within a 15-20 minute drive to wine-country destinations Newberg and Dundee, Tualatin, and about half an hour drive to Portland (1hr. during heavy traffic) and Mcminnville. The Oregon coast is only 1.5 hours away, so coast day trips are a great option.

The studio is pet free. However, the main house is home to a Senegal Parrot. A couple of our neighbors’ cats may hang out on the property occasionally, but they avoid people. Given that the studio is a day light basement, you will hear some footsteps and other household sounds from the first floor of the house at times.

We provide coffee, a coffee bean grinder, a French press coffee maker, and a generous selection of tea for your enjoyment. The kitchen is fully stocked, including a toaster and Nutri Bullet blender. Please help yourself to any food, drinks, spices and condiments in the studio.

We believe in supporting local businesses and farms, so we are pleased to offer all guests complimentary, locally made treats, such as Blueberry Ridge Farm’s (Sherwood, Or.) handmade dark chocolate blueberry clusters, or their organic dehydrated blueberries, or Betty Lou’s (McMinnville, Or.) gluten-free and vegan fruit bars. Let us know if you have any dietary restrictions and we will do our best to accommodate them in our treat offerings.

The studio couch has automatic, touch sensor activated reclining sections on either end so you can easily kick back and relax.

Driveway fits two cars however the driveway is a little steep.

- Be respectful to other neighbors after 10 pm..... Remember this is a duplex. (you will notice the neighborhood is pretty quiet too)

- We allow pets (for a small fee) however please bring YOUR OWN food dishes, toys, blankets, and towels for them.

- If you have a pet, please pick up after it.... NO ONE wants to step in that! And animals are NOT to be left alone in the house or on the furniture. (For those with allergies, there have been cats at the property)

- The backyard is for everyone including pets, the front yard is only for humans to play.

- We love hosting families, however we do NOT have child locks on anything or corner protectors (we have cleaners under sinks).

- There is a first aid kit and other "forgot to bring" items in the bathroom.

- We have a fire extinguisher in the garage where the washer and dryer is.

- This is a NON SMOKING house. If you MUST smoke something, please go outside on the other side of the garage (not in the backyard as this is a duplex and the other side could smell it). And please wait a few minutes after to "air out" :)

- It does NOT have a dishwasher so be prepared to wash your dishes after using them (yes, we provide what you need for that)

- NO Parties allowed!

- If the cleaning takes longer due to pet fur (I recommend you sweep and clean off furniture prior to leaving) or other messes (food/drink messes left behind, bathroom messes, kid messes, more laundry to clean, etc.....) you will be charged at least an additional cleaning fee.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Centrally located in the Willamette Valley; close to several wineries, easy drive to Portland, the coast and to the mountains. Owners on site, but other end of the property. Private and peaceful on beautifully landscaped 3 acres.

Other things to note
Access by going up the right side of the driveway once you turn into the property. The outside lights are on timers and the entrance is well lit from sun down to sun up. There is one bedroom with a full bed. There is a futon in the living room that can be made into a full bed. Please let me know if you're planning to use it as a bed and I will leave the bedding. There is no public access to the upstairs. There is a bigger fridge in the garage for more food and freezer storage.

My Tiny Hideout is now one of many, scattered, private accommodations on our 2.5 acre Retreat. Welcome to this 700 sqft studio, a converted barn nestled in a peaceful 5-acre property. The up cycled wood from the original barn in the walls and beams adds a modern farmhouse look to this open space. The perfect spot to rest, relax and enjoy nature.

We live in the home next to the barn and could be available to greet if you so desire. Happy to give you privacy as well. We own three friendly dogs.

Come and enjoy the Pacific Northwest in this converted barn studio. Sip your morning coffee overlooking beautiful trees, and relax in the evening with your favorite beverage hearing the birds chirp.

The Carriage House is a 1-bedroom guesthouse, on a 5-acre Christmas Tree Farm, in the Chehalem Mountains, minutes from vineyards (Alloro, Hawksview, Ponzi, etc.). It’s not modern, but it is very clean, private, quiet, and convenient.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the house and amenities. There are no other residents on the property.
The wooded area directly behind the house is part of the property, but it has not been cleared, so it may be difficult to access.
Plenty of seasonal Blackberries grow at the edge of the lawn area in late summer that you are welcome to pick and enjoy.
The detached garage/barn is private storage and is not to be entered.
Please note that the fenced vegetable garden area at the driveway is not our property and should not be entered.

Other things to note
Brookman House is accessed from a shared gravel driveway on a "flag lot" behind another property. While we are located in a rural/suburban area on 5 acres, we do have neighbors that are visible on 2 sides of the property. Because it is a rural setting you may hear sounds you don't typically hear in a suburban area. On occasion, neighbors in the area engage in recreational target shooting. Rest assured, this is done safely and within legal boundaries. If you have any concerns or questions, feel free to reach out. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities!

We have ground keeper that comes in every couple days , as well as some employees that come in to trade cars or pickup or drop off work materials for work , we operate a roofing company…

Children are welcome , however house is not childproof!!
There stairs the take you to the open bedroom, no door gate ,blinds are not cordless, wood burning stove in living room is not childproof protected !!


The space is a working 7 acre property
There are many animals, they may make noise during the day. You will hear our rooster every morning and the chickens during the day , as well as our cows and goats , we also have 2 outdoor dogs that stay in a gated area , and 2 little chihuahuas that stay inside our house , you may hear them as well,
If you are uncomfortable around animals this may not be the place for you. If you love animals the you will love staying with us

Nestled on a quiet mountaintop, offers a welcoming spot for relaxation. Located in country setting surrounded by vineyards between Sherwood and Newberg, while still being close to Portland and Beaverton. 3 miles from Devonwood Equestrian Center. Enjoy the entire 4BR/2BA downstairs apartment with a private entrance, parking area and your own patio and BBQ. This property also features a salt water pool/June-Sept pool available depending on weather. Firepit for relaxing in the evening

The space
With your own patio and views of Mt. Hood on a clear day, it is sure to be an amazing trip. The space offers four bedrooms and two full bathrooms:
* Bedroom 1: King bed located next to a full bathroom
* Bedroom 2: King bed and a twin bed next to dining area
* Bedroom 3: Queen Futon Bed next to media room and bathroom
* Bedroom 4: Queen bed and Twin Bed. Private with separate entrance/TV (this room is a favorite because it is separate from the rest of the rooms)
All beds have bug bed protectors on mattresses and pillows

In addition, there are 2 sofa couches that make into queen and full beds in the media room and twin roll away bed if needed.

The full kitchen includes everything you need to cook full meals! We offer a full-size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, rice cooker, blender, electric skillet, coffee pot, french press, teapot, dishes/silverware, and an outside grill on the patio.

Lighten your luggage! We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers, toothpaste.

The Pool is heated with a heat pump so if the weather is not hot the pool will not be warm- Open June through Labor Day Weekend in September
* Anyone using the pool will need to sign a waiver and release of liability form.
* Kids can use the pool with adult supervision at all times.
* The jacuzzi is not for guest use (owner use only). Doesn't heat up


Washer and dryer and laundry soap are provided only for guests staying more than a week.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire downstairs apartment with its own parking area (which fits up to 6 cars) and private entrance. The space has double wide entry doors with no steps, which are great for wheelchairs. The entrance is located a short walk from the parking area. Park in front of the garages and follow the chain link fence to entrance. When available, Shelley will show you around and answer any questions you might have. Use of Key buttons for main entrance $20 per key button if lost or you forget to leave it.

No children under 5 - We offer plastic dishes and silverware for children's use. A few games are available for older children. In the media room, you will have your choice of games and movies to keep kids entertained. There is a binder with a list of movies

Bedroom #4 offers no permanent AC or heater, however there are portable AC and heater which will make this separate room very comfortable. Most guests find this to be sufficient and there have been no complaints. This room seems to be the favorite for guests with children. However, to use the bathroom and other facilities you don't have access without going outside under the covered patio to go into the main living space where your other guests will be staying. Very peaceful space with beautiful views. It has very comfortable feeling once you step inside your private oasis. Very comfortable queen size bed and 2 twin beds along with robes for your convenience from one room to the next. NOTE: The pool is heated with a heat pump, so the pool heats according to the outside temperature, If it's not hot outside the pool water might be cold when you get in.
