Top Terrace in the downtown view was breathtaking they do have a elevator but there was no access to it we had to climb 4 floors. the garage door opener was not working also the garage door close and open on its own after a couple of minutes they put only one face towel and one napkin for bathroom if there is a two people per bedroom they should at least provide Two Face towels and two napkins. In the master bathroom there was only one small rug in front of shower so if some one use the bathtub there will be a wet footprint everywhere and a risk of falling down. The bathtub jacuzzi in master was not working. It would be nice to have some table where you can open your backpack the table they provide was one feet wide."

This beautiful townhouse is located in the eastern side of midtown Houston, where nightlife and bar culture thrives within walking distance. Many downtown bars and entertainment establishments are also within a mile radius. Only 4 blocks away is the public metro system, which can take you straight to the NRG stadium and the Medical Center. Just north of here is the vibrant Houston Downtown where many sports events and local attractions are located. Great place to experience Houston!!

Downtown views are right outside your window, As well as the art/ theater district, George R. Brown, Discovery Green, St. Joseph and Park plaza hospitals, and dining in Midtown located within 5 min radius and walkable as well. 2 Bus lines run adjacent to the property as well.
