The backyard was filled with trees and tropical plants. The beach is a short walk across the street with a beach park in walkable distance. We liked being away from the busy city, but we could easily go anywhere from our location. The home owners and home managers checked in with us during our stay to see if we needed anything. The owners generously let us use their numerous beach gear including kayaks which made it so convenient for us. If our travels take us back to Oahu, we will definitely stay here again!"

We enjoyed easily walking down to swim and enjoy the beach (especially with the beach chairs that come with the condo!) and relaxing on the balcony overlooking the ocean. The location is perfect for some peace and quiet but also close (~10 min drive) to grocery stores and ample choices for bites to eat (including the Polynesian Cultural Center down the road)." - "I liked the place and decor, listening to the waves sound all night long. The house itself is oddly laid out in a charming way, and provides 3 separate bedrooms, one of which contains 2 beds if that’s needed. The home is immaculately clean, and the kitchen and living room are wonderful. We loved this house. The location is GREAT for exploring both the Northshore and the Honolulu area. It’s in a quiet area with many food options and markets. Nearby is the popular and must do attraction, The Polynesian Cultural Center. That site also has many food options and fun shopping. But the best part of all with this rental? The host, Bonnie Wooten. She’s the best host I’ve had using VRBO. I’ve never had a bad one, but she far exceeded even the good. We offer two queen beds, two full beds, a sleeper sofa and a couple of futons for our guests.

For your entertainment, there's a smart TV and some board games. You can enjoy a meal on the deck. There are basic kitchen utensils and kitchen appliances like a stove, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, microwave and rice cooker. A BBQ Grill is also available for use. Beach amenities include beach towels, boogie boards and beach chairs. Other amenities include, washer, dryer, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, and toiletries. For your safety we provide a fire extinguisher, smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors.

Nestled in the Hawaiian Islands' remote tropical rainforests, our property shares this beautiful environment with some common critters, such as ants, mosquitoes, roaches, and geckos. To minimize encounters, please close doors promptly, avoid leaving food/crumbs out, and refrain from eating in bed.

The house has an exterior Blink camera system that is on. The interior camera in Living Room is off during your stay (you are welcome to unplug it during your visit, please plug it back in once your stay is complete).
