The location is superb less than 2 mikes from Market street, the mall and less than 1 mile from grocery store and restaurants. One mile from the famous PGA Golf Country Club Tournament Course.
The place is quiet and surrounded by nature and trees. Guests may lounge in the garden.

- "This place wouldn’t be TOO bad if you were needing somewhere to stop for the night, but anything over that is too much. When we first arrived the host was unresponsive to our app messages or text messages for about an hour; she only answered once we called her cell number provided by VRBO support. The layout is strange. The bathroom is one of the office bathrooms (men’s/women’s) that has been poorly converted into a full bath. There is a small pedestal sink and nowhere to set your toiletries (although we were provided with used bar soap and mostly empty shampoo bottle) or hang towels/clothes. The bathroom is separated from the offices by a temporary divider panel that offer no privacy or real separation between the rental space and the offices that share the building. The patio has been converted into the living area and does not insulate well, so it was rather cold (stayed in February) and the bedrooms are on the same thermostat as the offices and require you to call the owner to get the temperature changed. The only parking for the office is in the back and so is the rental space. We had customers come and try to open our door while we were getting dressed because they thought our door was the main entrance since it’s adjacent to the parking. Overall the place wasn’t cleaned, but the biggest items involved were the used soap bars and leftover pizza in the small mini-fridge. The owner wouldn’t work with us and we tried to get out of rental, but we ended up having to pay for this place and go find somewhere else to stay for 5 days. One night here? Maybe. Five nights here? Not a chance."

The remaining of the building is other suites. We kindly ask that you not enter or interrupt others. Keep in mind that after 5pm, there is usually nobody else in the building.

Hot tub can be used IF guests shower BEFORE using the hot tub. This keeps the water free from deodorant, lotion and body oils that will dirty the water.

During your stay
I live downstairs and like to meet my guests at least once during their stay. If I am not at home, you can call or text my cell with any questions.

This allows me to access the left side of the garage.

Private No smocking, No vape bedroom. The bathroom is attached to it. Food and shopping center are 5 min away in every direction. We have painted this room with a classic design to give our guest a nice welcoming feel in our home. The Sandoval's and their dog Sam are excited to meet you! :)

During your stay
Raquel (mom), Alfredo (dad) live at the house but work must days and arrive in the afternoon. Edgar (brother) and Jessica live in L.A. But you might catch us visiting :). Sam is our 13 years old dog, he’s always happy to meet new friends. Raquel my mom is in charge of all the inquiries and she’s always available via message. We are always happy to meet new people! Feel free to talk to us or ask us anything!

Other things to note
We do have a dog. He’s name is Sam and is very friendly, even do he barks for excitement every time somebody approaches to the door, you can just call him Sam and he’ll welcome everybody with a happy tail.
He will not be in your room unless you want him to :)

The space
Our house located in The Woodlands/Spring Texas 77380. It’s rated the best place for living in the USA a few years in a a row. It’s conveniently located to all the daily essentials in a beautiful, quiet, woody neighborhood. It’s 7 minutes to Waterway, Market street, Woodland Mall, HEB, Whole Foods, 24H fitness, trails; 10 minutes to Exxon Mobil office, HPE, LoneStar College, Howard Hughes, Huntsman, hospitals; 20 minutes to IAH; 30 minutes to downtown Houston and medical center. There’s a park and ride station (7 minutes away) where you can take express bus to downtown, medical center and museums districts. All our rooms are single occupancy including one parking spot and free Wi-Fi.

Guest access
Guess access: kitchen, dining and lounge area, washer and dryer. One parking space available. We offer free washer and dryer for guests staying over 7 nights. One free load of washer and dryer a week ( Monday to Sunday). Over two loads a week are subject to a fee.

During your stay
I’m available in the house most of time for any questions. I’m social but respect quests’ privacy, quiet time, personal space, life style and personal preferences.
