There is an egress window and closet with hangers. The temperature is much cooler in this room than the Primary Bedroom during the Summer months. 3rd NON-CONFORMING BEDROOM/OFFICE (non-conforming because it doesn’t have a door) is on the Lower Level and is set up as an office with a built-in desk repurposed from a bowling alley with a comfortable bright green Eames Executive Chair. There is a great view of the backyard from the desk. No Bed is set up in here but the space is big enough for the Queen-sized blow-up bed to be set up. Extra linens, pillows and towels provided.

OUTDOOR ACCESS: Outdoor table and chairs on both the Main Deck, Primary Bedroom Deck, under the arbor and in the carport area give you the opportunity to enjoy the gorgeous Colorado climate. The advantages of having an incredible open space steps away is that we share the space with the roaming wildlife. (We have Bear-Proof Trash Cans!)
PARKING: There is parking on Alpine Avenue and there is plenty of parking in the long driveway on the North side of the home. There is space for one car in the carport. The metal gate will be stay open throughout your stay.

The bedrooms are outfitted with the best hotel quality Brooklinen linens, Casper mattresses and hypoallergenic comforter and pillows to give you a great night's sleep. Each bedroom has it’s own smart tv and plenty of closet space to store your items. Each bedroom has a small seating area for additional storage or working space.
The dining and living room are open and airy giving you plenty of space to enjoy a meal, work or relax. We have provided several books, games and Xfinity cable services, and SmartTV apps on the televisions for you to enjoy while you stay.
The kitchen is loaded up with everything you would need to prepare a meal. The home is 2 blocks from Pearl street and 5 blocks from the walking mall. Within a few blocks you can get to 3 different parks, as well as the bike paths and Boulder creek.
There is free 3 hour parking on the street during weekly M-F 9am-7pm and completely unlimited after 7PM. We have free parking in the lot in the alley attached to the building as well.
The bus stop on the corner right out front will take you from your doorstep to the bus station (which is only about 5 blocks away anyway), and from there you can take the bus to Denver or the Airport. I certainly love taking the bus to and from the airport because it's so convenient.

NEIGHBOURHOOD OVERVIEW
Our home is situated in Whittier neighborhood - one of the most conveniently located neighborhoods in Boulder. Easy walk to the east end of the Pearl Street dining and entertainment corridor, which starts around 20th St and extends to 8th St. To the east is 5-10 minute walk to 29th St Mall, Dairy Center for Arts, McGuckins, Sprouts, REI, Trader Joe's. 10 min walk to the south is Boulder Creek and access to the endless Boulder bike paths system, across the creek is CU Folsom Stadium.
GETTING AROUND
Both Uber and Lyft are in Boulder.
We have two cruiser bikes - they are fun to ride on a path or go to the bar. If you need more than two - please use rent from the B-cycle network (closest station two blocks away), or go to a bike shop for full-day rents.
The main Boulder bus terminal downtown at 14th and Walnut is 8 blocks away; here you can catch a bus to the airport (DIA/Boulder Skyride route A/B). This is by far the fastest and cheapest way to get to and from the airport (~$10 one way).
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Great for families. We have lots to keep you entertained: books, board games, entertainment center with vintage vinyl records, TV with cable channels and apps like Netflix, YouTube, Spotify, Pandora.
If you are traveling with kids let us know so we can make your stay more enjoyable by adding pack-n-play, stroller, and age-appropriate kids toys.
Great for business travelers - high-speed wireless internet, work desk in one of the bedrooms.
Some traffic noise from an occasionally busy street. However, all street-facing windows have soundproof panes, so it is quiet inside.
Colorado is either muddy or dusty so we ask that you remove your shoes so we can maintain the beauty of the hardwood floors.
