Welcome to our Bonding Time LLC lake house! You’re in for a treat when you realize what sets this house and it’s owners apart from other vacation rentals! We have the advantage of living on the same lake, so we are able to provide prompt and exceptional customer service. You’ll have a five star experience and want to return! Our quality furnishings and tasteful decor will make you feel right at home.

Dogs possible at owners discretion and $125 fee. No pets other than dogs. Do not Instant Book if you have a dog, please send an inquiry first so we can discuss. There are additional rules that apply for dogs.

This home has walk-out to a level lot that then gently slopes to a natural beach shoreline (when the water level is down), and there is a small area of beach by the shore. The yard has beautiful mature trees, a fire pit, dock, and pontoon (minimal per stay charge). The home is located on a very quiet dead-end road, and only 5 minutes to the grocery store / downtown area.

Irogami Lake is a clean, shallow (maximum depth is about 8 feet), safe, low traffic lake. It is a full recreation lake perfect for skiing, tubing, wake boarding, fishing, etc.
Rest assured, your boat will work great on this lake despite the shallow depth and your skiers will be happy to not fight traffic.

Even though ski hours are 6am to 8:30pm (10am-8:30pm weekends and holidays), the lake is quiet enough that you can use our paddle boards, kayaks, canoe, paddle boat, row boat, fish, or swim, etc without issue.

The home is perfect for your large group; sleeping 17 people in beds, 2 people on a sleeper sofa, and 1 child or small adult on a roll out bed. We also have a queen sized air mattress that two children could sleep on in the living room or game room. Four out of six bedrooms have queen/king non-bunk beds, so you will have plenty of comfortable sleeping room. There is a Master bedroom en suite, a main level shared bathroom with tub shower, and a lower level full bathroom with walk-in shower.

The open concept brand new kitchen allows for everyone to join together at meals. The island in the kitchen has seating and there’s a BIG table in the dining area to fit your group for mealtime (please protect this table while using it! Do not slide dishes across the wood. There are a number of table cloths you can use. Also, do NOT put anything hot on the wood without a trivet or hot pad). There is also a folding table with 4 chairs, and a folding poker table that when covered with table cloths can be used for meals.

The great family area in the lower level is a activity/game hub for your group. We have a bar area, pool table, darts, air hockey, foosball, board games, children's books, 65" TV and more in this area! Rainy days will not disappoint! For the sunny days, enjoy out door seating with large upper deck, and walk-out ground level patio overlooking a wonderful yard on the lake side for gathering together.

Lake toys: paddle boat, canoe, row boat/sailboat, 10' kayak, and two paddle boards included. We keep a number of life vests in the garage. Sizes and quantity listed later in this description. Return life vests and lake toys in a neat and orderly manner!

No-smoking inside or cigarette butts left outside, or security deposit is kept.

No indoor cooking of food with lingering pungent smells that cannot be removed before the next guests check in. We provide a Weber grill that can cook those smelly foods outdoors. The grill is new. You may use it only if you clean the grates, flame covers, and drip pan before you leave. It should look new. If not, a portion or all of your security deposit will be kept. Gas included, but if you run through the tank because you left the gas on you will need to refill the tank at your expense.

There is a $99 insurance protection plan that will be added once you start your booking process. This will give both parties extra protection, and will cover up to $5,000 of accident coverage. If ANY damage occurs during your stay take a picture and send to the owners immediately so they can submit it to the insurance. This insures that security deposit would only be held for disrespect to property and not following rules.

The "deer room" closet has a twin fold away bed. There's a mattress topper (with a gray cover for it) to make the foldaway more comfortable. Sheets and blankets are in there as well.

2 bedroom cabin in peaceful woods. You will have all the privacy you could ask for. Located 25 miles North of Wisconsin Dells. Short distance to Castle Rock, Pettenwell, and Friendship lakes as well as many other small lakes in the area. You can walk the trails and walk to the top of the 300 plus stairs at Roche A Cree Park for beautiful views. Great fishing and hunting! Public hunting right across the road, four wheeling allowed in all townships. Walk our trails on the 10 acres, fire pit, swing, and cooking tri-pod. Weber grill, charcoal not included. Quiet, cute cabin that contains bathroom with stand up shower, small fridge, gas stove, dishes, pots and pans, 39” tv in living area with frevee tv. and 32” in bedroom. DVD players in both rooms. Good selection of dvd movies. We do have internet now but it might be spotty, no complaints yet. Bedding and towels included. We are licensed through Adams County with a limit of 3 people with pull out futon. SORRY BUT IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO HAVE PARTIES OR EVENTS THIS IS NOT ALLOWED AND YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY. Lots of wildlife to see. Peaceful and relaxing. Window air conditioner keeps the cabin cool. There are many trails to walk through the 10 acres. If your looking for peace and quite this fits the bill. This is a non smoking cabin. Additional table to enjoy the sun and views or for playing games. Enjoy the wet bar equipped with a beverage fridge, sink and ice maker. For those golf enthusiasts there is a putting green room to work on your game!
Bathroom #5: This large bathroom is perfect for changing to head out for a swim or changing out of winter gear after coming in through the basement patio doors. This bathroom houses the beach towels and has plenty of room for drying out wet clothing. While there is an area for a built-in shower, it is not completed at this time.
There are numerous board games and cards to enjoy. There is another set of patio doors in the basement which allows you to walk out to the large stamped concrete patio area, where the Weber Genesis ll gas grill is located.
Outdoors: Large wraparound Trex deck overlooking mature trees and Lake Irogami. An impressive stamped concrete patio, with wide steps that lead to a large concrete sitting area with a built-in fire pit. Walk further down to the pier where you can enjoy coffee on a bench, fishing or swimming.
Lake Irogami is a full recreation lake. It is great for skiing, tubing, fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, etc. It is a shallow lake and tends to be low traffic making it safe and enjoyable for all to use.
We have provided two paddle boards and two kayaks for your enjoyment, as well as fishing poles you are welcome to use. We have also provided life jackets.
This home is close to ATV and snowmobile trails.
For those golf enthusiasts, Waushara Country Club is a 27-hole course just minutes away from the home!
Looking for winter time fun? Nordic Mountain Ski and Tubing Hill is just ten minutes away as well!
Town is just minutes away and offers numerous restaurant options, gas stations, a grocery store, hardware stores, coffee and ice creams stops. There are even some restaurants that will deliver to the house for those nights when you don’t want to leave but don’t want to break from the fun to cook!

- "We spent 9 days at this great lake house with our grown childeren, thier spouses and 7 grandchildren ages 1-13. There was plenty of spacious bedrooms and room for everyone, including driveway parking. There were kayaks and stand up paddle boards and we rented a pontoon boat too. It was hot but the time on the water made it enjoyable. The huge upper deck with awesome lake view made a great place to socialize and have morning coffee/afternoon cocktails and could even accommodate all the kids. The firepit area was colored concrete and we had no problem with 12+ people sitting around it in the evening as there were plenty of chairs everywhere. The home is only a few years old and being a home builder I appreciated the quality materials they used throughout. Having 5 bathrooms with great showers made the mornings a lot easier. Kids enjoyed the large tv and game area in the walk-out lower level. Great ice cream and restaurants in the area. Host was easy to reach if I had a question. Great stay."

You do NOT have to be way up north to feel like you are. Happy "OURS" Cottage is a year-round 3 bedroom, 2 full bath lake home located on a full recreation 5-lake chain on Morris Lake in Mt Morris, WI. Includes a 4-car tandem garage, a paddle boat, a single kayak, a double kayak, and boat dock with bench. (Separate rental fee for the Pontoon) Enjoy the beautiful summer days on the lake soaking up the sun, boating, skiing, fishing, tubing and making memories of a lifetime with your family. There is an amazing swimming beach a short 5 minute boat ride away that is crystal clear and sandy. This is also the lake that tubing and skiing is allowed. Pack a cooler with beverages and snacks and spend the day tied up to the shore (to the right of the swimming beach) enjoying the lake and sunshine. Sunset pontoon cruises are also a must! The fishing is great right off the dock and boaters fish in front of our cottage all year long. We provide yard games such as bag toss, ladder toss, giant jenga, and bocce ball for your use. The 24' Bennington Pontoon with new 90HP Mercury engine is available for rent Mid April through mid October. 3-7 night pontoon rentals will be available depending on your stay. This is a separate fee from the cottage rental and is NOT included in the cottage pricing. Please email us for pontoon pricing and also let us know when you book the cottage if you are also interested in renting the pontoon. This 4 season home offers winter activities also! Nordic Mountain is only 2 miles down the road if you love to snow ski or snowboard. There is also a tubing hill with lifts next to the ski hill. Maybe you want to snowmobile or ATV on the many trails around the area. And of course... the ice fishing is great right outside our door! You will not want to leave our recently added 4 season room (sunroom) with it's spectacular views of the lake and sunsets. The red leather sectional sofa in the sunroom is very comfy for that unexpected guest. The kitchen was completely renovated in April of 2019. New white shaker cabinets with dark walnut butcher block countertops, new stainless appliances, new flooring, back splash and coffee bar! The master bedroom has a queen bed with an adjustable base- renovated Fall of 2023, as well as the master bath vanity. The front bedroom #2 has a queen bed with newer memory foam mattress with adjustable base and 1 twin X-long memory foam mattress- renovated winter of 2024. BR3 has a queen bed with newer mattress and box spring purchased 2020. A new barn door was installed between bedroom #3 and the Master in December of 2023. All of the beds are newer and very comfy! The living room offers a wood burning stove. Additional amenities include FREE WIFI, 4 TV's with Direct TV, laundry room with HD washer and dryer, new concrete patio off of sunroom- fall of 2023, and 4-car detached tandem garage with bar area behind added Spring of 2023.

- "Our stay was amazing! The house and property were beautiful and clean and we had everything we needed right there! We also rented the pontoon which was convenient and they had more floaties and games than we could want/need! Tami was a very gracious and responsive host. We will be back! The only thing we got mixed up on was that we thought we had sand off the property so swimming would be easier from the dock. The beach is on a different lake. No biggie tho!"

- "This lake home is beautiful and clean with fun lake-themed decor! The 4 bedrooms plus loft provided plenty of room for our multi-generational family of 11 - 8 adults and 3 children. The kitchen was well equipped with baking and cooking utensils and equipment. The phone charging station in the kitchen was thoughtful and well used during our stay. In addition to one of the bedrooms/bathrooms in the lower level, there was a foosball table and ping pong table, as well as a closet full of games and puzzles. I was familiar with Wautoma and Silver Lake, having vacationed there in the 70s as a child/pre-teen with a friend's family. I'm glad to see that the area hasn't lost its beauty and charm, although most of the little cottages have been replaced with spacious year-round lake homes. The location was great as a home base to explore the local area and attractions. I Was pleased to see that the Milty Wilty Drive In is still around! We visited the DNR Fish Hatchery Education Center in Wild Rose, which kept our kiddos of 2, 4 and 1 quite entertained. Of course, there was plenty of swimming, fishing and boating everyday in beautiful, clear Silver Lake. We enjoyed nightly campfires and the welcome gift of s'mores ingredients and a 6-pack of beer was appreciated! Hoping we can visit again! Overall, a wonderfully fun family getaway with lots of great memories made!"
