Welcome to our Bonding Time LLC lake house! You’re in for a treat when you realize what sets this house and it’s owners apart from other vacation rentals! We have the advantage of living on the same lake, so we are able to provide prompt and exceptional customer service. You’ll have a five star experience and want to return! Our quality furnishings and tasteful decor will make you feel right at home.

Dogs possible at owners discretion and $125 fee. No pets other than dogs. Do not Instant Book if you have a dog, please send an inquiry first so we can discuss. There are additional rules that apply for dogs.

This home has walk-out to a level lot that then gently slopes to a natural beach shoreline (when the water level is down), and there is a small area of beach by the shore. The yard has beautiful mature trees, a fire pit, dock, and pontoon (minimal per stay charge). The home is located on a very quiet dead-end road, and only 5 minutes to the grocery store / downtown area.

Irogami Lake is a clean, shallow (maximum depth is about 8 feet), safe, low traffic lake. It is a full recreation lake perfect for skiing, tubing, wake boarding, fishing, etc.
Rest assured, your boat will work great on this lake despite the shallow depth and your skiers will be happy to not fight traffic.

Even though ski hours are 6am to 8:30pm (10am-8:30pm weekends and holidays), the lake is quiet enough that you can use our paddle boards, kayaks, canoe, paddle boat, row boat, fish, or swim, etc without issue.

The home is perfect for your large group; sleeping 17 people in beds, 2 people on a sleeper sofa, and 1 child or small adult on a roll out bed. We also have a queen sized air mattress that two children could sleep on in the living room or game room. Four out of six bedrooms have queen/king non-bunk beds, so you will have plenty of comfortable sleeping room. There is a Master bedroom en suite, a main level shared bathroom with tub shower, and a lower level full bathroom with walk-in shower.

The open concept brand new kitchen allows for everyone to join together at meals. The island in the kitchen has seating and there’s a BIG table in the dining area to fit your group for mealtime (please protect this table while using it! Do not slide dishes across the wood. There are a number of table cloths you can use. Also, do NOT put anything hot on the wood without a trivet or hot pad). There is also a folding table with 4 chairs, and a folding poker table that when covered with table cloths can be used for meals.

The great family area in the lower level is a activity/game hub for your group. We have a bar area, pool table, darts, air hockey, foosball, board games, children's books, 65" TV and more in this area! Rainy days will not disappoint! For the sunny days, enjoy out door seating with large upper deck, and walk-out ground level patio overlooking a wonderful yard on the lake side for gathering together.

Lake toys: paddle boat, canoe, row boat/sailboat, 10' kayak, and two paddle boards included. We keep a number of life vests in the garage. Sizes and quantity listed later in this description. Return life vests and lake toys in a neat and orderly manner!

No-smoking inside or cigarette butts left outside, or security deposit is kept.

No indoor cooking of food with lingering pungent smells that cannot be removed before the next guests check in. We provide a Weber grill that can cook those smelly foods outdoors. The grill is new. You may use it only if you clean the grates, flame covers, and drip pan before you leave. It should look new. If not, a portion or all of your security deposit will be kept. Gas included, but if you run through the tank because you left the gas on you will need to refill the tank at your expense.

There is a $99 insurance protection plan that will be added once you start your booking process. This will give both parties extra protection, and will cover up to $5,000 of accident coverage. If ANY damage occurs during your stay take a picture and send to the owners immediately so they can submit it to the insurance. This insures that security deposit would only be held for disrespect to property and not following rules.

There’s an air mattress in the nautical room closet.
The "deer room" closet has a twin fold away bed. There's a mattress topper (with a gray cover for it) to make the foldaway more comfortable. Sheets and blankets are in there as well.

2 bedroom cabin in peaceful woods. You will have all the privacy you could ask for. Located 25 miles North of Wisconsin Dells. Short distance to Castle Rock, Pettenwell, and Friendship lakes as well as many other small lakes in the area. You can walk the trails and walk to the top of the 300 plus stairs at Roche A Cree Park for beautiful views. Great fishing and hunting! Public hunting right across the road, four wheeling allowed in all townships. Walk our trails on the 10 acres, fire pit, swing, and cooking tri-pod. Weber grill, charcoal not included. Quiet, cute cabin that contains bathroom with stand up shower, small fridge, gas stove, dishes, pots and pans, 39” tv in living area with frevee tv. and 32” in bedroom. DVD players in both rooms. Good selection of dvd movies. We do have internet now but it might be spotty, no complaints yet. Bedding and towels included. We are licensed through Adams County with a limit of 3 people with pull out futon. Bathroom #5: This large bathroom is perfect for changing to head out for a swim or changing out of winter gear after coming in through the basement patio doors. This bathroom houses the beach towels and has plenty of room for drying out wet clothing. While there is an area for a built-in shower, it is not completed at this time.
There are numerous board games and cards to enjoy. There is another set of patio doors in the basement which allows you to walk out to the large stamped concrete patio area, where the Weber Genesis ll gas grill is located.
Outdoors: Large wraparound Trex deck overlooking mature trees and Lake Irogami. An impressive stamped concrete patio, with wide steps that lead to a large concrete sitting area with a built-in fire pit. Walk further down to the pier where you can enjoy coffee on a bench, fishing or swimming.
Lake Irogami is a full recreation lake. It is great for skiing, tubing, fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, etc. It is a shallow lake and tends to be low traffic making it safe and enjoyable for all to use.
We have provided two paddle boards and two kayaks for your enjoyment, as well as fishing poles you are welcome to use. We have also provided life jackets.
This home is close to ATV and snowmobile trails.
For those golf enthusiasts, Waushara Country Club is a 27-hole course just minutes away from the home!
Looking for winter time fun? Nordic Mountain Ski and Tubing Hill is just ten minutes away as well!

- "We spent 9 days at this great lake house with our grown childeren, thier spouses and 7 grandchildren ages 1-13. There was plenty of spacious bedrooms and room for everyone, including driveway parking. There were kayaks and stand up paddle boards and we rented a pontoon boat too. It was hot but the time on the water made it enjoyable. The huge upper deck with awesome lake view made a great place to socialize and have morning coffee/afternoon cocktails and could even accommodate all the kids. The firepit area was colored concrete and we had no problem with 12+ people sitting around it in the evening as there were plenty of chairs everywhere. The home is only a few years old and being a home builder I appreciated the quality materials they used throughout. Having 5 bathrooms with great showers made the mornings a lot easier. Kids enjoyed the large tv and game area in the walk-out lower level. Great ice cream and restaurants in the area. Host was easy to reach if I had a question. Great stay."

You do NOT have to be way up north to feel like you are. Happy "OURS" Cottage is a year-round 3 bedroom, 2 full bath lake home located on a full recreation 5-lake chain on Morris Lake in Mt Morris, WI. Includes a 4-car tandem garage, a paddle boat, a single kayak, a double kayak, and boat dock with bench. (Separate rental fee for the Pontoon) Enjoy the beautiful summer days on the lake soaking up the sun, boating, skiing, fishing, tubing and making memories of a lifetime with your family. There is an amazing swimming beach a short 5 minute boat ride away that is crystal clear and sandy. This is also the lake that tubing and skiing is allowed. Pack a cooler with beverages and snacks and spend the day tied up to the shore (to the right of the swimming beach) enjoying the lake and sunshine. Sunset pontoon cruises are also a must! The fishing is great right off the dock and boaters fish in front of our cottage all year long. We provide yard games such as bag toss, ladder toss, giant jenga, and bocce ball for your use. The 24' Bennington Pontoon with new 90HP Mercury engine is available for rent Mid April through mid October. 3-7 night pontoon rentals will be available depending on your stay. You will not want to leave our recently added 4 season room (sunroom) with it's spectacular views of the lake and sunsets. The red leather sectional sofa in the sunroom is very comfy for that unexpected guest. The kitchen was completely renovated in April of 2019. New white shaker cabinets with dark walnut butcher block countertops, new stainless appliances, new flooring, back splash and coffee bar! The master bedroom has a queen bed with an adjustable base- renovated Fall of 2023, as well as the master bath vanity. The front bedroom #2 has a queen bed with newer memory foam mattress with adjustable base and 1 twin X-long memory foam mattress- renovated winter of 2024. BR3 has a queen bed with newer mattress and box spring purchased 2020. A new barn door was installed between bedroom #3 and the Master in December of 2023. All of the beds are newer and very comfy! The living room offers a wood burning stove. Additional amenities include FREE WIFI, 4 TV's with Direct TV, laundry room with HD washer and dryer, new concrete patio off of sunroom- fall of 2023, and 4-car detached tandem garage with bar area behind added Spring of 2023.

- "This lake home is beautiful and clean with fun lake-themed decor! The 4 bedrooms plus loft provided plenty of room for our multi-generational family of 11 - 8 adults and 3 children. The kitchen was well equipped with baking and cooking utensils and equipment. The phone charging station in the kitchen was thoughtful and well used during our stay. In addition to one of the bedrooms/bathrooms in the lower level, there was a foosball table and ping pong table, as well as a closet full of games and puzzles. I was familiar with Wautoma and Silver Lake, having vacationed there in the 70s as a child/pre-teen with a friend's family. I'm glad to see that the area hasn't lost its beauty and charm, although most of the little cottages have been replaced with spacious year-round lake homes. The location was great as a home base to explore the local area and attractions. I Was pleased to see that the Milty Wilty Drive In is still around! We visited the DNR Fish Hatchery Education Center in Wild Rose, which kept our kiddos of 2, 4 and 1 quite entertained. Of course, there was plenty of swimming, fishing and boating everyday in beautiful, clear Silver Lake. We enjoyed nightly campfires and the welcome gift of s'mores ingredients and a 6-pack of beer was appreciated! Hoping we can visit again! Overall, a wonderfully fun family getaway with lots of great memories made!"

The provided Smore's fixings and an unbelievable coffee bar which were a pleasant surprise. The pontoon was great. I really liked that the back of the seats flip so you can sit either direction. The Paddleboard looked brand new and was really fun on the calm lake. The fishing right off the pier is amazing for kids. There are a ton of really small pan fish that are eager to catch your hook. If you have young kids who just want to catch any fish, I highly recommend just throwing a line in off the pier or the docked boat and you will get a fish within 10 seconds. The firepit was well maintained and created relaxing evenings. The hosts, Celina and Becky were extremely helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this property."

Friendship WI is a welcoming little town with a good local bookstore that has just opened up on the main street. We had a warm welcome at the Friendship Cafe our first morning for breakfast (they even had gluten-free bread!) and a fun happy hour at Los Morales Mexican restaurant. The one bathroom is small but very well appointed and comfortable. The kitchen is well outfitted, the grill and fridge are clean and roomy. The wifi worked well and accommodated zoom calls and a couple of productive work days. We thought about visiting a few sites in the area, but it was difficult (in a good way) to leave the cabin, where we played tons of cards at the new patio table, held an ongoing cornhhole tournament, and had fun designing our own t-shirts in our favorite room: The sunporch with comfortable daybed, smart TV, big table and windows on 3 sides. We did enjoy a couple of hikes in the Roche-a-Cri State Park, making our way to the gorgeous view at the top. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!"

* Remove sheets and pillowcases on any beds you used and place the dirty

Emotional support animals (ESAs) are also welcome. However, these awesome species require that their owners pay the pet fee. ESAs are not exempt from short-term rental fees in the State of Wisconsin. As such, owners, please be sure to indicate that you are bringing a pet in your registration. The fee will be automatically be applied. As with pets and SAs, I kindly request that the pet rules are followed (e.g., pick up dog waste).

Service animals are welcome! Per Airbnb policy there is no fee for SAs (requires documentation be provided to Airbnb). WASHER / DRYER
A washer and dryer are available on-site (in the lower-level) for an additional fee of $10 per day. These appliances for designed to for clothes and linens only. Hunting or other outdoor gear are prohibited. A laundromat is also conveniently located in the town of Friendship, which is approximately 10 miles from the property.

WINTER SNOW REMOVAL
During the winter months when there is 4 or more inches of snow, the main driveway will be plowed by an outside company. This will be completed within 24 hours of the last fall of the snow. Snow that covers the deck and stairs leading to the house will only be removed by the outside company upon guest request and when there is 4 or more inches. Snow shovels are on-site for guest use. Should the guest prefer to remove the snow on the deck, they will receive a $25 booking credit per snowfall of 4" or more.

STAIRS
The house requires stairs for access. The house is not handicap accessible (sorry). Guests need to climb starts to reach the house, please consider before booking.

FIRE PITS AND FIREWOOD
There is a firepit for you to enjoy outside your deck. Firewood is available at a charge of $5 per bundle (cash only please). Please do not bring firewood from a long distance away as that encourages the spread of invasive species. If you desire firewood to be delivered before or during your stay please message our caretaker John.

SPEED LIMIT
A speed limit of 10MPH is posted throughout the property. For everyone's safety we ask that this limit be respected.

TRAILS
Please enjoy the extensive trails throughout the property. With the exception of maintenance workers the trails are for walking only, no motorized vehicles, please.

RASPBERRY PICKING
There are extensive berries on the property in season. Please feel free to help yourself and enjoy the berries. Please be polite to the other guests coming after you and leave some for the next guests to enjoy.

DRINKING WATER
Please bring your own bottled water as we do not drink the well water on the property. It is fine for bathing and dish washing.

PET POLICY
Well behaved & potty trained Dogs / Pets are allowed with permission and a $50 per pet fee. No aggressive breeds Dogs must be on a leash no longer than 6ft when outdoors & you must clean up after your pet. You can request your pet permit through messaging with us during or after booking.

PARTIES
Parties are not allowed per Airbnb policy.

Absolutely no hair dye usage on property.

LAKE ACCESS
The lake has fish (you are free to fish here with a Wisconsin fishing license!) There are snapping turtles in the lake so we do not recommend swimming. We are close to Parker Lake, Castle Rock Lake and other swimmable lakes for you to enjoy.

CANOE
There is a canoe at the lake that you may use seasonally. Please bring your own life jackets if you have them. There is a separate liability form for the use of the canoe.

QUIET TIME
We do have other guests in other areas of the property. It is respectfully requested that a quiet time of 10:30pm - 7am be observed to ensure that all guests are able to enjoy the property (and sleep if they desire).

ADDITIONAL GUESTS
As guests of Spring Lake Retreat, you are welcome to invite your guests who are to leave before quiet time begins. Any additional guests that stay overnight are subject to $20 per guest per night fee and must be checked in with host prior to 9pm.

LATE CHECKOUT
Late checkout is available upon request IF there is no one arriving the same day of your departure. Check with John for details.

This cabin is for you if you:

-Love the outdoors and plan to maximize your outside time. You’ll be close to hiking trails and the lake! Or maybe you want to spend time on the decks, around a fire, or in the hot tub.

-Are looking for a rustic, minimalist experience with basic amenities.

-Want to disconnect from your busy life. How about a vintage board game? We’ve got you.

-Enjoy the quiet and seclusion of the woods, away from town. You’re likely to see wildlife on the property!

-Don’t mind getting cozy with your travel companions! The cabin interior is about 800sq feet, and the upstairs bedroom space is limited by the pitch of the A frame roof.

-Enjoy warming up in front of a fire, sipping your favorite beverage at the end of the day. Our fire stove is the best way to keep yourself and the cabin toasty in the cooler months.

This cabin is not for you if you:

-Are not able to climb stairs. The cabin sits in a little valley and you must be able to descend stairs to enter. Both bedrooms are also upstairs, and the stairs are narrow! The sleeper sofa is on the main level.

-Would like access to more modern, higher end amenities or kitchen gadgets. We have plenty of kitchenwares, but have kept it to the essentials.
-Need more space. As mentioned above, the cabin interior sq ft is limited, and the bathroom has a small shower stall.

-Need a lot of privacy inside. There are curtains at the entrance to the bedrooms but NO doors. The property itself is quite private.

-Want to be in the thick of the action! We are close to town and many activities, but please expect to drive a bit. We are 10-15 minutes away from town and a grocery store.

-Are very allergic to pets. We are pet friendly and many people do bring dogs! The cabin is thoroughly cleaned between guests and there are air purifiers.

-Are sensitive to the elements. There is no central heating/cooling. In the warmer months, window AC units will be installed. In the cooler months, there is a fire stove (most effective) and gas furnace for use.

If you are planning to visit in the winter, we recommend traveling in a vehicle with 4WD capability. We do shovel on the property, but some of the back roads that lead to the cabin can be challenging to navigate in the snow!

If you are bringing a pet, know that our yard is not fenced in, and please pick up after them!

There are security cameras on the property for safety, but exterior only - one is located by the front sliding door, and one by the back door.

Bring your own firewood, it is not supplied.

The space
Get away to our clean 2 bedroom, 2 bath home in Wautoma, WI and enjoy the summer weather. Newer king bed in one room, 3 single beds in the second bedroom. Pack and play available for little ones. Ceiling fans, 2 tower fans and a wall air conditioning unit in the living room. On super hot days you may need to run fans to help move air to the bedrooms.

Seat 6 people around the dining table for a meal or game night. After a long day in the sun, lounge in the living room for a movie. Stream your favorites from the Roku stick. Strong, fast WiFi is available for your devices reaching all the way out to the lake.

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee pot, toaster, basic cooking utensils, pots, pans, cookie sheet, cutting board, strainer, can opener, salt, pepper, oil, hot pads, dish towels, plates, bowls, coffee cups, wine glasses, plastic cups, and toddler dishes and cups.

The space
The bedroom layout: Room #1 King size bed. Room #2 Bunk Bed (both twin) plus one full bed; there is also a portable crib/(pack and play). Cabin like kitchen is open to the spacious dining room and has a breakfast bar. Next to the kitchen is a very large living room area ( two large L shaped sectionals, TV with lots of DVDs (no live TV). One of the sectionals turns into a sleeper sofa. The house also has a big sunroom (3-season; includes: 3 people couch, and 2 people couch + dinning room table, and toys for kids :)) surrounded by big windows looking out over the back yard (fire pit area with adirondack chairs). There is a deck in front of the house for you to enjoy. There are three stairs into the house.
Amenities include:
**Fully equipped kitchen: Brand new stainless Stove, and Fridge/freezer. Microwave, keurig and regular coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, panini press, dishwasher.
**Washer + dryer.

Just down the road have some fun by enjoying beautiful Castle Rock Lake, whether its swimming, fishing, or boating this lake has something for everyone.

Relax with friends and family at this peaceful waterfront, cottage on Mt. Morris lake. Perfect for a getaway out of the hustle and bustle of the city. Enjoy outdoor activities fishing, swimming, and grilling during the day and bon fires and s’mores at night. Fishing poles and wood are provided. You can bring your boat or rent one from Mark’s Quality or the coffee shop. Air conditioning units and central heat for winter. The space
Quiet, cozy, cottage on the lake with nice outdoor patio area for grilling and backyard area for chilling and bon fires. Large pier perfect for fishing off the dock all day and night. Great fishing and swimming lake during the summer. Lots of hiking and biking paths nearby. Skiing or tubing at Nordic Mountain and snowmobiling paths are just minutes away for winter fun. Plus there is ice fishing during the winter. The inside of the cottage has two bedrooms with either a full or queen size bed along with one dresser, as well as two bathrooms, two living rooms with two televisions, a kitchen space with eat in area, and a laundry room. The two couches on the left side of the cottage, when facing the lake, lay flat for individuals to sleep on. They are hard, but I have plenty of down tops to cover and make into soft bed. There are plenty of additional sheets, blankets, and pillows in the wall closet to use. There is also an air mattress provided for use. The couches can be adjusted to lay flat or the air mattress would make the space for the 5th or a 6th guest if you wanted to use the couches or air mattresses. There are lots of extra blankets to make the sofa beds softer if you put on top and put the sheet over. The porch behind the house out the back doors has just been redone and we are unable to paint it until the wood dries in the spring. So it may look different, but at least we know it’s sturdy. Then there is an additional Patio with a bbq grill outside in the backyard with a table and chairs for outdoor eating. Lots of outdoor seating. There is a hammock to lay in between the trees by the lake. The Trading Post, a bar/restaurant that serves food and drinks is near by as well as a coffee shop, the Mt Morris Mill, that has smoothies, coffee, and ice cream. The Hideaway, a bar/restaurant, a bit further away, is great for food and drinks too. Wautoma and Wild Rose are both about 6 miles away for shopping, groceries, ice cream, food, etc. Has all the essentials of a home away from home.

I will do my best to accommodate any special requests. If you would like to rent my boat, a 22ft Avalon Windjammer for the summer of 2025, please inquire asap so I know if I should set it up as a rental boat or not, the more people who would like to rent it, the better chance we have at actually renting it this year. I had a lot of last minute requests and it wasn’t set up for it. If you have any interest message me and I will give you more details. Rentals will be for the entire stay, depending on the number of days you stay, there will be a flat rate to use for stay. It has a 135 hp engine and will allow for tubing. Fits 14 people or a weight restriction, by boat guideline regulations.
