Large deck & smaller upper deck with amazing lake views, fire pit to prepare those mouthwatering s'mores, and walls full of books to read.

My home is rustic with lots of character, boasting cathedral, open-beam ceilings, fireplace, 3 bedrooms--1 Queen + 1 Double + Bunk Beds, plus an additional open Loft Queen bed, sitting/reading rooms, dining & living room.

The kitchen, while compact, is fully furnished with ample cookie sheets, pots, pans, cooking utensils, pottery flatware, wine goblets, spices and basic cooking ingredients. (Home does NOT have a dishwasher.)

The Lakeview room has one full size bed and adjacent full-size bathroom with a bathtub. There are also two twin beds for your use. The well-appointed kitchen has all you'll need to prepare and serve your favorite dishes, including stylish indoor and outdoor dish sets. If barbecue is your preference just outside the kitchen door is a gas grill and a charcoal Kamado grill with pizza stones. You're sure to stay connected while you're here with high-speed WiFi that reaches all the way down to the dock. There is also plenty to do like Bocce Ball, corn hole, games and puzzles. There are two on property parking spaces and one on street parking spot. Don't forget to ask about the available pontoon rental and guided fishing trips.

The space is a fully renovated 1930's cabin with a nod to rustic and vintage. It is decorated meticulously with large log beams, tin walls, stained glass accents, wine barrel vanity, and garage sale copper bowl converted to a sink. No detail is overlooked. The outside boasts a large patio/deck with gas grill, dining table, hammock, and fire pit.

You enter the house into a quaint sunroom. From the sunroom you access the great room which has the kitchen with dine at peninsula, and living room with couch and love seat. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and closet for your personal use. The guest bedroom has a single trundle bed. The trundle bed pulls out for extra sleeping space to fill the room. The upstairs loft is spacious and has 2 single beds. The loft ladder is steep and it is open to the great room below, so it is not recommended for young children.

During the Spring/Summer/Fall there is a small fairy trail all on the property to stroll and enjoy.

Guests are able to use all amenities of the house such as but not limited to ships ladder to loft, grill, and fire pit, but they must do so at their own risk and are liable for any possible damages.

The space
Fully renovated 1930's cabin with a nod to rustic and vintage. It is decorated meticulously with large log beams, tin walls, stained glass accents, wine barrel vanity, and garage sale copper bowl converted to a sink. No detail is overlooked. The outside boasts a large patio/deck with gas grill, dining table, hammock, and fire pit.

You enter the house into a quaint sunroom. From the sunroom you access the great room which has the kitchen with dine at peninsula, and living room with couch and love seat. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and closet for your personal use. The guest bedroom has a single trundle bed. The trundle bed pulls out for extra sleeping space to fill the room. The upstairs loft is spacious and has 2 single beds. The loft ladder is steep and it is open to the great room below, so it is not recommended for young children.

During the Spring/Summer/Fall there is a small fairy trail all on the property to stroll and enjoy.

Other things to note
Guests are able to use all amenities of the house such as but not limited to ships ladder to loft, grill, and fire pit, but they must do so at their own risk and are liable for any possible damages!!

Enjoy this four room fully equipped private suite. Commanding views from your deck of this 9 mile natural lake. Swimming, boating, hiking, historic sites, wineries, outlet shopping. Relax in the evening with a glass of wine in the screened gazebo. Guests will access the apartment ascending the spiral staircase. The apartment is not wheelchair accessible.

This is a two story home. There are (2) Bedrooms and a dedicated work space on the 2nd floor. The main Bedroom has a Queen size bed with drawers for storage. There are 2 night stands for additional storage. Also located in the closet are hangers, ironing board and iron. The room has a window air conditioner along with a ceiling fan. There is a large wall mounted TV and an Alexa.

On the first floor is a full Bathroom stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and soap. The bathroom is located off of the large Kitchen which is equipped with a full refrigerator and freezer, oven with stove top, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee pot that will brew single cups or carafe. We provide coffee, sugar, Splenda, and coffee filters. We stock the kitchen with all types of utensils, BBQ utensils, pots and pans, wok, blender and hand mixer. The living room has a large custom built-in cabinet with an array of cocktail glasses, board games, books, and children's books. Centered in the cabinet is a electric fireplace which will pro ide heat or just ambiance for a relaxing night. Two chairs and table to sit back and enjoy the fireplace. There are also 2 full sized couches with power recliners on the end seats. Two ottomans that can be used as additional seating but also store throw blankets to cuddle up on the couch and watch a good movie. There is a ceiling fan and large wall mounted TV. Off of the living room are sliding glass doors that will lead you out to the deck to enjoy the beautiful waterfront views at sunrise or sunset.

The level under the deck has a separate seating area with 2 love seats, 2 chairs and a table as well as directly under the deck a BBQ Grill and table with 4 stools.

The lower level waterfront level of the backyard has a fore pit, 2 lounge chairs, dock and stairs leading into the lake.

The stone wood burning fireplace provides a comfy atmosphere to relax in after an eventful day in the outdoors!

There’s also a boat rental facility by the ramp.

Despite the fact that the community of Upper Greenwood Lake is safer than 98% of all other cities in the country (according to Crimegrade), our home has outside security cameras to protect our property, neighbors, and our guests. Make sure you come only with the confirmed number of guests in order to comply with West Milford Township fire and safety regulations. The cameras have views of the front entrance and back door, and of course do not view any part of the house interior.

This is for the entire house. The house looks so big from the back that people sometimes think it is a rental for only a part of the house. Rest assured, the rental is for the whole house. There is also a great lower level for working from home, complete with office desk and conference room table. Also, keep in shape while on vacation with a NordickTrack ProPlus Skier, weights, bench, yoga mat and a Total Gym machine, all at your disposal. There are ONLY 2 private bedrooms. There are also 2 open area sleeping nooks each with trundle beds. See Pictures. Also the fireplaces are inoperable but feel free to use the solo stove for a fire on the beach!

Our rustically charming lakefront home is located in the heart of Greenwood Lake! You’re just a hop and skip away from your own private beach and dock for swimming and fishing. Our cabin is great for families, a group of friends or a quiet retreat for two!

The space
Our home can accommodate 8 guests (if children are included in the guest count to stay the kids room). Guests have the entire home to themselves which contains 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. The first floor has two large bedrooms, both with queen size beds. The upstairs loft contains two bedrooms that are separated by a conjoining bathroom and a barn door. One upstairs bedrooms has a full-size bed and the other bedroom has a trundle bed with two twin beds. The upstairs loft bedrooms are kid themed with some toys and books making it a perfect space for families traveling with children! The kitchen is equipped with all your cooking needs (feel free to use the condiments and spices!) and of course, magical views of the lake!

Enjoy the shallow waterfront at our beach, perfect for swimming and fishing. There is plenty of space to jump into the lake or take our paddle board (1) or kayak (1) out for a spin (life vest also provided). In the evening, enjoy a campfire in the fire pit or cook out on the gas grill as the sun goes down.

Our Lakehouse is on a private one-way resident street so we have parking in our driveway for 3-4 cars ONLY. Please do not park in the yard so we can keep our grass green :) If you need additional parking, you can park a car at the park and ride in greenwood lake village or the park and ride at the southbound shore of the lake and carpool from there.

We do not have central air but have some AC units in the home. There is a large unit in the kitchen/family room and units in the bedrooms.

The house is comprised of three levels. The living room is on the 1st floor or bottom floor. There is a sectional couch with full bed sleeper, a TV and full bathroom. There is also a wet bar, 2nd refrigerator, ice maker and a dart board . Sliding door will lead you out to a patio located underneath the wrap around deck above. The patio has a hot tub and is level with the flat rear yard. There is also a inside / outside bar with a flip out window for further entertainment. The rear yard has plenty of room for back yard games. The home includes corn hole boards, can-jam, bottle-bee, a dart board, mini corn hole and jenga. The rear yard also has a bon-fire pit to roast marshmallows while enjoying the sunset.

The 2nd floor or deck level consists of a dining room, kitchen and a 2nd full bathroom including laundry. Sliding door will lead you out to the wrap around deck that includes wicker furniture where you can relax and enjoy spectacular views.

3rd floor is a half loft, this consists of two bedrooms and a half bathroom.

PETS!! A common question I get is regarding pets and if they are allowed or not so here’s the scoop. Trained and well behaved animals are welcome. The yard / property is not fenced in with full time neighbors being on both sides. Also there is a main road nearby that can get quite busy on the weekends. If you have a dog that tends to “run off” I would not recommend bringing it. Pretty much all the furniture is new in the home and I’d like to keep it that way. If your pet is spiteful, chews things, pees on furniture or cannot be 100% trusted please consider other arrangements. We are animal people so I understand wanting to have your furry friend along with you on vacation but be reasonable. Lastly, TWO IS A CROWD!! I only allow 1 pet per group. A $250 pet cleaning fee is implemented with all pets. If you try to sneak another dog in you will be charged.
