The space
The living room is very spacious, my couch has recliners and I have a reclining chair as well. I have a roku tv which my guests are welcome to use my netflix, Amazon prime, and disney+ for movies and TV shows. I do not have basic TV or cable. the single beds in the living room are a rollaway bed and a cot. Access to a separate laundry room shared with my 2 completely separate detached back houses (which are usually always booked by long term guests and usually park in the back alley with access to the property from the back alley). Other things to note
I keep up on spraying for ants and bugs inside and outside my property. if you leave food out, don't clean up spills, or crumbs; then you will attract ants especially if it is something sweet. The few guests that have had any issues in the past were due to their cleanliness with food around the house.
