The living room is very spacious, my couch has recliners and I have a reclining chair as well. I have a roku tv which my guests are welcome to use my netflix, Amazon prime, and disney+ for movies and TV shows. I do not have basic TV or cable. the single beds in the living room are a rollaway bed and a cot. Access to a separate laundry room shared with my 2 completely separate detached back houses (which are usually always booked by long term guests and usually park in the back alley with access to the property from the back alley). Other things to note
I keep up on spraying for ants and bugs inside and outside my property. if you leave food out, don't clean up spills, or crumbs; then you will attract ants especially if it is something sweet. The few guests that have had any issues in the past were due to their cleanliness with food around the house.

Shopping: We are a few minutes from many grocery stores and gas stations, and 2 miles off the freeway. In a short 13 min drive you will also find downtown Redlands, where you can walk and shop in the cutest area with many great restaurants and free concerts in the summer! In Redlands you will also find Mountain Grove Shopping Plaza, where you can find a wide range of shops from Target to Home Goods to Banana Republic and more! If you want outlet shops, you can drive 20 minutes to Cabazon Outlets.

Attractions: We are only 45 minutes away from Palm Springs and 1 hour 30 minutes from the Beach! If it's nature you're seeking, we are only a short 15 minute drive to Oak Glenn, where you can enjoy seasonal apple picking, visit the snow in the winter, and find great hiking trails. Big Bear mountain is about an hour drive, where you can visit the lake in the summer or snowboard in the winter.

This is all in addition to being close to many hospitals and medical facilities. It truly is a perfect place to enjoy your time here!

*Note that your apartment is an attached ADU, meaning it is attached to the main home but it is a completely separate space with own entrance (think of it as a duplex/townhome). You will have access to the pool and patio amenities but these will be shared with home owner (only 2 people reside on main home).

Guest will enter through front courtyard gate. The courtyard side of the house has a sidewalk that will take you all the way back to the casita. No access through the big wood side gate.

No extra Guests allowed. If they are not listed under the original rental agreement they are not permitted to enter the property. Any guest not listed at the time of booking will be be charged $50 per night per guest up to a total of 8 guests. $200 per night per guests over the maximum 8 guests. $75 pet fee. 2 dogs small/medium dogs allowed and must be under 20 lbs only each. Absolutely no cats! Owner is responsible for any damage caused by dogs (includes chewing, urine, poop and excessive hair shedding). No dogs allowed on furniture or beds. Please bring doggy bed and we have a large kennel for them if you need to leave them there while you go somewhere. Dogs are NOT allowed to roam around freely if you are not there to supervise them.

Be aware that the loft requires you to climb a ladder. Please ensure the safety of anyone climbing or using the loft. Please do not leave small children unsupervised in loft. Safety net installed to close off loft.

The loft beds are inflatable queens with built in pumps to inflate or deflate to your comfort. The pumps are located at the headboard wall insides the mattress. Under the sheets you can feel the dial to turn either way. Giant bean bag in loft for lounging. We have installed 5” memory foam matters toppers for the inflatables to make them more comfortable.

The pool and jacuzzi hot tub are awesome! The pool and hot tub may be heated upon request for an additional fee, weather permitting. The pool and jacuzzi are not heated during the cold weather.

A rollaway bed is available in the master bedroom for guests use, as needed.

With plenty of space between houses, you will all have access to the grounds including the large Oak Tree with swings. You will have access to the roku tv with all available apps including netflix, hulu, prime etc. You will need to use your own login to use each individual app.

Guest access
You will have access to the grass area in the center of the property. There is also ample parking at each unit.

Other things to note
You will NOT have cell phone reception at the house, but will have access to wifi as soon as you arrive. This means you will be able to send and receive texts as well a facetime video or audio calls (or some other apps), but you will not be able to make any phonecalls.

-you want to bring your pets (due to our health permits we cannot allow animals in the house)

Covid-19: Due to the ongoing health concerns of Covid-19, and for the safety of ourselves and our Guests we are implementing additional cleaning measures between stays.  We will be following all CDC guidelines including masks and social distancing when in contact with Guests for any reason. 

ACTS OF GOD & EMERGENCY EVACUATIONS

Stone Oak Manor is not responsible for Acts of God that may affect your stay, including but not limited to wildfires, snowstorms, mudslides. In addition, this home is surrounded by recent burn areas (Apple & El Dorado Fires) which means that we could be in danger of Mudslides and Debris flows that could cause Road Closures and Evacuation Orders which could affect reservations.  Should any Act of God cause a cancellation of your reservation before your arrival you will be refunded the entire cost of your stay.  Should an Act of God cause you to need to leave during your stay for your safety, Stone Oak Manor will refund the remaining nights of your stay. 

If a catastrophe ( earthquake, flood, fire, or wild fire etc.) or any situation simply beyond our control impairs the vacation rental, Stone Oak Manor is not responsible for finding alternate lodging for the renter or for the renter’s financial losses related to transportation or alternate lodging. 

Winter Weather: Stone Oak Manor is located above the snowline, and we sometimes receive enough snowfall that roads will be closed for a short period of time before they can be cleared.  In addition, chains may be required to drive into the Oak Glen Area during these times.  All renters during the winter months should check the weather leading up to their stay and be prepared with chains in their car during their stay. 

GENERAL IMPORTANT INFO

20 guests max, 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms; Sleeping arrangements: 8 Queen Beds, 2 roll away twin beds, 1 twin daybed. to get a full breakdown of bedrooms and sleeping arrangements just shoot us a message.

Please be sure to keep noise at a reasonable level at all times out of respect to our neighbors.  There is a mandatory noise curfew in Oak Glen after 9 p.m. on weekdays, and 10 p.m. on weekend nights.
Included in your rate are, a full house vacation rental for up to 16 people (due to CDC Covid restrictions), no additional guests are permitted to be on the premises during your stay. The house is fully equipped with linens, working kitchen, dishes and utensils and an initial supply of soap and paper goods.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES

Check-in is at 2:00 pm | Check-out is at 10:00 am.

Unless otherwise arranged with Stone Oak Manor, the 10:00am check-out time is crucial for the cleaning contractor to perform housekeeping duties.

CONDITION OF RENTAL:

The property shall be in the same condition upon departure as at check-in. No parties or events of any kind shall be allowed. No catering or outside music permitted without prior consent, additional charges may apply. Guest understands that there are certain inherent risks to person and property located within a mountain region and heavily forested areas, including the possibility of wildlife such as bears, rattlesnakes, bobcats, spiders including black widows, ticks, and deer, as well as the possibility of fallen trees and other natural hazards. Guests agree not to leave food or strong scented lotions in their parked vehicle. Guest acknowledges that the owner would not rent the property unless the Guest accepted this condition.

NO PET POLICY

Due to our county health permits we are unfortunately not allowed to accommodate your pets during your stay at Stone Oak Manor. Exceptions exist for cases such as service animals and seeing eye dogs, However this is taken on a case by case basis and is required to be signed off on before your stay.  Please message us before booking your stay.  If an animal is seen in the unit by one of our staff during your stay and it has not been approved you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given. If residue of an animal is found during our inspection following checkout you will be assessed a minimum $250 cleaning charge.
 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Under no circumstances shall Stone Oak Manor be responsible for any loss, expense, damages, claims or injury direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise whatsoever, howsoever caused or incurred whether arising in contract or otherwise in law or equity as a result of rendering of the services or accommodations as described or substituted and including, without restricting the generality of the foregoing as a result of any delay(s), substitution(s), rescheduling(s) or change(s) in the provision of services or land accommodations by Stone Oak Manor or by reason of military actions, revolution or acts of God, government agencies, or unforeseen circumstances or events, by any agents, owners, employees, subcontractors, servants or services as substituted; Stone Oak Manor, at all times will act in good faith and use its best efforts to substitute with accommodations or services of a type as comparable as possible to those contracted. Stone Oak Manor will not be liable
