- "This property is located in Stevenson. It is a quiet area located about 20 Minutes from George Town. It has 3 different units. The unit we stayed in has a downstairs 2 bdr/2 bath and spacious. The back porch is right on the beach. It is a quiet, beautiful beach with a great view. Due to a booking glitch, we moved to the upstairs unit (assessable by outside stair). It is 1 bed/1 bath. The view from the balcony is just fantastic. The owners provided a free dinner at a restaurant as an accommodation for the glitch. The units have everything you need and come with a fully equipped kitchen. Communication with the owners was great. The property is 10-15 minutes from Coco Plum beach and the Point. We fell in love with Exuma and would stay again at the Suite Life without hesitation."

Our condo was amazing and had everything we needed. All the condos at Bahama Beach Club have a view of the beach. There's a great tiki bar on the property where you can get a drink and order lunch or dinner. I would definitely recommend renting a golf cart to get around in (reserve in advance.) There's a beach bar and restaurant called CoCo's just a short walk down the beach. I would recommend bringing some food with you in your luggage as food is VERY expensive in Treasure Cay. We brought boxes of Mac-n-Cheese, snacks, pancake mix and syrup, and English muffins. American dollars are accepted everywhere and they are equal in value to the Bahamian dollar. We were very happy with Bahama Beach Club and the condo we stayed in and loved our vacation in Treasure Cay!"

It has a pool and was next to the ocean and that's all. When we arrived, the sewer outside had backed up so it smelled terrible. After we checked in, we noticed hair on one of the pillow and fake eye lashes on one of the bed. The bathrooms lacked basic toiletries like hotel bar soap, shampoo, conditioner. Some bath towels had stains and we found one that was ripped. The kitchen lacked basic things like dish soap, a scrub, etc. There was not enough utensils, coffee cups, plates, bowls for our party of 8 even though it can sleep 12. The kitchen had very few items for a family to cook a meal. There was no coffee maker or even a bread toaster. Most vacation rentals have basic left over spices like salt, sugar, pepper, coffee from the previous renters, this place had absolutely nothing. The furnishings were old and out dated. Everyone said the beds were lumpy. The down stair ceilings fans never worked. The whole place had a moldy smell to it. After the 4th day, the AC unit went out. We called the host, a person did come out but there was no attempt to fix it. We suffered 3 hot and humid days without any AC. Some people woke up with bug bites on their body, I suspect bed bugs. Not sure if the pool pump was working but by the 3rd day the pool water was very dirty. We called and someone did come clean it. This is not a luxury villa and was not worth the price we paid."

This newly renovated house, built in the 1930's is nestled into a quiet community, 15 minutes walk into the centre of downtown Nassau where you can find local restaurants and beaches. Also a 5 minutes walk to the popular Green Parrot restaurant and Bay Street Marina.

Property has a total of 4 rooms but this room is our only PRIVATE ROOM onsite with 2 Twin Beds that can be easily pushed together for couples! Bathroom, living room and fully equipped kitchen are a shared space by all guests.

This quiet residential area is relatively one of the safest areas in the Eastern part of Nassau. It's 4 minutes drive to Food stores and 5 minutes to the Beach. 21 minutes to Bay Street and Paradise Island and 25 minutes to Bahmar. If you intend of moving around at various hours, renting a car is a better idea instead of Taxi. Nearest bus stop is less than one minute walk away
