- "Overall nice" - "I must express my gratitude and sincere appreciation to Mr Anil Kumar, Area Manager (or Regional/Zonal Manager) of the Treebo hotel chain for his help. I was had problems booking hotels online on my onward journey. At the payment page the webpage kept freezing. A hotel staff told me that a Treebo Area Manager would is here, and may be he can help.had come to inspect this hotel property. I accidentally met the Area Manager ((Anil) in the breakfast area and explained my problem. He did his own magic and sent the payment links of the next two cities I was to visit. I could pay all got sorted out. Not just this, Anil asked me that the next morning he had a scheduled inspection at the same location where I was going to and he offered me to come with him on his motorcycle. The problem was my 30 lb suitcase, so I declined the 3 hour motorcycle ride from Anachal to Kumily. Nevertheless, Anil took me with my heavy suitcase on his motorcycle to the local Anachal bus stand from where I could two/three segments of buses to my destination. But once we got to the bus stop, he looked at the suitcase and the motorcycle and said we we could secure the suitcase with rope in the back and can go. He went to a hardware store, bought the rope, and tied the suitcase in he very rear of his big motorcycle. Off we went, and on the way he inspected another Treebo property which gave me a nice break. He finally dropped me of to my destination. He even declined my lunch offer. Thanks Anil. Hotel good. "

I booked this on an impulse travel through hotels dot com website and fully enjoyed my stay. The owner (Mr. George) and the manager Mr. Shibu were prompt with communication and helpful. Mr. Shibu spoke to the auto driver via my phone call and guided him correctly. Google maps does a solid job too. Location is about 4ish km from Alappuzha railway station and about 2km from main restaurants so having a vehicle helps or you have to use on call autos and wait 10mins sometimes. Fine with me on a vacation. For other activities around town (boating tours, etc), do independent research also to get best prices. I have already recommended this place to my friends and hope to back there. Room was comfortable, good ac, enough storage, even a locker was there. Good solid shower, spacious bathroom. Wonderful verandah. There are two lounging chairs, a kiddies pool addition and a shower next to the pool, both to rinse off sweat before getting in and rinse off afterward. Pls note that the swimming pool is great imo, but because of being in a natural area with trees around, occasional ants, etc may be around. Just be aware that in tropical climate more biodiversity is around you, all the time. I had a fabulous time. There are some hammocks but be careful that one almost goes to the ground..haha."

Our Super Deluxe family room is the largest in town, which is almost more than double the size of a normal room having 2 beds+ 1 divan cot. The toilet is as large as the size of a room. Over and above, the room is having a balcony facing main road. Our specialty is, that in this region, we only having Bamboo Hut Budget Double Room; Dormitory having 2 double and 4 single beds and a Private Room inside the dorm for budget couples. The most attractive area is our Upper Deck looks towards the Arabian Sea & Beach where guests can relax in Hammocks and Swing made out of forest cane. There get good non-polluted breeze directly from the sea.

The space
This is a 5 to 6 bedroom house, with attached bathroom and shower in all the room, a rare open double height hall and another living room in the first floor and a big open terrace balcony. We are renting only two rooms in the first floor. Very Safe house with security cameras covering the whole house.

Guest access
You have access to the room & the shower, toilet inside the room. Next to your room, you have the balcony with open hall and terrace with a swing to use(photos attached). We are renting out the two rooms which are next to each other. No inside access to the ground floor of the house. No access to the kitchen.

The space
cozy & residential style accommodation at  Alappatt Arcade is a 3 floor building  with 5 AC & 10 Non AC studio rooms with attached bathroom.
Shared spaces: 500 sq. varandah in each floor.
Other things to note
1. We and our family live very next to the building.  The entrance gate to the location will be closed at 10 PM. The whole area  is under CCTV surveillance.
2. We have ample parking space but no arrangements for car drivers.
3. Any extra person more than two will be charged at an extra cost of Rs.500.
4.Check in time is 1 PM and check out is 11AM.
5. Quiet hours will be from 23.00 to 7.00.
6. Smoking is not allowed inside the room.
7. Care taker will be available from 8AM TO  6PM.
8. Power outages might happen in rough weather.
9. Solar heaters may affect hot water availability during the rainy season.
10. Our location is a 3 minute walkable distance from Thrissur Railway, KSRTC & Privet Bus station.
11. This location is surrounded by famous star  Hospitals &  Hotels.
12. We arrange Air port pickup & drop facility at uber rates.
