The shower was one of those amazing rain shower heads. Divine! The room included a mini fridge with items to purchase but large enough for your own things. There is an espresso coffee machine with the little cups that I found out was free. There's a sign next to it but I misread: what's there is free to use but if you want more coffee you can purchase. I was sad because I would have enjoyed a nice cup in the morning. Guess I should read better. There is a modern TV (with streaming services) and free wifi. On the side of the hotel is parking for bikes. The small town of Hollum has a few restaurants and stores. I liked the location because it was close to the lighthouse, a cute forest, and one of the broadest beaches on the island to the North of the town. There are several great places to observe birds. I found several buzzards, many Brant and Barnacle Geese, Kestrels, a lot of Oystercatchers, and some Spoonbills by the vogel uitkijkpost. There is also a duckpond with bird area in the hollumer bos. A short bike ride to the East is a cheese farm (Kaasboerderij Ameland) with Alpaca next to it."

In this characteristic building from 1856, there is plenty of space. This apartment is located at the rear with views over the houses and the water. Entrance on the Singel and through the corridor to your own floor. This is the perfect place to stay in the heart of Sneek. A quiet place, despite its central location.
You don't need to bring much, coffee and tea in the room, the beds are made and the towels are provided.

The space
This floor has been converted into three atmospheric studios with a central communal kitchen. Equipped with equipment including a washing machine. Each studio is furnished with sleeping area and seating area. In addition, they all have their own plumbing and a coffee corner.

Guest access
The studio is one of three on this floor that are located around a shared kitchen. Each studio has its own plumbing and its own coffee corner.
You can also rent the three studios with 6 people.

During your stay
I am there myself or Koos, the owner of the property, is present for the check-in.

Other things to note
The entrance to this stately townhouse on the canal has three steps. To get to the floor there is a staircase upstairs in the back of the property. This is only accessible for the studio users.

A pied-à-terre for the bird and nature lovers to explore the vast wadden area.

The detached house has simple amenities, a cozy warm room with its own kitchen, fiber optic internet, TV, toilet and shower.

The room is also suitable for undisturbed studying and/or working, in complete privacy.

From the kitchen window you have wide views over the garden and Frisian fields.

The space
The garden house has essential amenities, a gas stove and combi-magentron to prepare a hot meal, fiber optic internet for cozy watching movies with a large TV with good vision and sound, a private toilet and shower that is not shared with anyone.

Also for "working from home" a printer, mouse, keypad and laptop holder is available.

Furthermore, you have access to the garden, here it is especially nice to stay in spring, summer and autumn. The year around you can find fruit.

The house with private room is located in a quiet residential area just outside the center of Leeuwarden, cultural capital of 2018. You can freely use the shared bathroom and WIFI. In addition, you can park for free in front of the door.

The city center is about 10 minutes by bike from the house.

The room has a comfortable single bed. For 2 guests an extra matress is placed on the floor. 
In front of the window is a screen so that you can always keep your window open and have no mosquitoes. In addition, the room has a lock and you can lock the room if desired.

You can use the living room and bathroom. In addition, you can use the kitchen/refrigerator in consultation.

During your stay
When we are at home and you arrive by train, we do not mind picking you up from the station or taking you away. You won't be charged for this. Please let us know in advance.

Other things to note
We think it's important that guests have a positive experience, and we're making improvements where necessary. For example, we recently placed a lock on the door that allows the room to be locked. In addition, there are closet space where you can store things.

You have the whole first floor for yourself !
Breakfast is served in the cozy sitting room in the morning. Here you can possibly use one side and clear meal. There are plates, cutlery and glasses. The B&B is small and nice and has a beautiful roof terrace. If needed, you can also smoke a cigarette or cigar there.

The space
The bedroom has two single beds. For a possible third party, there is a so-called fairground bed. Also there is a fold-out crib and high chair available.
In the "sitting room" is a dining table where the breakfast tailored to you is served in the morning. The roof terrace is south. On sunny days, you may want to have breakfast here.
Furthermore, the photos give a clear picture of the atmosphere and the design of the B&B.

There is wifi and there is more than enough to do nearby!
It might be helpful to bring earplugs. Not far from the B&B is a main road.
I also live in the house myself. So you're not the only resident. Mutual respect for privacy is desirable.
