" - "We stayed in this property on 31st Dec & Jan 1 and were not prepared for the new year's celebration in Plaza del Carmen where this property is situated. We did arrive a bit late and had little trouble finding the property just as it was busy plaza that night. The guest services were very kind and replied to our messages even after hours and helped us check in smoothly. There was a concert/ new year's party in the plaza and my husband was not keeping well & decided to stay back in the room. The music was too loud and he couldn;t sleep till about 2 am. For us, who were in party mode, enjoyed the music, and learned about the custom of eating 12 grapes at 12:00am on new year!!!! We did have a bit of trouble when we went to pick up our luggage after checking out as there were lot of people checking in. The guest services did try their best but it took longer than we had expected. There was bus stop right across the property but due to some celebration/rally the roads were blocked and we really had to rush with our luggage as there were no taxis allowed either for few blocks to catch a bus to the bus station. Overall, had a good time in Granada & this property made our trip memorable."

- "The hotel had a beautiful rooftop patio with amazing views of the city. It was a very close to all the major attractions to be able to walk, especially the Alhambra. There were many restaurants and cafés nearby. The staff were very helpful. It was nice to have a mini fridge in the room. The only area for improvement would be that all the counter surfaces were not wiped down but otherwise was very clean and we would definitely stay again. Also, it is important to know that the taxi could not drive right up to the door so there were quite a few stairs to climb to get to the hotel as it is on a hill. We booked a room on first floor thinking we wouldn’t have to bring our suitcases up the stairs but there are still stairs. It looked like there was a wheelchair access elevator at the back of the hotel, but I’m not sure how you access that. After hours there is no one at the front desk, and all the lights in the hallways are turned off, so it would make it difficult to check in after hours and find your way up the stairs in the dark."

We ate at “El Agua” for lunch one day, and it was delicious. It was about a 30 minute walk up to the Alhambra, or you can take a local bus. Ainhoa recommended several local walks, and they did not disappoint. We enjoyed our 2-night stay and would love to stay again in the future! Highly recommend it!"

They provided a link, but it didn't work. They provided a phone number, but don't tell you that you need to use WhatsApp to contact them. They did not have an email option to contact them, which they should have. When I could not reach the property, I contacted Expedia's help desk, who initially was unable to contact them. After more than 20 minutes, the property finally responded. They needed to communicate only through WhatsApp. Once we understood that, we reached out on WhatsApp and everything went very smoothly after that. The check-in also went smoothly once we were able to contact the property and received the information how to access the property electronically. They should make clear that bookers need to have WhatsApp to communicate with them and they should provide instructions as to how to obtain check-in information. Other than that issue, I would highly recommend the property because it is an easy 10 minute walk to the train station - which was wonderful and the property was beautiful and very new, modern and clean."

There is a bus stop at the door (it takes 5 minutes to get to Granada Cathedral) and the metro stop (it takes 5 minutes to get to the bus station).
A 5-minute walk to the train station and Constitution Boulevard (which exhibits ten life-size sculptures dedicated to illustrious Granadans).
Although parking is available in the neighborhood, it is difficult to find a parking space during business hours, but in the square there is a public parking lot that has daily rates.

It is a comfortable and spacious apartment with large rooms, ideal for large groups.
The heating is communal, so it is the community that turns it on (from 3 pm) and off (at midnight).
