It involved a long ramp to reception, a loft and some slopy paths and another ramp, so it was accessible but a little long winded to get to our ground floor apartment. It had everything we needed for a few nights stay. Two huge comfortable beds and a wheel in shower. Table and chairs etc and a lovely large balcony overlooking the pool. No kettle or toaster, but a microwave and hob allowed for tea making. Only small cups available for hot drinks, so I bought a mug. I would stay again. The receptionist was lovely as were all the staff."

A fabulous, private villa that sits with the Cabrera mountains behind and the beach and Mediterranean sea to the front. Whether you are looking for a great place for a family holiday, or a more romantic retreat by the sea, this villa provides both. Listen to the sounds of the sea; although in a quiet, private and peaceful location, the villa is just a few minutes walk to the beach, restaurants, bars and shops making it one of the best holiday locations in the whole of Mojacar Playa. The pool is heated out of season thus making it useable all year round (in our effort to help save the planet, solar panels have been installed on the roof to assist with the electricity being used by the pool heater and air conditioning units).

The villa is fully air conditioned throughout - providing cool air in the heat of the summer and warm air in cooler months. Three of the four bright and airy bedrooms are on the first floor and have patio doors leading straight out on to the balcony with those stunning sea views. Sit with a cup of tea or coffee in the quiet of the morning on the balcony outside your bedroom and take in the beautiful views of the Mojacar coastline, beaches, palm trees and pines while watching the sun rising over the sea - what a start to the day! The master bedroom also has a brand new ensuite shower room. The second bedroom has a king size bed and the third bedroom has twin beds. A family bathroom with bath and shower is also on the first floor. The fourth bedroom has twin beds and is on the ground floor with a shower room next to.

The villa is light, stylish and contemporary whilst still retaining a traditional Spanish ‘feel’ with tiled and terracotta floors throughout. There is a large and very comfortable corner sofa in the sitting room with a new smart TV plus a Philips music system with CD and USB, Spotify connect and digital sound control. A modern fireplace is appreciated on a winter's evening when the sun has gone down! There is an impressive sweeping marble staircase which leads from the dining area to the first floor - the villa is beautifully furnished and has many lovely original art works. The kitchen has granite worktops, is fully integrated and equipped with hob, oven, Ninja air fryer, microwave, fridge, freezer and includes filtered drinking water on tap plus a DeLonghi Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee maker. There is a separate laundry room.

Outside there is a bbq and a large dining area with a large table and seating for up to eight over looking the sea. There is also an outdoor table tennis table and sofa, chairs and coffee table - enjoy an early breakfast whilst watching the sun rise over the sea in the morning - or sit relaxing with a glass of wine watching the moon sparkle over the ocean in the evening. There are plenty of sunbeds around the swimming pool and the pool area is gated and therefore safe if you have young children. The terraces run all the way around the villa, so plenty of room to find your own private space for a spot of sunbathing or a snooze after a lazy lunch on the terrace! The terraces and pool area are also illuminated at night - see the moonlight twinkling on the sea below, listen to the chirping of the crickets, the sound of the ocean and take in the warm Mediterranean sea air scented with pines and hibiscus - all a treat for all the senses and goes to making dining alfresco and a holiday in Mojacar a very memorable occasion.

The villa is situated on a quiet road - far enough up the hill to escape the hustle and bustle of the bars and restaurants lining the Playa, but close enough to hear the sea and walk to all amenities, including a lovely new supermarket. For those that know Mojacar Playa, the villa is situated within easy walking distance of two of the oldest/best known bars or chiringuitos: Titos Beachbar and Lua Restaurant & Beach Club, together with several really good Spanish restaurants.

There is private off road parking for one car plus plenty of on street parking in this peaceful residential cul-de-sac.

Included in the price is bed linen, bath towels and, for booking of 7 nights or more, beach towels.

This property is managed by the lovely Chris and Dee - always on hand if you need help or advice. Do be aware that there is a fairly short but steep walk from the beach to the villa but you wouldn’t have those amazing views without it. For our mini guests, a travel cot and high chair are available on request. We also welcome well behaved dogs.

Almeria is Spain's best kept secret. Mocajar is a charming 13th century town nestled in the Cabrera mountains with the more recently developed 'playa' area or beach at the bottom. Our villa is in the playa area just three minutes walk from the beach. Along the playa there is a fantastic selection of shops, bars, and restaurants. There are numerous bustling and lively beach bars (chiringuitos) and fresh fish, local markets and tapas bars. There are many things to do locally including horseback riding, golf, scuba diving, fishing, visits to the national park Cabo de Gato, and visits to the cities of Almeria, Granada and Cartegena which boast many roman ruins. There is also fishing, flamenco, live music and local bodegas plus the opportunity to partake in many different water sports. For families, there is a nearby water park and a visit to Oasys Mini Hollywood (where the old spaghetti westerns were filmed) is a must! In July and August Mocajar is very lively with many Spanish holiday makers.

We prefer 7 or 14 night bookings from May through October, ideally Saturday to Saturday, but are happy to take reservations of 3 nights or more from November to April, but excluding holiday periods. Dogs will be charged at a rate of £25 per stay.

It is for this reason that Mojácar is known as the 'Corner of Enchantment'. Located on the south-east coast of Andalusia, and surrounded by designated areas of natural beauty, Mojácar and all its surrounding towns and villages have their individual street markets where everyone can enjoy local cuisine, tradition, colour - and the REAL Spain!

Situated only an hours drive from Almeria international airport, 1.5 hours to Murcia airport and around 2 hours to Alicante. Mojácar has excellent motorway access but for those not wanting to hire a car, Exclusive Airport Shuttles offer a fabulous airport transfer service. There is a regular bus service with a stop at the end of the road which runs regularly up and down the playa and up to the old town. A car is handy if you want to explore but not necessary if you just want stay reasonably local!

Located between the typical fishing village of Garrucha and the old village of Mojacar with its many shops and restaurants. The golf course is 200 meters away. Also very suitable for cycling enthusiasts. Via the airports of Almeria (80 km) and Alicante (220 km) and Murcia you arrive in Mojacar. We advise you to rent a car to explore the beautiful surroundings. Day trips to the Gabo de Gata and Granada Natural Park are recommended. The apartment can also be reached with the airport shuttle from Almeria. The shuttle stops 500 meters from the apartment. The apartment has free unlimited WIFI AND TV FLANDERS. Parking in parking garage available for free.

- "Stayed at this apartment for 10 weeks and from the moment we arrived to leaving we were not disappointed. The location is in a quiet more residential area between Mojacar and Garrucha both within walking distance around 30 mins or you can get the local bus. The road leading leading up to the apartment isnt too bad until the last 150 metres when is does become quite steep. On arrival this is the cleanest apartment i have ever stayed at. It is well equipped with everything you need for a longer stay. Plenty of cutlery including sharp chopping knives which is always a bonus. The rooms are spacious with plenty of storage space and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom does need a little bit of refresh where the sealant is around the bath but apart from that all was good. Both the main and roof terrace had plenty of comfortable seating and the trade off for the hill is that oustanding view, which we never tired of. The host Kris was very kind letting us check in early and was very quick to respond when we had to contact him. For us this apartment was ideal and I would not hesitate to recommend. All of it was so low, that anyone with the slightest mobility issue or age, would struggle to get off the sofa or out of the chair. We felt that an apartment designed for four, should have comfy indoor seating for four people. It had an electric water heater (never found it), which was fine for 5 days, but unfortunately 2nd shower on day 6 day was freezing cold and no hot water, before we left very early on day 7. Would we stay again? A big YES if hot water sorted. "

We had everything we needed and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. This spacious Villa is a truly fabulous property. It has six bedrooms, ample indoor and outdoor space and stunning views of the Playa and Mediterranean sea. Mojacar Breeze is a brand new residential complex in front line position in Paseo del Mediterráneo. This apartment is on the 2nd floor and has very easy access from the front gate by using the lift or by the side entrance gate thus ensuring easy access for everyone.
You gain access to Swimming pool by taking the lift up to the 4th Floor.

RV is in a Private Area. Bathroom in RV no Toilette in RV + access to pool bathroom/shower.
No smoking in RV-penalty fine. No loud noise or party - is a quiet area after 22:00.
Respect that there are more people living there. The pool use is only for people living there or renting. No smoking at pool no glasses at pool. No friends without permission from the owner at pool.

Bright, airy apartment at the top of Mojacar village, only 50m from the old quarter or Casco Antiguo & the Plaza Nueva with a huge variety of shops, bars & restaurants.

The space
Casa Karim is situated in the heart of the old village, near the main square which hosts festivals, such as Moros & Cristianos in June, as well as Holy Week ceremonies, in a quiet pedestrian-only square. This rustic style apartment was recently renovated to a high standard with new AC & heating installation. Only 100m from bus stop which serves the village to the beach every 30 mins till 2am in Summer and every hour in Winter till 9:30pm. The apartment living room faces east & has sunshine from dawn till midday. The 2nd bedroom faces west & gets sun in the afternoon.

The space
We offer a fantastic apartment just fifty meters from the beach in the charming town of Mojácar.

Simply cross the road to dip your feet in the warm Mediterranean waves, or take a short 100-meter walk to the right or left to find a variety of traditional bars and restaurants offering tapas, paella, and other Mediterranean delicacies.

The apartment is air-conditioned, an essential feature for the Spanish summer. It includes a brand-new kitchen, perfect for preparing dinner or enjoying breakfast together. All the beds are in the same room, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink.

There is a small convenience store less than 30 meters away for essentials.

Getting to Mojácar is easy, though we recommend renting a car to explore the best beaches in the area. We are 45 minutes from Almería (served by EasyJet and Ryanair), 1 hour and 30 minutes from Murcia, and 2 hours from Alicante.

This self contained ground floor casita, in Mojacar, part of an old cortijo, is on a private road, half way between the old village and the beach. It has panoramic, views, from the large roof terrace. Guests also have the use of a large barbecue and seating area, on the first floor.
These terraces are for the exclusive use of guests, however the host's kitchen door does open onto the first floor terrace.
There is a mini supermarket a very short walk away and an Aldi is due to open in June

It is a good base place to get to know El Cabo de Gata. The house is full of charm with modernist Arabic architecture and decor and antiques. We have 5 rooms, three triple rooms and two doubles, plus an extra bed. Two with sea view and three mountain views and village streets. We are located in the highest part, between white houses and narrow streets: we see the sunrise in an incredible way. They say Walt Disney was born in this house!!
