It involved a long ramp to reception, a loft and some slopy paths and another ramp, so it was accessible but a little long winded to get to our ground floor apartment. No kettle or toaster, but a microwave and hob allowed for tea making. Only small cups available for hot drinks, so I bought a mug. I would stay again.
