Mojacar Pueblo is an enchanting hilltop village, with quaint white houses bedecked with geraniums which dazzle in the sun, stroll through the cool courtyards and the maze of narrow winding cobbled streets. Browse the many shops and bars which have a true moorish tone. Mojacar is a beautiful and romantic corner of Spain with its half-Arab half-Andulusian appearance it will captivate you.
Within the village there are numerous restaurants and bars many with roof top terraces affording spectacular views, supermarkets, ATM cash machine, tourist office, pharmacy, police station, and many shops selling local art, beautiful crafts and souvenirs. - "Stayed at this apartment for 10 weeks and from the moment we arrived to leaving we were not disappointed. The location is in a quiet more residential area between Mojacar and Garrucha both within walking distance around 30 mins or you can get the local bus. The road leading leading up to the apartment isnt too bad until the last 150 metres when is does become quite steep. On arrival this is the cleanest apartment i have ever stayed at. It is well equipped with everything you need for a longer stay. Plenty of cutlery including sharp chopping knives which is always a bonus. The rooms are spacious with plenty of storage space and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom does need a little bit of refresh where the sealant is around the bath but apart from that all was good. Both the main and roof terrace had plenty of comfortable seating and the trade off for the hill is that oustanding view, which we never tired of. The host Kris was very kind letting us check in early and was very quick to respond when we had to contact him. For us this apartment was ideal and I would not hesitate to recommend. The two seater sofa plus chair are modern and look lovely, but unless you want to look at the ceiling, don't site on the sofa, unless you use a couple of the rock hard pillows from the main bedroom, as a backrest. All of it was so low, that anyone with the slightest mobility issue or age, would struggle to get off the sofa or out of the chair. We felt that an apartment designed for four, should have comfy indoor seating for four people. It had an electric water heater (never found it), which was fine for 5 days, but unfortunately 2nd shower on day 6 day was freezing cold and no hot water, before we left very early on day 7. Would we stay again? A big YES if hot water sorted. "

From the initial contact with Ines, being met by Vera and Patrick and our departure and subsequent follow up email everything was just perfect. Casa Karim is situated in the heart of the old village, near the main square which hosts festivals, such as Moros & Cristianos in June, as well as Holy Week ceremonies, in a quiet pedestrian-only square. Only 100m from bus stop which serves the village to the beach every 30 mins till 2am in Summer and every hour in Winter till 9:30pm. The apartment is air-conditioned, an essential feature for the Spanish summer. It includes a brand-new kitchen, perfect for preparing dinner or enjoying breakfast together. All the beds are in the same room, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink.

There is a small convenience store less than 30 meters away for essentials.

Getting to Mojácar is easy, though we recommend renting a car to explore the best beaches in the area. We are 45 minutes from Almería (served by EasyJet and Ryanair), 1 hour and 30 minutes from Murcia, and 2 hours from Alicante.

This self contained ground floor casita, in Mojacar, part of an old cortijo, is on a private road, half way between the old village and the beach. It has panoramic, views, from the large roof terrace. Guests also have the use of a large barbecue and seating area, on the first floor.
These terraces are for the exclusive use of guests, however the host's kitchen door does open onto the first floor terrace.
There is a mini supermarket a very short walk away and an Aldi is due to open in June

The space
There is a living room with a sofa bed and an adjoining shower room and also a bedroom with double bed and an en-suite shower room. There is a small kitchenette with large fridge freezer, small oven and microwave. Outside is a mini garden with table and two chairs and up a few steps is another table with 4 chairs.

The guests’ entrance is on the ground floor , completely separate from the owner’s, which is on the first floor.

The access to the apartment is very practical, it is accessed from the community parking and when opening the portal is the first house that is located.

The kitchen is equipped with Italian coffee maker, stoves, microwave and all the necessary utensils to cook and feel at home.

An apartment on the ground floor of the building containing two bedrooms, a bathroom, a very spacious living/dining room and a well-equipped kitchen with a washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. The apartment is equipped with WIFI and has a private terrace. There is air conditioning and heating in both bedrooms and the living room and it has ceiling fans only in the living room. There is an elevator to the community pool and from there, there are some steps down to the beach.

Neither Rentmojacar or their representatives can be held responsible for any circumstances beyond their control including, but not limited to, mechanical breakdown, illness, emptying of swimming pool for necessary maintenance, closure of swimming pool by the community or failure of any public service supply.

Important Note: The company will not accept youth groups or bachelor and bachelorette groups. Some properties are available for couples under 25 years of age.

For rentals that pay a monthly rate, please note that electricity costs (calculated using meter readings) and final cleaning/laundry (€100) are not included in the rental price, but are billed separately and paid locally at the RentMojacar office before departure. Water and internet costs are included.
