- "We used this place for one night before flying back from Olbia. It’s not a hotel and has more of a hostel vibe. It’s a large house in an estate with two communal areas (one with a kitchen and shared fridge). As it’s pretty much a house, when guests woke up at 5am, we could hear EVERYTHING. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not a terrible place just don’t expect a hotel experience. The pool was nice and the kids enjoyed it. I’d recommend as a nice clean place to stay close to the airport but I couldn’t see myself staying there for any great deal of time."

- "Very nice place , run by very nice peoples 👍 I be back for sure ." - "Don’t book this hotel! Here’s why: Smart lock to get in. It unlocks with your phone. Until it didn’t. In the middle of the night we got locked out of the hotel and couldn’t get in our room. The key on the phone stopped working. The number we were supposed to call we did call several times but no answer. After half an hour we finally found another number in the booking and finally a guy answered. Not apologetic, just disturbed that we had called?! We finally at 01 in the morning got a new key so we could access the room..... not worth it to go through all this. Another thing is in the hotel description it says “daily cleaning”. We didn’t notice any cleaning, emptying of trash or anything during our entire stay. We had to take trash to some public bins on the streets. We received no code to the WiFi that worked and asked through the number provided. No answer until the last day of our stay. So the last few hours we could use the WiFi... And last but not least there was a window in the ceiling that faced another building with windows. People could see right in to the bed and there was no possibility to cover up the window. That also meant no way to make the room dark. If you are taller than 170cm you can not stand up straight in the room we had in most of the space in the room. And if you are taller than 190cm your feet will stick out from the bed because it’s a bit shorter than a normal bed... Any plus? Location. "

On the property live Charlie and Dobby two very good dogs, sweet and playful, they are used to living all over the property. The Villa is not suitable for those who do not like dogs. In any case, it will be our care to limit their disturbance as much as possible.

To maintain the tranquillity of the place it is forbidden to make too much noise, to party.

It is strictly forbidden to bring strangers into the property who are not part of the booking.

- "The house was clean and well equipped with necessary beach amenities like umbrellas, chairs and toys. The pool was well kept and the dogs were a lot of fun. Host was happy to make reservations on our behalf at various restaurants. We stayed for 8 nights and used the house as a base to explore the beaches and to make day trips. Lots to keep us busy during those days and close to interesting villages! Would be great if host stocked the property with other amenities like fish and laundry detergent. The villa is located on one of the most picturesque bays in all of Sardinia, Porto Istana, a few kilometers south of Olbia, about 10 minutes from the Costa Smeralda airport and 20 minutes from the port of Olbia.
It is located within the Tavolara Marine Park, a large marine protected area surrounded by beautiful white beaches, and overlooks the impressive island of Tavolara, and the islands of Molara, Isola Piana and other smaller islands.

From a recently renovated late 1940s building, we have obtained 3 delightful rooms on the ground floor
independent environments:
Wengè, Orange and Pink.
The house was made with granite walls typical of the area and the historic center Olbiese.
Looking forward to preserving its main features, we have reused the advanced stones during the work to build a front wall embellished with gates and hand wrought iron railings.
A large front veranda was created, enriched with granite arches and pillars.
We embellished the interior vaults with exposed wooden beams and opened up views in the walls both externally and internally to highlight the stone.
We built a new upper floor,still to be completed,with the exposed roof completely made of wood.
The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and welcoming, and can comfortably accommodate 2 to 4 people.

Parking is public and free, usually easily found in front of the house or a few meters away.
