- "This is great place and Federica is one of teh best and efficient communicator that makes you very comfortable in arriving and checking in her place. It is large three bedroom apartment with spacious rooms that are rented individually and common use of great kitchen area with all the needed utensils and gaudgets. We have not seen anyone from other rooms while staying and it was nice and quiet. Very clean, Train station is 5 min walk to do the 5-terre. The only thing that is tough is if you come by car as parking is really a problem, even to unload your luggage, as the entrance to the place is at narrow streets with parked cars on both sides so I had to stop and go few times around block to unload briefly or load in when checking out. If you are lucky there could be free spot while you are unloading or you can park briefly on two handicaped parkings at the begining of the street 100 m away from the entrance. There is a free parking in a street that is 10-15 ish minutes away by walking that Federica told us about and that worked nicely. Thank you Federica, you are great host.. "

To get to the house you have to go up four flights of stairs. Excellent as a base for visiting the Cinque Terre, La Spezia and the Ligurian hinterland. In the village there is a bar, a grocery store, and a butcher shop. Suitable for those looking for simplicity and want to experience a relaxing vacation

The space
The accommodation is on the second floor of the building and has a separate entrance, there are two flights of stairs to access it. After the entrance door is the first room, the kitchen has a gas stove, electric oven, sink , refrigerator and all the necessary utensils,the kitchen also acts as a dining room. The kitchen has sugar, coffee, tea, chamomile, and savory cookies or snacks. There is no oil, salt, and other groceries. The bathroom is a spacious shower , washbasin, bidet, and toilet, and hot water are always available. The bedroom consists of a double bed and an armchair that becomes a single bed if necessary. Guests have access to a closet and bedside tables to store their items. The house isfurnished in a very simple and functional way. At the entrance there is a small balcony from where you can admire the magnificent landscape. All bedding in the bedroom and bathroom such as bedding and towels will be changed and put back clean at each guest change.

Other things to note
ATTENTION!!possible noise from a typical Italian country: bells that ring the hours , children playing and running , people who speak and laugh loudly. To muffle the various "noises", I provide earplugs.

The accomodation is in my pretty detached house with garden, situated in a urban area not far from the city centre and well served to reach beaches and touristic destinations like Portovenere or train station for famous Cinque Terre. Bikes available!

Being the house a kind of open space with doors only to get into the bedrooms and bathrooms the guests will have inevitably access to the entire house.
I would like that my guests will enjoy in particularly the garden...where is so pleasant to stay when the weather is warm and sunny, for taking a nap, having a chat, reading something and of course having breakfast!
Guests will have their own bathroom which is very next to the bedroom, with shower.

During your stay
Being with my guests will be a bit like travelling my self, as i love travelling I would like to spend as much time as i can with my guests...if they like too, of course!
I live with my parents which are very kind and open minded people because they travelled a lot..and still now they are often away from home and never at home from half July to the end of August.

The bed is a double bed with one big materass so it won't be possible for me turn it into a twin.
I can also add a third bed in the room, it is a folding bed so maybe more suitable for children but if you are adaptable also for a third adult.

The apartment, located in an ancient palace, belonged to a noble Ligurian family, preserves elements of the medieval past in vaulted stone ceilings, terracotta floors and furnishings. Comfortable, equipped with modern comforts, combines with practicality the presence of a historical and artistic contour that blends with the house and offers encounters with local history through explanations by the owners.

The space
The apartment is joined by the garden, large and equipped with dining area, from which you can enjoy views of the valley full of woods.
Immersed in the silence and greenery of the garden, the place creates romantic moments that together with intense relaxation, make it very pleasant for couples.
Bracelli, a medieval village at the top of the hill, preserves the ancient access doors and has several points of interest including covered passages.

Other things to note
"Vacanza" should also mean "rest", but a rest that allows you to disconnect and find the natural rhythm that the body requires to regenerate and which, unfortunately, the daily, hectic and stressful tram-tram prevents.
For this reason, I made the decision not to install WIFI in the house, a small attempt to break this almost morbid and obligatory connection with the world and that prevents a real detachment.

On the other hand, I have a library, including books and magazines of various kinds: fantasy, novels, yellow, comics... so as to rediscover the pleasure of turning a page (for this reason, I kindly ask my guests to store the books available after reading them).

There is also always a little thought for guests upon arrival.

At the gates of a small and characteristic historic village surrounded by the green hills overlooking the Magra valley, is a cozy three-room apartment on the ground floor of a semi-detached house, equipped with outdoor space and private garden.
From the village you can enjoy an excellent view of the entire valley to the sea. My place is good for couples and families (with kids). From here, you can reach the beaches of Marinella, Lerici and the famous Cinque Terre.

The space
The accommodation consists of a kitchen with a dining table, a double bedroom with a wardrobe, a living area with two single beds, which is also used as a second bedroom, and a bathroom with a window provided with the necessary equipment (toilet, bidet, shower and sink). The accommodation is also equipped with an outdoor space with a pergola for outdoor dining as well as private parking.

Below the house is the bus stop to reach in a few minutes the Morin promenade from where ferries leave for Palmaria Island, Portovenere, Lerici , the 5 Terre and the Ligurian coast in a few minutes. The same bus crosses the extra-urban lines to the seaside villages of Marola, Cadimare, Fezzano, Le Grazie, Portovenere on one side and Santerenzo, Lerici, Fiascherino, Tellaro on the other.
In the historic center of the city, which can be easily reached on foot, you can visit the panoramic Castello San Giorgio, the Lia Museum, the CAMEC Museum of Contemporary Art, the Naval Museum, the Palazzina delle Arti.
The apartment is very close to the modern 'Le Terrazze' Shopping Center where, in addition to shopping, you can enjoy food from different cultures: from Italian cuisine, sushi, steak house, Mac Donald to pizzerias, ice cream shops, etc., open until 11:00 pm.
Sant'Andrea City Hospital is only 500 meters away.
