The only thing that we did not expect, totally out of the host's control, was that there is a lot of construction happening in Paracas and so there are not always paved roads or sidewalks on the walk between the hotel and downtown. We made the mistake of not getting a taxi from our drop off spot downtown to the hotel when we arrived, and despite the short distance it was difficult for us to get there. A cab between the hotel and downtown is 10 soles and well worth it when you have luggage. The host is happy to call one for you, and there are licenced cabs in Paracas you can easily book. PETS. The guest is allowed up to 2 pets in the apartment. In case of encountering a higher number of guests than previously authorized, the host may immediately interrupt the stay. The guest acknowledges full responsibility for any damage caused by his/her pet during the stay and must ensure that his/her pet is leashed at all times when outside the apartment in the common areas. In addition, the guest is obligated to immediately clean up their pet's droppings to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the private and shared spaces. Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool, the lagoon or the gym.

SMOKING POLICY Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments. The host may charge a fine of up to $100 to guests for not respecting the smoking policy.

KITE CLUB COMMON AREAS. Guests have access to the fitness center and coworking offices for the duration of their stay. It is essential that all equipment and belongings are returned to their original positions after use. The host assumes no responsibility for any injuries sustained in the gym or any other area of the facilities. In the event that the guest leaves the common areas in an untidy condition, a cleaning fee of up to $50 may be charged.

POOL AND LAGOON ACCESS Guest may enjoy the pool and lagoon during their stay. The pool and lagoon are open from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm daily. For your safety and the safety of other guests, we kindly ask you to respect the established schedule. Swimming Notice: There is no supervision in the lagoon and pools. Guests swim at their own risk, and the host assumes no responsibility for any accidents, injuries or losses that may occur while using the pool and lagoon or its surroundings. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to exercise caution and follow proper safety practices while swimming.

MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS. The guest agrees to keep the property in good condition, clean and ready to be rented, and to use it only in a careful and lawful manner. The guest agrees to be responsible for any additional costs for extra cleaning or damages caused by the guest or any of the members of the reservation.

GARBAGE. Guests must dispose of all waste generated during their stay.

DRYING CLOTHES. It is forbidden to hang clothes on the balcony or in the windows of the apartment. In consideration of the other guests of the condominium, we request that all laundry be dried inside the apartment, where it will not be visible to others.

BAMBOO DOOR: The bamboo door must be opened and closed with the remote control. Guests are strictly prohibited from attempting to open the door manually, as it may be damaged. The guest will be responsible for any damage caused to the door due to improper use or attempted manual opening (pushing).

LIABILITY OF THE HOST. Guest and any of Guest's guests indemnify and hold Host harmless against any claims for personal injury or property damage or loss arising out of the use of the apartment, regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Guest expressly acknowledges that any insurance for property damage or loss that Host may maintain on the property does not cover Guest's personal property and that Guest must purchase its own insurance for its guests if such coverage is desired.

Built in 2023, this brand new unit is a gem because if its giant terrace corner terrace with open windows bringing the desert and ocean vibes inside. One of the largest condos in the building, this unit can comfortaby fit up to 9 adults, or 11 people including the service room. Time to gather the fam and head to Paracas! It is also located at Kite Club Paracas, which offers guests full access to shared amenities including: a gym, lagoon, shared swimming pools and coworking space.

The living room and terrace are huge, and connect the indoor and outdoor space for ease of BBQing and relaxing to watch the incredible sunsets.

The main bedroom has a King bed + ensuite bathroom, the second bedroom offers a Queen bed and two individual beds, and the 3rd bedroom has a double bed and a single bed in addition to its ensuite bathroom. The maid's quarters can be used for a nanny or for kids, it does have a toilet and shower but please note this space is not accommodating for 2 grown adults, which is why we limit the occupancy to 9 adults max.

The unit is located on the second floor, in a corner space, closest to the ocean. It had top furnishings and special attention to detail.
