The room was cleaned daily and food was replenished each evening--eggs, cheese, butter, jelly, fruit, coffee, tea, yogurt, and fresh bread (delicious!). The kitchen had an electric kettle for tea and instant coffee (provided). Bottled water was brought to us when requested (very affordable at 2 soles/bottle). Pretty gardens on site. Reception arranged taxis for us to and from the airport and train station as needed at no extra cost (in fact, they negotiated a better price than we could). The neighborhood was quiet and easy to sleep in. We had hot water when we showered, so that was good. CON: one negative was that the bathrooms were a little smelly if we didn't open the bathroom windows, so definitely leave them open as much as possible. But with the windows open/the door closed, it was fine. My kids loved this hotel! We would definitely recommend it."

The staff always willing to help make our stay better. We had an early day tour and they offered to arrange a to-go snack/breakfast. They helped facilitate laundry service. We had some issues with the hot water and they responded immediately to get it taken care of. The hotel is located just off of the main square of San Blas so there are a ton of food options and also very close to the Jesus statue and bell tower overlooking the city. They have their own top floor for food service with an incredible view of Cusco."

- "The room is very clean and modern looking. The extreme downside is it has no heating, AC or any type of ventilation. The owner was extremely nice and accommodating, and kept our luggage while we traveled to Machu Picchu.. " - "This was a nice apartment with a great view of Cusco. The owners (while not english speaking) were very nice and even organised washing for us. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen / lounge area was nice. A couple of things to note about the property. In winter it gets quite cold (there is a oil fin heater provided). The bathroom is very little (which is standard for Cusco) and the shower has a retrofitted heater shower head. These seem to be in all places that don't have a hot water supply, and only operate with one tap. So you kind of get the choice of hot water with low pressure or high pressure with colder water. The property is also not actually located on a vehicle street, which makes it harder when booking taxis / day trips. It is located up a pedestrian street only, half way up a large flight of stairs. So just something to note if you have lots of luggage or don't like stairs. We had a very nice stay here, and were very happy with the apartment. Only a 5-10 min walk to restaurants and the main plaza."

Now in the modern city we have different material like cement and bricks but the magic of this old construction is that it blends with the climate atmosphere , just bend your head every time you move from one room to the other

The room has a double bed, private bathroom, TV with cable, closet and work table. The house has a colonial style which keeps a very beautiful cultural history, with recreation areas such as the reading yard, the rooftop for sunbathing or the dining room etc. The best thing is how close it is to the main tourist attractions of the city, such as the neighborhood of San Blas, the Plaza de Armas, the stone of the 12 angles.

The space
We decided to call the INN a different Airbnb that allows guests to interact with each other. It is a 4-story colonial house with different places to relax and interact with other guests. My brother who is a professional tour guide helps them organize their tours in great detail; I as a doctor support them in any health consultation keeping our guests happy. Thus we provide services such as food and laundry service so that they can carry out their activities without worries. The place is quite illuminated and quiet allowing guests to rest peacefully. Integrating Biosafety protocols to safeguard the integrity of our guests.
Note :
We provide breakfast , laundry, heating , warehouse services per day but these have an additional cost that will be indicated to you upon arrival.

1) Free basic medical assistance is offered by the host who is a member of the research area of altitude sickness of the Andean University of Cusco with enough knowledge in the acclimatization processes.

3) They are helped to organize all the tours offered by the city and at super low prices, likewise all the tours leave directly from the house.
